I always schedule my nails to be done by Kevin. The other techs there are just as good. Kevin gets me in and out in an efficient manner. I love the atmosphere also. Very quiet with beautiful music playing in the background.

We just moved to Frederick and I was absolutely dreading finding a new nail salon. I’m always extremely busy, really picky and in a rush so I’m a nightmare for a nail tech🤦🏻‍♀️ BUT this place was AWESOME. I’m so relieved to have found my spot on the first try. I called several places in the area looking for a last minute appointment for 3(big ask). They were helpful accommodating and fit us into their appointments with an hour call ahead. The gentleman nail tech did the best job on my nails and the lady that did my feet might get diamonds she was so amazing 😍😍😍

Went in for a pedicure and gel manicure. You can tell they try and rush you along as my pedicure was super quick. My gel polish lasted only 8 days before the polish started peeling right off. Very disappointed and will not be going back.

I went 08.25.2019 to get pedicures with my mom and sister. We made an appointment for 12:30 pm and they were expecting us. We arrived early so we had plenty of time to choose polish colors. It just took a few minutes and the techs set up three pedicure chairs in a row so we could sit together. It was not terribly busy for a Sunday afternoon. Dana did my pedicure and did an excellent job. She was gentle on my feet and yet still very thorough. I did not mind paying $5 extra for callus removal because my feet looked *rough*... Now I can wear sandals with confidence again! I look forward to going back the next time I am in town. :)

I go to the passion nail spa in clarksburg for over a year now. Today they are not open and told me the Urbana location so i scheduled a pedicure here. The lady was pretty rough, through out the time i was in pain several times but i thought its because i havent got pedi done for a while. When i got home i realized she didnt even wipe all the polish off of my skin and damaged my skin pretty bad with her scrubbing. Not to mention they charge more than the clarksburg location, which is odd because they belong to the same owner. They charged me for myself the same price clarksburg charge me and my daughter

Overall this is a great salon. In answer to some of the negative reviews, I have occasionally had a nail pop or break between appointments but I have had that happen wherever I have been so I see no reason to complain about it. They are friendly and accommodating and I would recommend without question.

Very good nail salon. I saw Lee. She is very friendly and dis a great job on my mani and pedi. She helped me pick colors and was very accommodating. This was my first time at this nail salon. I will be back!

I went there to get Jelly nails... JELLY NAILS lol Kevin charged me $100 to be his guinea pig at the end of my service. Literally did not expect that and advise anyone who goes there to get a price before they staring charging you for Their “Time” when he admitted he didn’t know how to do the style I wanted not over the phone or over the text messages when I made my apt but In person. Lol $100 wasted. Never again.

Kevin did an AMAZING job on my dip nail set! This is by far my favorite set of nails in the last 27 years! This is the first of MANY MANY more visits for me!!!

Absolute best place to get your nails done, always running on time and super easy to make an appointment. Kevin always does an amazing job and is full of great color and design ideas.

Marley is Awesome!! A true artist with my natural nails. She really takes time to individualize and make it a pleasant experience. Dana and Lee are also awesome. They always keep my nails looking great. Wish I could post a picture on here to show how awesome my nails look right now. Been going here almost 2 years. Dana, Marley and Lee are the girls to go to !!!!!

I have been here once before and my sister and mom have as well but todays service was pretty terrible. My sister and I went to get acrylic nails. I needed fills and she needed a full set. The guy my sister got was fine but my guy was not. My nails are looking rough. I already had a few nails missing and others were chipped but I have never had someone rip off my existing nails! Whenever they have been chipped before others have filed my nails down and filled in the gap. Since the shape was still in tact with my nails underneath I figured this would be the same way. Not only did he take off the nails that were broken, he also worked very hard to rip off the perfectly good ones and then proceeds to tell me that I needed a full set. I said that was fine. As soon as he started sanding my nails he cut me on the first nail. He also tried to sand out a bruise in my nail, which burned as well. As he proceeded he cut me a few more times and the acrylic on my nails is so uneven it looks like mountains. Some areas are so thin it looks like it is just my nail and some areas so thick I couldn’t break them if I wanted to. The shape of each nail is different. When it came time to pay for my sister and I, the total was $59, even though a full set is only $27, so apparently he charged me for ripping my nails to shreds. My nails now hurt and look pretty bad as well. Normally I would get French colored tips but I wanted to get out of there so I just had them painted a solid color. I am looking forward to getting my nails done again to fix this mess… but definitely not here.

I went a few days before Christmas and I have never gotten such good service. Kevin did my nails later at night and was talking to me, made me feel very uncomfortable rather then silent. My apex, side view and C-curve is all in place. My acrylic nails turned out perfectly and the color was exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this nail salon. Wether you are right down the street or twenty minutes away it’s so worth it. Left 110% satisfied.

Recommended by my cousin as I was in town for weekend. Tech was amazing. Owner or Manager was very rude. I guess I was not the right color for him to bother to say anything to.

I went in there this past Saturday for a manicure. Sounds pretty simple right? The older man doing my nails, cut one of my cuticles so badly it wouldnt stop bleeding. Instead of getting a bandaid or putting a cotton ball on the cut, he chooses to paint my nails anyways. I HAD BLOOD UNDERNEATH MY NAIL POLISH!!! The polish I had picked was a clear nude sort of a color. The blood was very noticeable. I had to go home scrape the polish off the top of my nail and clean the blood up myself. The rest of my cuticles looked like he put in little to no effort to make them look nice. I would never go here again.

The service I get from this location is always awful. My nails never look good but I give them a chance here and there hoping that things have changed. I dont plan to go back anytime soon.

They did great on my nails but it was very awkward, there was no talking whatsoever so I was very uncomfortable
