They did a great job with set up and clean up. Very professional. Loved the link that kept me up to date on when they would arrive. I appreciated the phone call letting us know they were 30 minutes away.

Delivery was delayed by an hour, but I was informed way ahead of time, and they still arrived within the timeframe. Delivery was easy and the drivers were easy to communicate with and were in and out in less than 20 minutes. Excellent service!

I had a Myx fitness bike delivered and the team was great. They called before they got here, giving me time to get my two dogs behind bars. They were nice, and got the bike set up very quickly, and stayed long enough to make sure it was connected to my internet.

The delivery went great! I was happy with how the item was handled during delivery. The reason for taking a star off is because the delivery was rescheduled due to a mistake made at the facility: I called on the day of delivery because I hadnt been receiving updates. I was informed that they had received my entire item, 2 boxes, but had only scanned 1 box upon arrival days earlier. Because the item appeared partially complete in their system they hadnt loaded the packages for delivery on the day it was due to arrive. So if the warehouse had scanned in both boxes then my delivery would have arrived on time without rescheduling. Areas that could be improved on are communication, because I should have received some information if the delivery was going to be late; and receiving procedure could have been confirmed better so the 2 boxes would have appeared as complete and ready to deliver.

Guys were good. Except thet forgot the dolly to get refrigerator out. I had one for them 5 min it was done.

XPO did as they said, and called the day before with the time window. The day of, they called 30 minutes before arriving, which was very convenient! Loved being able to check the status online, and getting texts alerts. Recommend!

Delivery Guys GREAT - Company Communications, OK.My contact with XPO was for the delivery of a Purple Mattress. I give grace to delays in delivery as it was just as the Christmas week was getting underway: they are in the Milwaukee area, but we are in a small town 90 + minutes north of them directly on the interstate. To schedule their delivery, I either had to sit on hold with a call or use their online system. It indicated that Jan 1, 2020, was the first delivery date available. OK...I can do that. Just after Christmas, we got 3 calls (voice mails) early in the day from their rep telling us they do not deliver on Jan 1. We had an option of the next day (Dec 30 or 31 as I recall), or Jan 2. We left numerous messages with their voice mail from noon that day up to VERY early in the AM on the 31st. No responses until we got a voice mail telling us the delivery would be Jan 2 between 11 am-3 pm. OK...acceptable. Thus, for communication with customers, I give XPO a 3-Star.NOW - the delivery guys. Johnny on the Spot! Got a call as they were about 45-60 minutes out. They arrived nearly precisely when they said. Very Polite, efficient, careful with our product and the house, conversational but not delaying their work at all. They installed our new mattress, moved our old one to the place we wanted it (this is a mattress trial, so we do not want to lose our original mattress, just in case), and asked if everything looked to our liking and if there was anything else they could do for us. To the crew: a solid 5-STARS!

Our washer and dryer were delivered by XPO today. Well organized pre-delivery with multiple email and text advisory. The delivery itself was punctual, careful, quick, and polite. I couldnt ask for more!

Great experience! The delivery men were very kind and friendly. They took precautions in making sure my dogs didn’t get out and asked if they should take their shoes off. They even offered some of the bubble wrapping for the kids to play with! A+++

So I had applied about 4 months ago and had an interview and called and called and called to see what was going on with my application and called a gentleman named Daniel who is in charge of their hiring process I called the guy 8 times in one day and left messages for him every call and never got a call back not one time even if they were not interested in hiring me a call back would have been appreciated I personally know somebody who works there and asked them to have Daniel call me and he was told that I was sent an email which I never received. I have recently reapplied and still once again have heard nothing if I could rate their hiring process I would give them ZERO stars.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I received no call 30 minutes prior to arrival so I wasnt able to be home. Luckily, there was someone home to let the delivery people in. I paid for full installation and while they couldnt install the water line due to their own company requirements they didnt even unpack my fridge. I came home to a refrigerator with the handles not put on, the whole inside still packed up and not put together. They didnt even plug it in to see if basic functions would work. On top of it all, they CRACKED AND DENTED the front of my refrigerator during the haul into my kitchen. The person who was at my house said they wouldnt even talk to him and jumped in their truck and left without even getting signatures. Completely unprofessional! I wish the company I ordered from would change delivery partners as this is completely unacceptable! Now I have to wait 2 weeks to get this massive paper weight hauled out of my kitchen and get a replacement.

The guys who came out did a great job, they were in and out. The guy who did most of the set up was sweating trying to get it done and move out to the next one. Glad they called when they were 30 mins out.

When the delivery guys arrived, they had not been informed that I had paid for white glove service. They were going to drop off and leave the mattress and box spring. I had to let them know that I paid for the service. To their credit they did assemble and set up my stuff for me and take away all the garbage and my old mattresses. It would have been five stars if they had been informed. If I was not sitting in my garage they would have left it in my garage and left.
