I had one of my best customer service experiences here. The young man who assisted me was thoughtful, polite, enthusiastic, and competent. The U-Haul motorcycle trailer is very well designed and inexpensive to rent. Great job by all involved.

Customer service is very good. Location is great for the Franklin market. Although truck was clean — mechanical issues were scary if you tried to go above 50 mph. The front was shimmying so bad I thought we had a flat. The person returning the vehicle before us would have certainly noted the issue — this truck needed service before putting it on the road again.

Watch the odometer and gas gauge. They charged me for 30 miles and only went 14. Then told me the the truck was on full when it was closer to 3/4 tank. Then out of courtesy I put $25 in the tank after only going 14 miles. I then get a call to come back and fold a couple blankets or Ill get charged extra because the guy working doesnt want to do his job. His exact words I dont want to do this man, come back and put then up or Ill charge you a cleaning fee after I paid for milage I didnt use and put extra gas into he truck out of a courtesy. Not to mention the truck was returned before it was due. Covid has made people lazy. If I hear another issue explained away by covid....goodness.

Great service. I have used this U-Haul dealer for hitch installments, propane refills, and trailer rentals for years. Today my 7 pin connector on my truck failed, a part they had not installed by the way, and they quickly found what I needed and talked me through the repair keeping me on schedule. They even offered to look at it right at closing to make sure I was completely set. Above and beyond service.

It was our drop off point- convenient. Bobby was friendly & service was fast. Will definitely give them a call next time we need a truck, trailer or equipment

Had a difficult time getting my order taken, the contactless pickup process had technical difficulties, customer service had me on voicemail for 15 minutes, apologized for not being able to help me and suggested I call... Customer service! And when I managed to complete the pickup process on my own, which took 30 minutes due to server issues, the lockbox was empty!Its 2 stars instead of 1 because I left a cranky voicemail which they returned immediately. An hour after I originally arrived to pick up my truck, I had the keys.Not worth the headache just to haul some lumber 5 miles. Ill check out Enterprise, Penske or Ryder next time I need to rent something with cargo space.

Very professional stuff and lot of vehicles available

Attempted to determine availability for same day local use. Was told I had to give my name and provide a credit card number JUST to confirm availability. Ive rented from this location in the past and service was fine. Nothing great but nothing negative to report either. In todays world of credit card fraud and identity theft I cant reconcile the need to disclose this information just to learn if this site has a truck available.I called the local number direct. When I called the Cool Springs location my call rolled over to a call center who said that shed have to have the local center call me to confirm availability. Cool Springs returned my call timely and share truck availability so I could make my decision. Not until I actually reserved a truck did I have to supply personal data.

Fast and efficient service is all I have ever received this U-Haul dealership--from trucks to trailers, large and small. I have never had a problem getting a rental with just 24 to 48 hrs notice. I also bought a trailer hitch from U-Haul and got it installed for $200 dollars less than my car dealership (no real surprise but I had been putting off buying one because I thought they were too expensive--took less than an hour). Everyone here is knowledgeable, fast, and courteous---except Aaron--just kidding Aaron!! :-)

You never know who you might meet at the U-Haul place! This young man is a superstar!! Tommy Lee is his drummer. We got the biggest van are U-Haul because we were moving my niece and it was very nice

Very friendly and helpful service. These guys had clean trucks and provided good expectations. Best of all the estimate was high so I ended up not having to pay nearly as much as what was quoted.

Awesome, quick and efficient!!

They placed a hold on my account for $200, instead of adjusting the amount, they just charged me another $80 for a truck that was supposed to be $19.99. They blamed my bank for not removing the hold, the bank blamed them. Either way, since they just made a new charge instead of adjusting the charge, I had to wait 5 days for the deposit hold to drop off my account.

Customer service is severely lacking here. Dont depend on this location going the extra mile.
