Bad service, won’t return phone calls, not pleased

Exceptional service. I always use them if I need something to haul and transport materials and possessions. They also fill propane tanks. That is much cheaper than swapping at a store!

Ran by ex alcoholics. Make sure you park right or The mgr Aaron may scream at you. Becareful with hitch installs done by Aaron, he his not mechanically inclined. If you get a Rhino Lining make sure it is up to specs with thickness. The Luterco has a gauge they can show you.

It was super quick and easy picking up the truck I rented online. Service was exceptional too.

They rip out off and lie. Rented a truck two days, called and asked if I could drop off in Cookeville instead, he told me might be a fee, I asked him again, he told me to call 1-800 Uhaul and ask. I call 1-800 Uhaul got permission to drop truck in Cookeville. Original bill 345.40 got a bill saying I owe 599.80 because I dropped truck in cookeville. He nor lady at Uhaul who I got permission from to drop truck in Cookeville said I would be charged double. He then lied when I filed a complaint and disputed any charge over the 345.40 in contract. Guy knew I had to Franklin anyways and knew I would never agree to pay double. Do not use this company they will rip you off

Quick, clean, honest and friendly. Got in and out with what I had reserved and for what I had agreed to pay for it.
