One person wearing a mask and his kept falling down. They also didn’t have the machine I reserved. I waited for 20 minutes to even learn that. He verbally offered me 15% off for the inconvenience but then didn’t actually apply that discount to my order. He also then charged me for tubing that he didn’t supply. When I expressed my discomfort at the lack of masks as I was leaving (without having said anything about any of the other mistakes), he said it wasn’t his job to be “the mask police.”There was some sort of training program going on in a small separate room for Van Martin roofing and all of them were crammed together, and again with no masks in sight.Art’s Rentals has the best deals, but I’m not sure if it’s worth the risk.

Rented a wood chipper twice and a walk behind brush cutter once. All three times the equipment did not work properly. Instead of offering to deliver a working one to me they wanted me to bring it back to exchange. Apparently their time is more important than the customers. Equipment is junk and so is their customer service.

They were fine. Id use them again.

Kids enjoy coming here and it’s a easy way for my family to chill and take a breather during these difficult times. Blessed that my family is into art.

Love Arts its one of the best rental places around. These guys will definitely get you back on the road to making money call them if you need equipment.

I will never rent from Arts again. Period. Third time Ive put something in will call and come the next day and they have no record of it. All the guys at the counter are rude and could care less whether they rent you something or not.
