I have never written a bad review in my life. I event took time after the appointment to decide whether or not it was worth writing. I decided it was because I dont want anyone to have the experience I did. I hadnt gotten my nails done in a couple months and my fiancé took me to treat me after a long week. We made an appointment at 2:00, my nails were not touched until 2:30. I had no polish on and asked for tips and a dip manicure. It was very clear to me that my nail tech was new to doing nails (why I presume she was running behind). It took her over 15 minutes to pick out tips to glue to my nails, and when she put them on they were crooked ( I realized after). I had to ask for length and shaping corrections 4-5 times and after that I just accepted that my nails were not going to be what I asked for. Towards the end of the manicure, one of the older nail techs came over, my nail tech got visibly nervous and her hands got very sweaty which was unpleasant. It was clear that my nail tech did NOT have enough experience to be practicing on paying customers. The nails were not smooth when finished, all had slightly different lengths and shapes, and I was really upset that I spent my money there. Not to mention it smelled not clean at all which was concerning considering the amount of heavy scented chemicals present in a nail salon.

This was my first time at Saffron and I will definitely be coming back! All the staff is so friendly. I had Cynthia, she was amazing! She is meticulous and the first nail tech that has asked me what I want for my nails. Highly recommend.

This was my first time visiting with Saffron Nail & Spa. I live out of town but Im working in the area for a few months and home on weekend. So I google the nearest place to me and made an appointment. The service was outstanding and the atmosphere very pleasant. So while Im here I will be returning.👍🏾

I don’t live in Franklin but was in the area and found Saffron on the internet and based on the reviews, decided to check it out. From the pedicure menu, I chose the “basic,” but it was anything but basic. The legs and feet massage was amazing. I will definitely make the drive and return.

This place is an absolute gem. I just had such a great experience and I am beaming! I got the dream pedicure with Sophia and the deluxe manicure with Tiffany. The pedicure was an excellent value and I had an great conversation with Tiffany. I have been looking for a new salon after a bad experience someplace else and I will absolutely be back to see both of these ladies!

They were courteous on the phone, booked an appointment. Showed up and encountered several problems. One, inconsistent and improper use of masks. Some of the employees were not masking and it made me feel very uncomfortable. They do not have partitions when you were getting a pedicure. A couple of individuals let the mask hang below their nose.2. They had a really really hard time dealing with getting gel off. I had two individuals who worked on my nails and they were scraping at it in a way that was damaging and ultimately when the new polish was put on they still did not have the shell completely off. They seemed inexperienced and how to properly remove gel. The finished product of the nail polish they did put on, it’s not great. I’ve felt so uncomfortable with the work they were doing there I abbreviated my service.3. Replace felt dirty. Some of the practices that I was seeing were not hygienic. For instance, the nail file that was used on my feed had just been used on the client sitting beside me. I felt like things felt sticky and gross.

This was my first time getting my nails done since moving to Tennessee. I used to get my nails done all the time back home and I have never had the quality of service anywhere that I did here! The man whos did my toes was so gentle and thorough! He took care of my ingrown toenails and made my feet feel AMAZING! I was with a friend and we didnt talk to much the whole time because we were just in a trance of relaxation!! My manicure looks great too!! DEFINITELY GOING BACK🎉!!!

I was a walk in and did not have to wait at all. The nail tech took her time on my French dip set and checked in with me periodically. She was also super sweet and easy to talk to. Will def go back!

This was my first visit at this nail salon. They were nice but unfortunately I cant give them a good rating. I received a gel french polish change. Everything went fine but I noticed the nail tech did not use 2 coats of top coat. And not even 2 days later my polish has chipped on two nails.

Had such a great experience at this nail spa! Viviane did my nails and did such a great job! Normally I would get some cuts from other nail spas but not here! Not a single drop of blood (; They are super friendly and hospitable! Always made sure if I was comfortable or if I needed some water! The nail spa is super cute too! 10/10 would recommend!

Staff was very friendly and the quality of the pedicure was very good. Very good customer service here. If you’re going for a pedi I recommend the parrafin wax. If I lived in town I would definitely go back.

And the young man who’s name I didn’t get he’s awesome too his designs and attention to detail are incredible, they both were so patient and kind (im one who’s picky with nails) felt welcomed the entire time! Definitely will be back and 10/10 recommendation! Best SHOP I’ve been to!

Sophia did an amazing pedicure and Tammy did a wonderful manicure. I was in the area for another appointment. I don’t live close but intend on driving the 30 minutes to come back. I am extremely happy with the service.

This place is the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!! They are so wonderful! They work well with you, they make sure you get what you want, they are SO friendly, and they are SO sweet!! My tech Teddy was great! He massaged my legs and worked on my foot scrub and and kept telling me how much he LOVED the scent I got. I ordered the Mystique Ocean IT’S SO AWESOME SMELLING!!! Also the girl who did my nails her name is Vivian SHE IS SO NICE!!! She’s very sweet and kind! I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to get their nails done and have the best experience that I had.

The staff was very friendly, courteous and patient. I received three services for the price of two. Also, I only received a basic manicure and pedicure, but the service was outstanding — complete with massages and hot wax for an incredible price that other salons would’ve charged me DOUBLE for the service. I will be coming back, as well as, telling others to come visit.

I’ve been there twice now and I love the quality of their service so far. I’m picky but I think I found my new favourite. Her name is Vivian. She’s so accommodating and very good at her job. I’m not really into polish but for the neatness of my nails like removal of dead skin, in grown that kind of stuff. And, she would take time to make sure that you are satisfied. Hope to see her again when I come back. And, I would definitely recommend this place.

I had originally planned to go to the nail bar across the street but their wait was offensive. I’m SO happy I ended up and saffron. They’re wonderful people, they listen to what shape you like and do an excellent job making that happen. I’m forever going to saffron now

My daughter and I were greeted in a warm and inviting manner. The staff members were very knowledgeable about all options available for manicure/nail choices. I personally prefer a gel manicure. However, I had a nail split yesterday they offered to do the dip on my bad nail (free of charge) and made the cracked nail perfect. My daughter is 14 and had tips put on her nails. The gentleman that put my daughters tips on was extremely friendly and made great conversation with her. He was especially outgoing and discussed anything she asked. He has done nails for longer than she has been alive. Lol that was part of their conversation. Another young lady (Vivian) came over to finish the dip and polish for my daughter. She went out of her way to be friendly and have a full conversation and make a connection with my daughter. The dip and polish she did on my daughter was impeccable. The genuine intellectual and jovial conversation she carried on with my daughter was genuine. You cant find that at most salons. We stumbled upon this salon by accident! We will definitely be returning on the future. My 14 year old daughter asked the name of her nail tech to return to her specifically. Kudos to Vivian and the Saffron Nail Spa!

I really enjoyed my pedicure here! The ladies were so nice and treated me well for my wedding day pedicure! The basic pedicure includes more than most! They include scrub and fruit and a hot oil that smells delicious! Also the strawberry mimosa are amazing! Go here you won’t be disappointed!

I have never been to this salon before and am visiting the Nashville area. I was extremely happy with Vivian’s work on my Ombré, almond shaped, powder manicure. I’ve never done the powder before and was very pleased with the end result. It does take a little longer, but is totally worth it. She nailed it 😜

Just had the most glorious hot rock pedicure! At V nails they go the extra mile. Fruit & flower pedals in my water...I felt so pampered. It is very clean also, I love that they use a bag wrap in the foot bowl. I willdefinitely be back!

This nail spa was amazing...they got us right in and was very welcoming and friendly. They even gave us free mimosas the strawberry mimosa was delicious. I got a pedicure and manicure and loved their work. I also really enjoyed my massage during the pedicure.
