I had a great experience here. i got a gel manicure and made an appointment on line. the entire process took less than an hour and my nails turned out so good! almost two weeks later and they still look great

So extremely happy with how my nails came out! I showed Kathy a picture of what I wanted and she did exactly that!!! They look AMAZING! I highly HIGHLY recommend this place!

Ive been going here for almost a year and they always impress me! Today, Hannah did these lovely dip ombre nails for me and she was wonderful! Just as fun as she is talented. But like I said, everyone here is great!

Very beautiful results!! Got a gel manicure done! She was a bit rough with the clipping of my cuticles & got some of my actual skin. Nothing bled, just a small pinch and would go on with no regard. Overall great place. My second time there.

This place is fantastic! They have so many color choices and their massage chairs are super high grade. I got a spa pedicure with Hannah. The exfoliation is like getting a double massage. I highly recommend this place!

I’ve been looking for a salon to go to regularly and after trying 3 different ones prior to this one in the Cool Springs Area, I’ve finally found it! Exquisite Nails and Spa is great! They’re professional, nice & quick to assist you. They have a really good salon vibe; it’s clean, warm, good decor and music playing at all times (not too loud, not too quiet...its perfect). They have a decent selection of DIP nail colors but not so many your overwhelmed (3 large books). This salon has deff made it to my ‘favorites’ list =D

The ENTIRE staff, theyre friendly. Efficient, they make sure you have everything you need. That you get the service you need and that you leave wanting to come back.

She is so sweet and takes time on each nail to make it perfect.Ive tried other nail shops in Cool Springs and they work so fast and by the time you leave, it looks terrible. Exquisite Nail Spa is way better, cleaner and they care to make sure you are happy.

I found my new faviorte nail place! They were so sweet, I had Hannah, and me and her talked for an hour! I have never loved my nails more. I have been on a hunt for my new go to nail place and i definitely found it. if you need your nails done, you have to go here, no questions.

Been here twice for a full set and both times they shape was terrible, slanted, crooked, my finger would not match the same finger on my other hand. Started chipping and popping off after 5 days…told them and they were rude about it.

Usually never had the problem with the place. I recently but got a gel manicure and it didn’t even last one week. I tried emailing and no response.

This is my new favorite nail salon they are very nice attentive and professional. I dont feel like they rush they make sure your well taken care of and they are very clean and careful. The wine is a bonus I always feel special I highly recommend

My appointment started on time plus Cuc did not rush through she took more than 60 minutes to do the Deluxe Pedi and was very kind and kept asking if I was comfortable. I definitely plan on being back here in the future.

I’ve been to a lot of salons trying to find quality and more bang for my buck. This salon is very clean! I’ve never been to a salon this clean. The cosmetologist are very polite who take their time and do not rush through the work. I love that who ever started with me finished with me. Most salons have one person do pedis and then you will move to another person for a manicure, not here! They are very personable which makes the experience more relaxing and you don’t have to worry about who you will get for the next step in your visit. Plus I never had to wait. I’ve been twice and I will definitely use this salon every manicure and pedicure plus waxing. I’m very impressed! I’m not sure why I didn’t know about them before now but I will definitely be telling my friends I’m very impressed!

My first time at Exquisite Nails and Spa was awesome. I didn’t have to wait at all to be seen, and my services were finished in a reasonable amount of time. The salon itself is gorgeous, very clean and modern. The nail tech Bao did a wonderful job on my nails. He was gentle, detailed and really took the time to make sure my nails came out beautifully. Also, the prices were very reasonable. I spent less than I ever have at any other nail salon and received the best manicure I ever have. I will definitely be coming back to Exquisite Nails!

Had a 5pm appointment and 45 minutes later I still have my nails on. I asked for round tips and I received oval/points. I have a few nails that are crooked too. I expressed this to the tech and she basically blew me off. My nails look horrible but after sitting there for almost 2 hours, I just gave up and wanted to leave. I have never had a bad experience here before until yesterday. I won’t be back unfortunately

We had a great experience! They have new owners and while I miss Annie, Ryan did great! I’ve received compliments on my nails and he was meticulous. The prices are best I’ve found. He did them a month ago for the first time... yes I said a month! My dips lasted a month! Check them out!

I have been going to Wendy for over a year now and my nails have never looked better. I get the dip powder and their selection is one of the largest that I have ever seen! So many fun colors to choose from. Fast service, excellent quality and the sweetest staff. I highly recommend them!

Came here yesterday with two girlfriends and I left with terrible nails! I had manicurist for my nail and he were rush on my nail. I paid $35 for my gel nail without cuticle cut and massage, it take only 15 minute for my nail done. Today, my 2 fingers are peeling off color. Not recommend for this salon if you dont want waste your money and your time.

Very friendly staff, clean salon, and quick service. Unfortunately, my dip manicure only lasted 2 days before chipping. I specifically got the dip to last, so Im very disappointed

A girl from work recommended Exquisite Nails and Spa to me about a year ago and I have been going to Wendy ever since! Every time I go, Wendy goes above and beyond with my nails. I have noticed that the dip polish has made a huge improvement in my nail care and they always have a ton of colors to choose from. I would highly recommend this salon.

Ryan is awesome but ive had a few different people and they have all been great with attention to detail and shape! Prices are so great for the work and detail, incomparable to any other ive been to. The glass of wine is the cherry topper!

Exquiste Nails and Spa is far superior to other nail salons in the area. A clean spa! They use spa tube liners which is important for me. I hate to share my technicians name Annie with fear she wont have time for me in the future. So Amnoe rember I am your number one fan 😘Also, I feel strongly you would be very satisfied with either Annie, Wendy, or Vivan. Any of the tladies there will provide you excellant service!
