I absolutely love this place and I go there every time I get my nails done. They do a great job and my dip manicures last so long! Cindy is great at doing special designs when I ask for them and she is the only person I trust with my eyebrows. The owner is so welcoming and really values his customers. The location is very convenient, and there is a Starbucks next door.

I went to Hollywood Nails after seeing the amazing job they did on my friend’s nails and I’m so glad I did! I showed them a design I wanted on Pinterest and they did such a good job replicating the design and did even better than the picture! It was a fun and relaxing experience. Thai and the other staff were so friendly. I will definitely be back but, I recommend making an appointment because they get booked pretty quickly and now I know why. Very happy with my nails!

I had an amazing time with my friend at Hollywood Nails and Spa! Not only did I get an amazing pedicure, but also a great eyebrow and lip waxing. I was so nervous about getting waxed since I had never done it before, but the process was so easy and painless. I won’t be going anywhere else for nails or waxing ever again!

My nails chipped right away and it was a gel manicure. A couple of the nails are see-through and it was a brown polish. My pedicure nail polish is clumpy. Both feet and hands were not moisturized enough and both feel dry. My nails are worse than when I went in.

The service was AMAZING! Not only were my nails great but so are the people. My acrylic nails last for a month! I will never get my nails done anywhere else. This place is the bomb!

Thai, Cindy and Tom are all great. I looked for a reliable salon when I moved to TN two years ago, and I finally found it! Ive been with them for about a year now and I wont trust anyone else with my mani or pedis. They are clean, accommodating, provide complimentary beverages and are genuinely nice people. They recently added Hannah to provide additional spa/aesthetic services. I recently got lash extensions and brow wax/color with her and I couldnt be more pleased. So many compliments!! One stop shopping for all my aesthetic (and relaxation!) needs at Hollywood Nails. Highly recommended!(...if that werent enough, theres a Starbucks right nextdoor as well )

The new owners are amazing. Ty and Cindy are not only super nice to talk to but also are excellent at their job. Cindy can perfectly create any desired design on a nail. I love this place so much. The staff is amazing and even though their products and services arent cheap, theyre definitely worth the little extra cash. They go above and beyond with their business. I loved the massages and theyre priced at great deals! This would make a great Mothers Day gift!

DO NOT COME HERE. If I could give this place zero stars I would. I came in for acrylics on my birthday and they did the WORST NAIL JOB EVER. I refused to pay for it because they were so bad. The first guy was learning but did a horrible job. He was rough on my nails when filing and I kept telling him he was hurting me. Halfway through I told him I wanted someone else to do them because I didnt like them at all but he said he would fix them at the end. He didnt even ask what shape I wanted so I finally told him I wanted round not square and them he tried but clearly had no idea how to do anything but square. FINALLY someone else took over but even he couldnt fix what the first guy botched. NEVER COME HERE.They look like fake glue on nails. I have really thin and small nail beds normally, so I asked for the acrylic to be thin and he piled it on there so now I have huge globs of terrible looking acrylic on my nails.

I have been to this salon for almost a year now and I love it! These are great people, very attentive to your needs and very good. A couple of times I asked to fix something and they responded to my request happily and promptly. Nice clean facility. Thank you very much!I have recommended them to all my friends.

Cindy is AWESOME!! I was unsure about what to do w my nails, and she was a tremendous help. So much so that the color choice I went w may very well be the best color option Ive ever chosen. Took a little over two hours. Only reason is they had to redo the nails. They look great but just took way too long.

My all time favorite place to get my nails done. Have been coming here for a few years and have tried out a few techs but I love getting my gel acrylics done by Mary Best shape! Girls at the front are very nice too! These are two examples of nails I’ve had done.

I came here for the first time to get dip powder w extensions, and they did an amazing job! The place was very clean. I only had a 5 minute wait with an appointment just for a technician to open up. Prices are very fair, one of the lowest Ive paid.

My technician was very sweet and professional, listened to my needs/requests and also provided suggestions. She was able to repair a botched job done by a different salon. Ive found my new happy place!

Service was excellent. They did my nails and toes at the same time. They were not able to do acrylics because they didnt have a tech that was certified there at the time, but they did the dip and I ended up loving it! The prices were steep. But very high quality.

Great nail salon. My gel manicure lasts 3 weeks most of the time and my toes last twice as long. Depending obviously on what Im doing. Mary is nice and relaxing and the quick massage at the end is a nice touch. My bf has been there and they can remove ingrown toenails if you ask. Love this place.

The are the best nail salon I have ever gone to. Mary and her team does an amazing job and are very creative and artistic in their technique. They are very hip and up to date in the new trends to satisfy your style regardless of what it may be you are looking for. I absolutely love this Hollywood nails and Spa. The staff is incredibly and hardworking. And they are so accommodating. I love the gel manicure and a hot stone pedicure here. The waxing is so incredible . They really know what they are doing. I come out feeling better and happier. The chair massage so good. I experience a lot of back pain. And every time I get a massage the pain seem to disappear.Believe me when I say . You can’t go wrong with this place.

This place is great! Walked in during the lunch hour and it was not crowded. I was immediately greeted and sat at a pedicure station. My technician was friendly and worked in an efficient manner. The place is clean and has a lot of work stations. I would come back here!

I came in and the lady told me these are the longest acrylic nails she’s ever seen and wanted me to get them shorter. I told her no and that I wanna just get a fill in and keep growing them out. She asked me what I’d want and I showed her a picture of nails with a simple design and said that it would cost $70. Like what? A kid could do that. So then I just got simple colored nails and she kept drilling my nails so hard that my skin was burning and being cut. She did not remove all of the gel polish from previous nails and she put nail glue on the underneath of my nails!!! I’ve never had anyone put nail glue on the bottom underneath of my nails. When it was almost done she was complaining about how it took so long to do my nails since they are long. Like sorry but it’s ur job and I just wanted some nice nails for the money I’m giving you. It was $50... for nails that don’t look good and are crooked. Won’t be coming back for that price.

I usually bring my daughter in the tow and get a mani/pedi set. They ARE thorough and so sweet to chat to. Feel so relaxing by their atmosphere. Will definitely proposal this place to others!

Been several times and promptly attended to. Pricey but they do better leg massages than most places. Did have an issue where they tore a toenail and didnt bother telling me until they were talking in their language quickly, drawing my notice and saw the girl gluing my nail down. Final result wasnt noticeable but the way it all went down was concerning. Did a fantastic job on my eyebrows!

Mary was so nice while doing my nails. This was my first professional manicure I have ever. My nails look so pretty. I really enjoy it! And the entire salon is relaxing and clean.

I really dislike posting bad reviews, but when I went to Hollywood Nails and Spa 6 days ago the man who did my nails cut me twice. You can see how my ring finger is still healing (even after neosporin). The spa was nice and cozy, the staff were very nice and my nails look great. Even with these things, it’s not worth it if you are cut in the process. The man apologized and I thought of leaving but I didn’t want to leave with half done nails. 😬

At the end of it all my nails looked decent, but that’s after I had him fix a few. He seemed to be upset that he had to do it and he made two of my fingers bleed. I’m a server so I believe in tipping and this guy didn’t even get 10%.

Me and my mother visited Hollywood Nails today and we are very happy with their services and how kind the staff is . I will be back soon.

Im from Florida but was visiting due to work and decided to get my nails done here. First off we sat there for almost 40 minutes before they even got started on our nails. It would have been nice if they had at least advise there would be that long of a wait so we could have chosen to stay or not. Then my nail tech was obviously in a rush to get to the next client, she barely even said hello and did some of my nails so fast, they are uneven. And they seriously charged $50 for this! I dont mind spending $50 if the service is good but this was not at all worth it. I guess if Im ever back in Tennessee, I wont get my nails done here.

I was surprised to find a place in cool springs with such affordable prices, but now I know why. I’ve been there several times and have had several employees do my nails. Every time, no matter who, my gel polish comes off in about a week or less. There is also not good communication to the point of them doing the wrong color, despite pointing out the right one. They put the polish on way too thick in too many layers (probably because they know it’ll peel right off and you’ll HAVE to come back.). It is done as quickly as possible and even with gel nails, the guy had me leave with wet gel on my fingers last time. I’ve given them many chances, but will NOT be back. The only thing they have going for them is a few friendly staff members.

Came here, very nice staff . And nice lady doing my nails, but I came in maybe a week and a half ago to get arcrylic nails. The are coming off, and have ripped off my bottom nail they hurt so bad. I have been getting my nails done for years, I model so I have to keep them done, but never have I had this bad a job I recently moved here and my nail girl is back in Chicago. It was very fast and I think she might have been new.

Pedicure was excellent. My technician was very good but a bit challenged by English language, but others were available when needed.

My 2nd time going to this shop and I know for sure now the first time wasnt a fluke. I gave this place the benefit of doubt, only because of them being open on sundays work with my schedule. My nails have not been done a week they are chipping at the nail bed and I had to have one replaced it literally popped off they are different lengths and sizes...smh never again $60 plus tip wasted

People very nice. But no one there tonight, slow evening. Had pedand manicure, nice hot stones on pedicure. I wish the people doing this would take their time to make this a soothing relaxing moment for the client instead of rushing throughit. Makes me want to go a spa where more soothing and relaxed instead. Of rushed and hurried. And you should always help the client to put their flip flops back on.experience instead of hurting, quickly getting thru the pedicure.

Pedicure was fine, they have good prices. However, Im missing the end of my right eyebrow. Its gone! Its the worst eyebrow job I have ever had.

While the people who worked here were nice, I was very unsatisfied with my nails. Me and two friends went in for acrylics. The man who did my nails completed my set and my friends set in the time it took the lady to do my other friends nails. It has been almost a week and a half. While hers are still in tact and look ok mine and my friends nails broke off or peeled off (which Ive never seen with an acrylic) withing a week. Our nails looked like we got them done 3 weeks before rather than a few days. I went to another salon and got my nails fixed and they were shocked at the condition of my nails. It seemed to me this place is focused on money rather then customer satisfaction. We paid over $100 for nails that lasted less time than a box of press on nails from walmart. We will not be going back.

Okay first off?? Cindy is my mf GIRLLLL. Never misses a beat. Always 10/10. I have never NOT gotten compliments on my nails. I travel like an actual mad woman for work and when I’m home here in Nashville, it’s quite literally for only 12 hours at a time and I’m back at the airport. Well, Cindy understands the assignment every single time... I cannot thank Cindy and her husband enough for all the times they’ve stayed open a little later for me, or squeezing me in at the very last minute. Absolutely amazing, I recommend them to EVERYONE. And this California girl takes her nail art seriouslyyyy. My people. My literal happy place. Don’t walk to the bookings, literally run.
