I liked this place even more than I thought I would. I was a little hesitant, because I got a text about 25 minutes before my appointment saying they were 30-45 minutes behind that day. I was already on the way, so I decided to keep my appointment. Despite the initial impression, I was taken care of relatively quickly. I got to sit in the massage chair for a little bit, got a complimentary soda, and chilled out. I had booked an Athenian Mani Pedi with gel on my hands, but I ended up getting dip with extensions (for the first time!) instead of the gel. I could not be happier with the results, and Ill certainly be back. I had great conversations with the employees, and the woman who did my nails was fabulous. I had a great experience!I didnt include my toe polish in the photos, but they look great, too.

Mrs Pat is amazing! She understands my needs and what I look for out of my services and it’s always such a joy to see her! The place is insanely clean and the staff is always insanely friendly to me!love this place!

I wouldnt even give this place a one star, but the site wont let me post this unless i pick a star......Dont use this Nail Salon ....it was our first time to go there. I set up an appointment for 3 adults to get pedicures and Gel Manicures a few days ahead of time because there was 3 of us coming in at once. I got a text from the Nail Salon the day of at 2:18 p.m. asking if we would still be coming in for our booking at Athenian Nail Spa and Bar Cool Springs Location. I replied yes but our appointment is not until 4:00 p.m.When we arrived at 4:00 there were 3 ladies at the front desk, we told them we had a 4:00 appointment one of the women was standing with her arms crossed and was very rude with and an attitude I dont know if she was the owner or not but the first thing she said to us was is one of your phones text not working? I told her that my phone was working just fine, because I was the one who booked the appointment she said we didnt text them back, she seemed very upset, i didnt understand why since we were on time, but she turned and left and went back behind the wall, there was no other customers in the salon, we picked our polish colors but then we realized this rude woman was not working the front desk she was going to be one of the women doing one of our pedicures, we decided we were not staying there not with her attitude and supporting that business. There were other nail salons to go to so we left there and went down the street to a much better place. I will never go back to Athenian Nail Salon & Bar and will not be recommending it. Now I know why it was empty on a Friday afternoon. Very bad customer service!

I love this place. I moved to Franklin, TN a year ago and I have been trying different nail salons and not having success until this place. I highly recommend Athenian Nail Spa & Bar.

Made an appointment for 10am and didnt even get to the pedicure station till 10:30am. I sat there waiting. The lady that was to work on me was 15 minutes late. While my friend next to me was waiting for her lady to get of the phone as she was ordering something and asked for me to hold her credit card so she can take a picture of it to make her purchase. Very unprofessional. I could go on and on. Lets just say I will never go back and would highly recommend for others to not use their services as well.

Love this place! They have a bar and a karaoke floor. The customer service is great, too. Truly amazing.The best part is my nail tech, Jula. She gets the job done right EVERY TIME. Im never disappointed.

Requested an appointment time on their website. A day later they simply sent that my appointment request was declined with no other information and zero follow-up. The other location, at the very least, suggests another appointment time. Was I supposed to keep going through time slots on their website and hope I find an available one that wouldnt be declined, or was I declined as a client altogether? Never experienced this with any other nail salon.

Ive been trying to reach the staff to schedule an appointment for myself, my mother, and grandmother at the Cool Springs location for 5 days now. Ive had no luck in speaking to anyone for setting up an appointment. Ive called daily (to include three times today) and even sent an online booking request a few days ago. Nobody has answered the phone, nor have they replied back to my online request. Very disappointed.

I absolutely LOVE Athenian!! I have been a loyal customer since 2018 and absolutely despise going anywhere else! I love the OHB location, but this new Cool Springs location may have stolen my heart! Both locations are great! Go here! You won’t regret it!

I walked out of this place today. Had been a few times in the past. I had an appointment at 10 and 10:20 still had not been brought back. I was on time for my appointment. All of these people who had walked in after me even without appointments had been brought back. When I asked about it the guy was so RUDE to me and said “Do you want to continue to wait or cancel your appointment?” Just so disrespectful. I will NEVER go back and will tell everyone about my horrible experience here.

We absolutely loved our experience here! Kind staff and relaxing services. This salon has a fun atmosphere which made it a perfect stop on our girls trip! Highly recommend.

This place is so amazing. My nails are always looking nice and shaped. I love the service and the environment. The bath bombs at the front desk are incredible as well. When stopping in for services, don’t forget to purchase one, as it leaves the skin so soft.

I went with three girlfriends and we had a blast! Mary Ann was the best. We will definitely be back!!

This place is awesome. Jula my nail tech did a fantastic job. The atmosphere was nice and it did not smell like strong acetone and nail polish like many nail salons. I came was my best friend and we it was one of the highlights to our trip.

Poor customer service. They made appointment on their books for the wrong date. They didn’t greet customers waiting at the desk . Were unprofessional in their attire, with no name tags and children behind the counter. Poor attitudes projected towards customer.

Very hard to schedule an appointment tried to get one on Wednesday and on Friday and they couldnt schedule either days. Have used multiple times and they are never on time and dont have enough staff at all. Water temperature for pedicures is either scalding or ice cold everytime.

My nails broke within a week. I had tips with acrylic dip. 6 nails have cracks and 3 tips have broken. I did go back and get the first one that broke fixed. But I dont have time to get the others repaired.
