If I could give this place 0 stars I would, came here thinking I would give it a shot because I’ve yet to find a place I like in Columbus. Pedicure was awesome the man was very kind and listened to exactly what I wanted and asked for. Went in thinking I wasn’t going to get my nails done but decided since I enjoyed the service with pedicure I would give manicure a shot. Bad idea!!! Usually I get gel polish but I decided to switch it up a bit and do dip powder.. I went in thinking the man was going to do my manicure nope.. I got a woman that rushed it, and cut my cuticle to pieces .. made me bleed And then I mentioned it to her she put medicine on it however still proceeded to charge me $48 dollars for dip when it looks like a 2 year old painted my nails. There is missing splotches on the sides of my nails that I pointed out to her.. the dip isn’t even, never EVER going here again!!! They are a rip off just take your money elsewhere you’ve been warned!! Pictures posted are right after walking out where she thought putting Vaseline on the cuts would help cover it up.. wrong now I’m in pain and my nails look horrible thanks EXPERT nails! I’ll be sure to spread the word on how horrible you are.

I have never had a bad experience here and the staff is always friendly. The girl that did my nails today was professional and was very sweet. I dont like long nails, I cant do anything with them long, and I always get a french manicure and she did and excellent job!! The prices are comparable to other salons but the HUGE difference between here and other places is that they are not mask Nazis here. If you want to wear one, no problem or pressure!! I would recommend this salon over any in the Johnson or Bartholomew County area!!

Ive never been here before today. I think the man could tell I was having a bad day, either that or their pedicure service is DEVINE. Full massage up to the knee, lotion, hot towels, etc. Firm but gentle grip. Never made me bleed while filing my nails because he was that gentle. He also had a great sense of humor.The place looks and smells clean, the people are friendly, and the prices are great for the services. I would absolutely come back, 💯.

I used to love going here until ownership changed. The new ones are very friendly but they did a bad job on toe polish 3x in a row on both my daughter & myself and never did a good job on my daughter’s full set X3. The last time we went the old lady didn’t mix the polish before doing daughters toes so the color did not match her fingers at all. When I pointed it out they just laughed about it. When I pursued the matter they only gave me $5 off. And I was a very good tipper so it wasn’t like I was trying to get something for nothing.

This is my favorite nail shop. Its family owned and operated and every one who works there is very kind and will do a good job for you. Its also cleaner and smells better than most other nail salons Ive been to.

Was able to be seen immediately, very friendly and efficient. I always get such amazing pedicures here! Also just got my second acrylic set and it looked amazing! I have wider nails and he was able to accommodate and turn out beautiful!

I have been coming here for quite some time now and I have never been disappointed! Everyone is always so nice and so polite! They always do a fantastic job! I get my nails done, pedicures and also get my eyebrows and lip waxed as well! They always make sure it’s done just the way I asked and the way I like it!! Yesterday I came to this salon with my friend and we both got full sets. I asked for round nails with a nude polish and colored tips. They told me they couldn’t do this, so I then asked for them just to paint my nails a solid color. I specifically asked for a regular polish and I watched him put the gel polish on after trying to clarify that I didn’t want it, MULTIPLE times. Luckily they didn’t charge me extra, but this was the worst set I have ever been given. My friend had to go somewhere else to pay $25 on top of the $40 that they charged her when it should have been $35. They don’t refund and I do not recommend.

Very pleased. Walked in and sat right down. The manicurist was very polite. He was very quiet which is my preference. He was also VERY meticulous. Price was less than what I am used to paying and the quality was better.

My sister and I went in to get my nails done before my wedding. I asked for a manicure and French Tip acrylic nails. They didn’t take off all of my nail polish before they started with the acrylic and they put a couple of the French tips on crooked. They didn’t do a manicure and at the end just put some cuticle oil on. Luckily they didn’t charge me for a manicure they didn’t give.My sister got her nails done too. Her thumb nails were way too long compared to the rest of her fingernails. They didn’t clean up the bottom of her nails either because there was dried nail polish hanging under her nails.I would not recommend this place if you want good looking nails.

PAINFUL EXPERIENCE- My nails are short. I got dip nails for the first time ever. She filed and buffed and filed some more so the nail was rough and the dip would stick. When it was time to get them redone, I went back. She clipped, filed, sanded to get the dip off. In the process I was cut and nicked multiple times. At that point she got a bottle of something out to put on the cut and nicks each time to stop the bleeding. It was painful. When I was done I was sore for over a week because my fingers were all nicked up. My actual nails were also sore but I wasn’t sure why. When it was time to get them redone I decided to go somewhere else and had them soaked off. It turns out, my nails were filed and sanded so thin and that’s why they were sore. It’s been a month and a half and I’ve tried 3 different treatments just to fortify my nails the best I can. As they grow, when I get past the nailbed they peel and tear off because they are so thin the only choice I have is to let them grow. It’s going to be a process. There was also a dog running around the salon while I was there it wasn’t a huge deal to me but looking back it probably should have been. If I can help one person by sharing my experience, that’s all that matters. Stay away from dip.

They did a good job on my nails...but thing is...its NOT what I wanted. Heres the story:I went there with friends to get nails done for a wedding. The guy asked me if I wanted gel. I said NO. Ive had gel (and only gel) before and I knew I would have to come back and get them taken off professionally. I didnt want to do that because I wanted to get them taken off ASAP and the day after I could get them taken off was labor day, they would be closed. So I wanted to be able to get them off at home. So he does my nails. He has them dry under the UV lamp. Which, I didnt know the lamp was only used for gel nails. I though it could be used for regular acrylic nails as well. I was wrong. Labor day comes around and Im trying to get them off at home. Im filing them, cutting them, soaking them in remover until my fingers are prunes....so I call around to people I know who get their nails done. They asked if they had them dry under a lamp or a fan. Then when I answered the lamp she said thats why you cant remove them, they did gel...WHEN I TOLD THEM NO ON GEL!Im going to try to go elsewhere to get these removed. This is what happens when you go somewhere and they speak VERY LITTLE English!

After 2.5hrs of getting a FILL, none of my nails are the same shape or size. When I noticed all the nails were different shapes (round, coffin, etc) (I came in with coffin) I asked the tech, she started fixing the shapes, making half of them the normal size of my natural nails, and the other half the length I came in with / wanted. After a discount the lady automatically gave without me saying anything because she knew how bad she did, I paid $45 PLUS TIP for the fill. They refused to discount anymore. I am not a person to ever complain and normally would have walked out with a smile even if I didnt like them but they are so bad I couldnt even pretend. I used this nail salon every two weeks for almost six months, never had a bad experience until today, Ill give them that. But after I was nicer than I should have been when I asked for maybe a little more off or something for next time I came since they knew Id be back in two weeks and them refusing I walked out with all different length nails and will never go back due to their customer service.

I asked for gel.. the lady dipped my nails... I have been sitting here for over 45 minutes she got up and still hasnt came back. My nails are half done. Very rude.

My fiancee and I went for pedicures. His feet were in horrible shape. They were extremely professional, did a fantastic job and he looks as if he got new feet!

Literally the worst nail salon i have ever been too. i had called earlier today to see how much a full set and gel was and they said $35. when i arrive a girl started gluing on the nails and then would rip them off because it was the wrong size of nail. then i got asked to move to a different person. the guy started filing my nails so crooked to the point where i had to file them myself because he could not straighten them out. i then check out and this is where they tell me it’s 45. she said that i should ask when i go in. i told her that she should tell her employees and customers the correct pricing. at the end she said she could take them off but would need to charge me $10 and could not get a refund. my skin is literally glued to the nails them selves. lmaoooo this place is a joke.

Not a great experience. Nails not cut even polish not covering all of nails. No foot massage just legs. Overall not impressed.

I went close to close and still felt welcomed and not rushed. The lady who did my nails was extremely sweet and made me feel very comfortable. She took her time and made sure they were perfect. They look amazing and will definitely come back.

This place is a gem! The nail techs are incredibly nice and attentive. I came in with a group of five and we were sat within minutes with small waters to drink. The messages and work is out of this world. The tub water was very warm. I go out of my way to come to this salon! Best salon I have ever been too!

I got dip nails with extensions and they looked wonderful! They really took their time to make sure my nails looked great!

The first time I went to get acrylic set I was extremely dissatisfied. I went back again and requested someone different and gave it another shot. I am once again extremely dissatisfied. Nail shape and length are all over the place and completely un-even. Definitely not worth the $10 let alone the $40 I paid. Extremely unsatisfied. Will not return.

Friendly service and EXPERT quality

I have been to several different nail salons and I was very disappointed with the quality of service I received at this one(definitely not expert). It took the technician 2.5 hours to apply a new set. The final result was lumpy and a couple nails were very crooked. She nicked a few of my fingers while filing with the drill and they each seem different shapes and lengths. I think my teenager could do a better job honestly. Will not be returning.

This place is FABULOUS. Ive never been to a salon where the workers are so friendly! Amy did my nails and we had a wonderful conversation! :) She then gave me two bright fruits and she gave me a big hug before I left! If you want friendly and wonderful service, then go here!! :D

I got a pedicure. I have very tiny toenails, which my technician noted so it’s not like she didn’t know to look out for that. When I got home, I noticed that my toenails were whacked. I have polish all over my actual toes and when I try to take it off, it’s coming off my nail too. And she tried to clean it up with a brush and polish remover but it ended up taking off the polish in places and she never fixed it.

My nail broke after 2 days and ive been trying to go back to have them fix it but they arent open even tho its says till 7:30 on the door they close at 6:30. And never answer the phone.

Very happy with the quality and service. The nail salon also is very clean and up to date. Love the selection and quality of nail polish and how it was organized by color.

This is a great nail salon. My daughter and I have been there a couple of times together. Everyone is always so nice. I always get gel nails. My nails lasted over 3 weeks without chipping at all. Will drive the extra time to have my nails done here.

This is the best nail studio in town. They are always busy, but do everything possible to keep the line moving. My pedicure was relaxing and thorough, and Amy does a great job on my gel manicure. Their prices are a bit higher than average but worth it for the quality. Their color selection is expansive and organized.

I LOVE this business and the people who run it!They are extremely personable and sweet, I cannot speak highly enough of them. I will literally drive an hour from school to this place because nowhere is as good as they are. Theyre amazing at what they do and always go out of their way to make sure my nails are perfect! I never write reviews, but they deserve it. Plus their prices are cheap, especially for what you get. Much love!

Anyone that likes a good experience at the salon needs to try this salon. They are very friendly and attitive to you and your needs. I have them do dip powder on my natural nails that are naturally weak. They take extra care not make them weaker and they do a wonderful job.

I got my nails done may 16, 2020. I got a full set with polis and as soon as I left the salon my nails started to peel and it wasn’t that big of deal I just went back and they fixed them for me but as soon as I left it happened again! Now I am on my third time getting them done/fixed and I am told that I would have to pay extra to get them fixed again! I do not understand why I should have to pay to fix them when it’s on the third attempt and they obviously messed them up some how! I will never ever go get to this place again!!

I know Im in a small town but when I show with a picture and ya say you can do it, its what I expect. Im so annoyed that I paid over price for something I hate. Despite me trying to get them to give me what I wanted several times.My nails have nail polish all over the skin and its gel. My nails are clearly lumpy. I wish I could load all the photos up on how badly my nails were done.

I really didnt get the right color. I picked out white with sparkles but it looks like silver. So I am not satisfied.

Its ok. I wasnt impressed and my nails didnt last very long. Maybe it was an off day for the salon but it didnt feel very welcoming. Perhaps Ill try again in the future however a friend said she had a similar experience there and Ive found another nail shop I prefer.

Extremely poor customer service. I had 3 nails pop off 4 days after having them filled. Went in for repairs and the guy says I TOLD him I just had a NEW set put on (I DID NOT!!), then he called me a liar. If you dont understand English, have someone else run your business!!! I will be letting ALL my friends know of this unacceptable behavior! Less than 1 star if I could!

The employees are very nice, however I requested matte nails. When I asked about them they said they could do it but when it came down to painting my nails theyre nice and glossy. Also the young man that did my nails cut 5 of my cuticles, I was missing one nail for my fill in and he put a much bigger tip on and now I have a solid round nail, none of my nails are the same length and my fingers are killing me! Ive never been so disappointed. Wasted $33 for nothing. Back in my hometown now and paying even more for an actual expert to fix their mistake. SMH.

Sometimes the wait is long but I have always found it worth it. They have awesome pedicures and I love how they do their acrylics.
