The only nail salon I visit south of Nashville! My entire family are regulars here because of the kind staff and their attention to detail. They are very personable and know their customers by name. There is never a long wait, and they take their time with each customer even when it’s busy. The prices are competitive, and the experience is always pleasant. They really care about their customers and will do everything in their power to keep customers happy. We’re thankful they’re back open for business and appreciate the extra measures they’ve taken to ensure everyone’s health and safety during this challenging time.

The atmosphere was calm, quiet and relaxing. Exactly what I’m looking for when I finally get some “ME” time. The staff was friendly and they did an awesome job on mine and my daughter’s nails. They actually listened to our requests which is something I’ve had issues with at other nail salons. Definitely going back.

LIEN Nails is my “go to” for the best mani/pedi experience in Williamson County. From the moment you enter you are treated like royalty. Kim (the owner) is kind, professional, and incredibly talented. The entire staff is wonderful. I highly recommend a visit to this great little business! Came here for pink and whites. She convinced me to get the nail dip and said it’d be much cheaper. They were clearly in a rush and not paying much attention, because one of the nails is very noticeably crooked. Not only that, these “much cheaper” nails, posted on my bank account as $50. I’m pretty sure the pink and white is only $40... not sure how these were cheaper??

I searched all over Franklin for someone who could do the type of gel manicure I wanted. Kim assured me she could and she did a wonderful job. Everytime Im in Franklin, Ill use her for both pedicures and nails. The shop is also very clean and nice decor and a very pleasant staff.

Fabulous relaxing pedicure here....Deluxe...little more money but so worth the extra time. I requested firm massage. Highly recommend! My sis in law loved hers too.

My gel manicure lasted way longer than any that I have had in the past. I did not feel rushed at all and everyone was extremely friendly. This is my new go to.
