I have been coming to Class A Fitness for 2 1/2 years now.In coming to Class A Fitness for the first time I had very little self-confidence and was out of shape. I was a little intimidated because I didnt know anyone and was unsure of what to expect, Like many people, over the years I have had my ups & downs with my weight. I have plenty of workout dvds and did the working out at home. Even though I got some results, I would not stay consistent which wasnt enough to keep the weight off. I started coming regularly to class at Class A Fitness 4 -5 times a week. It definitely was not easy, however I was determined to get in shape & feel better about myself. The trainers and other members were very welcoming which made it easier to not feel out of place.Over the past 2 1/2 years thru various challenges at Class A Fitness, I have learned sustainable habits which led to taking off over 35 pounds and 20 inches. I also discovered my strength mindset and am determined to never go back to the way I used to be. I now feel so much better about myself. I have much more self-confidence, energy and am stronger both physically & mentally.I now enjoy working out & looking forward to going to classes. The trainers are motivational and are helpful in pushing you when you need to be pushed. They help you realize that you are stronger than what you think you are. They really do care.Class A Fitness has given me more self-confidence & taught me not be afraid to challenge myself. Everyone at Class A Fitness is so helpful and encouraging. They have a great support system and are one of a kind in making you feel like you are truly a part of their fitness family.Class A Fitness has also made me realize that anything is possible if you have the proper mindset and are committed to hard work..
