D1 is an outstanding facility with wonderful staff! My husband and I signed up for a 6 week program and loved it so much that we decided to become members for the long haul! The coaches are fantastic. They are knowledgeable, personable, fun, and they push you to do more than you think youre able. They make the workouts for you so you just have to show up and give it your all. The workouts are intense but do wonders for your strength, endurance, and overall physical ability. I would absolutely drag to a normal gym, but I found myself excited to return to each class to see how my strength has improved, to enjoy the energy of the coaches, and to see friendly faces during our classes. Weve gotten to know some of the other members during our time there and everyone is very helpful and encouraging! We are SO GLAD we found D1, the best yes of 2021.

I started their 6 week program after I saw an add on Instagram one day. I had been looking for something to challenge me, keep me accountable and also be a place I really just enjoyed working out/exercising at. Everyone I’ve met that works there is very nice and helpful. They want to push you to be better each and every class and it’s working. I feel stronger, healthier, and more fit in general than when I first started my 6 week program. I would definitely recommend this to people of all fitness levels. You will not regret trying out this awesome gym. 10/10 would recommend.

I joined D1 as part of the 6 week program. I am really happy with the progress I made in 6 weeks. I got clear idea about what to eat and how much to eat, what to eat before and after workouts.Coming to the workouts - it is tough! Its different each day and really challenge you.The coaches guide you to do the exercises in correct form and also to push yourself. The group workouts were intimidating at first, but everyone has been super encouraging and motivates you to do your best. You feel yourself getting stronger each day. Really glad I did this challenge.

I was on Instagram when I saw the AD pop up for the 6 Week Challenge and thought it was too good to be true. Im SO thankful I went in to talk with someone, which ultimately led me to sign up for the challenge. It brought the joy back into fitness for me. After a year of at home workouts during covid, I was seeing results but they were fluctuating because I was not consistent. At home workouts get lonely and its easy to loose momentum because of it. The physical grind of training at D1 is coupled with encouragement and accountability— all while having fun! D1, their coaches, and their community have helped to make training an enjoyable part of my lifestyle again. Im so thankful for that.

I just finished the 6 week challenge and I feel like I have accomplished so much. I am an active outdoorsy person but as I have gotten older, I noticed that I was losing overall strength. I also have dealt with back pain on and off for years after surgery for a bulging disc 5 years ago. I had given up on running and lifting heavy things but the D1 workouts proved to me that I could do more than I thought. I was careful starting off to not do twisting motions or lift too much and would ask for modifications if needed but then as I got stronger, my back actually felt better. Definitely do the 6 week challenge! You will be so proud of yourself!

D1 is one of the best gyms out there! We just completed their 6 week summer shred challenge and I was able to gain 5+ pounds of muscle while lowering my body fat %! My wife and I did not hesitate to join as members! The staff, coaches, and facility are fantastic. The workouts are incredible providing training in every aspect to be an all around athlete. They were intentional to ensure we were safe while also being able to push ourselves past our limits. We loved every aspect of it especially the community with the other members and we would highly recommend for those who are serious about training and their health!

I tried out a class at D1 and decided to join the 6 week challenge. Granted the classes are very challenging, but they are guaranteed to get you the results you are looking for with consistency and discipline. The staff at D1 is very friendly and personable, which is what really won me over. Also the D1 community is very encouraging, supporting and very uplifting. I went in with the mindset of just doing the challenging and calling it quits, but I will definitely be joining the D1 community as a member and I’m excited to see how my body will transform beyond the 6 week challenge!

Definitely recommend! The group workouts are no joke. High intensity, full body, weights, conditioning, performance, strength, they do it all. I feel so much more well-rounded and really enjoyed the group workout atmosphere. Incredibly challenging and so rewarding!

D-1 is fun, challenging, professional, and pristine. Facilities are top notch, the coaches and staff are highly competent, and the people you work out with are genuinely friendly and non-judgmental. I played team sports growing up and the D-1 experience reminds me so much of that: accountability, cheering each other on, and working toward results. I’ve always been nervous about attending a gym and thought I would feel intimidated. I was challenged so much at D1 but felt very accepted and encouraged in my workouts, and their coaches helped me work on my technique because I’ve never spent much time in a weight room. They pushed me to go harder and longer than I thought I could, and I can tell such a difference from when I started! Also, the 5 p.m. class is where it’s at!

They have great coaching, challenging classes, and it works. Ive tried a few similar gyms but D1 has been the best for gaining muscle and losing fat without being boring. I was able to lose 5% body fat and gain a few pounds of muscle in just over a month. They know what they are doing and they can get you where you want to be

This place is amazing! I walked in, having done traditional strength training in the past, and fully expected to have no issues keeping up. I was wrong! D1 really takes fitness to the next level. My goal was to try something new and hopefully lose some weight. The class format, which is lead by amazing trainers, in an awesome open-air facility, is a great experience. They preach it in their motto, you are not joining a gym, you are joining a team. Your classmates help keep you honest and the trainers and staff are there to guide you through each exercise. The hour-long routines are trainer led stretching, cardio, core/balance routines as well as weight training. I leave every session soaked in sweat and excited for the next class.

4 week Scholastic Strength and Agility Workout with D1 this summer. All 3 trainers (Marcus, Conner and Megan were excellent. They made sure they built the program based on the ability of the kids. Will surely recommend this program o anyone participating in Athletic programs like lacrosse, soccer, football etc. or anyone just looking to build on their core. We could surely see the difference at the end of 4 weeks.

I have grown so much in my physical and mental strength through the training at D1. Myka and Savannah have taught me a ton and its been positively and genuinely transformational. If anyone is looking for an exciting challenging workout look no further. D1 is by far one of the best gyms I’ve ever been to. Their coach’s are knowledgeable and encouraging. The members are like a welcoming family. Everything is clean especially the women’s restroom and shower area. The only thing D1 could use is a facility refresher. It’s not bad just some wear and tear.

I highly recommend D1 training!My kiddos went there to get in better shape and improve sprinting and speed for Showcase Baseball. They loved the speed and agility camp called Rookies. Running speed and form improved so much, and they now have a solid foundation for baseball.

D1 training is legit! The workouts are different every time and focus on developing you. Everyone is at a different physical condition in their life, but D1 will allow you to achieve the next step you want to take. No hand outs at D1, it is a grind, but well worth it. The coaches are great! Santi and Mika are both 5 stars!

This gym is the king of all gyms. Highly organized, you just need to show up with a positive and hard working attitude and they will set you up for success. I’ve never focused on my core so much and what a difference the 6 week shred course made for me. I don’t just feel physically better, but also mentally better and that’s an amazing feeling.

D1 Summer Shred was amazing! I will be honest, I was a little intimidated at first. But everyone from the trainers to the members were great and supportive. I had to have some of my exercises modified so I could do them and the trainers were very accommodating. They pushed me when I needed it! I look forward to continuing to workout at D1!

I needed a change-up to my usual club routine to shake off the pandemic doldrums I found myself in. D1 gave me that and more.The six-week program was intense - more than anything I was doing on my own - and I love it. The variations from day-to-day, the coaches, and the people sweating right next to you keep it fresh and interesting. It pushed me harder than I wouldve ever pushed myself.Most importantly were the physiological changes Ive already noticed in six weeks. My endurance is up significantly; body fat is starting to come off while my arms, shoulders, and legs are starting to pop more. But more importantly to me as a 50yo dad and husband - all the weird little aches and pains Ive had from being pretty hard on my body over the years (hockey, mogul skiing, mountain biking) all started to go away. The work D1 puts you through involves plenty of warming up, mobility, and range of motion work that - along with the strength and core conditioning - had me marveling daily at day-to-day things I do that now no longer hurt, or where I just simply feel stronger.Looking forward to continuing this path with everyone at D1!

I started working out at D1 Nashville 2 weeks ago, and Im loving it. I attend the strength class at 0500 in the morning, and its been great so far. Coach Santiago is awesome, and gives you personal attention in areas you lack or you dont have enough experience. The class itself is pretty intense with a great mix of workout for upper-body, lower-body, full-body and competition mode. Ive never done strength training before, so getting to do it and being trained by some of the best people is really encouraging and motivating. I highly recommend D1 for those who are looking to try working out or stay fit in general. Its a great place to be in.

If there are things you can’t do they always make a point to give you an alternate exercise to allow you to get through the workout. All in all if I could give more than 5 stars I would. I went there for a birthday party and it was great. The turf was 50 yards long, big enough to play almost any sport. The only issue is that they made the soccer field too small.

This place is top notch. I was so intimidated to even call D1 because all of the people that were in their social media pictures looked so amazing and fit. I was afraid I wouldn’t be able to keep up but everything is able to be modified and the trainers are AMAZING!! In just a short time I’ve already noticed a difference. And I love the sign they have as you leave “you just got better!” If you are curious, just do it!!

I do the daily boot camp workout and love it. Im on my 3rd week and love the group training style. I also love how I can workout in a class everyday at the same time (if I want) to keep a consistent schedule. The only wish I have was that there were more showers. The guys locker room has only 2 showers and sometimes its a bit of a wait to use them right after a class.

D1 will absolutely whip you into shape! The classes look intense and they are, however, they are what you make them! If you ned to stop, stop, if you need to slow down, go for it... nobody will look at you, laugh, talk about you! The coachs are top notch and stress good form over intensity. Dan, Aaron, Scott and all of the instructors are very approachable and willing to help you in any way. If you have ever thought about checking it out, do it. It can only make you better!

I had worked out there before and was gifted a lot passes to continue to work out there when I moved to Nashville. The work out was great and enjoyed it a lot! But after sustaining an injury while working out there, my wife and I decided to take a break.Upon coming back from that break, we were told that the passes we were given had expired. I asked several different people there about it and no one tried to meet us halfway.It wouldnt bother me too much, except there was over $1500 in passes that they said we couldnt use anymore.

I have been working out at D1 since last November and LOVE it! I go to the 5am boot camp class and enjoy working out with my lab rats every day.
