I started going to 9Round because it was a 30 minute work out and you can go to the gym at any time (there is no set class schedule, a round starts every 3 minutes!). What a great find it was! Marshall and all of his trainers have been fantastic to work with. I tend not to push myself, but I am encouraged (in the best way) to keep on moving and being a stronger version of myself. The trainers have given me very helpful tips that allow me to practice better/good form and I feel like I get a good work out every workout. Highly recommend!

Awesome gym!! I travel a lot and get to visit 9Rounds across the states and this one is one of the best. Madison and Trevor are both fantastic trainers!! They both made me feel welcome and confident, and I had such fun. I left my workouts feeling stronger and will apply what Trever and Madison taught my to my workouts going forward. Thank you both! 10/10 recommend this gym.

Have been doing this for 18 months. Im 66 years old. The staff are highly competent, friendly, and encouraging. NO CLASS TIMES--you simply walk in and start your workout on your schedule. Great whole-body workout...shortest path to CV fitness. Of all the workout strategies Ive tried, this is the most intense and most fun. But, you can start where you are and work at your level. Staff wont push you till you hurt yourself, as in some places.

Super Good So helpful Its Full Body Workout Question: In short time where can you Burn your calories ? Answer: 9 rounds (just 30 mins= 700 Calories) Is my Answer I bet i can not find any other place to do my workouts.

The trainers are awesome and always help with good form and motivation! If needed they give good modifications that are just as challenging. The owner Marshall is very involved and helps you with your goals and keeps you accountable. I would recommend this gym to anyone. I drive about an hour just to work out here and it’s worth the drive! No class times works perfect for me and my personal schedule as well.

30 minute circuit is killer even compared to hour long classes I’ve taken in the past, Marshall and his coaches are awesome, always motivating, and very patient and great instructors especially when your first starting out and learning! Each round is different so it keeps it interesting, no class times makes it easier to fit a class into even a busy schedule, you can feel yourself getting stronger every class you take, and it’s fun!

Great combination of cardio and strength training. Workout is well directed and goes by quickly. Good calorie burn! You can drop in and workout versus trying to schedule a class. I highly recommend it!

Because I’m a very busy work from home mom, I love that I can come in anytime for my workout and get it done in 30 minutes. The flexibility of that gives me no excuse not to get my workout in the bag for the day. The staff is friendly, fun and encouraging and I always leave feeling amazing.

I do NOT like to workout at all. You get to hit and kick bags for most of the 30 minutes you are there, so it does not feel like a workout. I have been going now for approximately a year and during that year I have seen a difference in my body and my ability to complete the workout without being out of breathe. I love the fact of the stations - They are only 3 minutes so if I absolutely hate doing the particular workout on that station then I tell myself it is only 3 minutes, I can do anything for 3 minutes. Then I get a buzzer at 2 1/2 minutes so then I know I got this, only 30 seconds left! I feel like I finally found something that not just works for me. It is only 30 minutes and I get a full body workout. What workout out there can be done in that short amount of time for someone like myself who hates to workout and really does not have the time with a family and work. This is my kind of exercise!

I live in Charlotte but was visiting Franklin Tn ovet Christmas. I visited the Franklin 9 Rounds 3 times while I was there on vacation. I enjoyed meeting the new owner. I enjoyed some tips he gave me on my workout. I am a 9 Rounds member in Charlotte. It was nice to travel to another city and continue my workouts. I have been a member of 9 Rounds for 3 years. I enjoy the pace and intensity of the workouts as well as one on one traning during the workout. I plan on visiting the Franklin 9 Rounds on my next visit!
