🛑 I wouldn’t bring anything back to Kens Auto Electric! I needed a simple solenoid replacement on a winch and it took them 8 weeks, and I bet I had to call 6 times to get them to even start working on it. I thought they would straiten everything out on pickup but instead they charged me an hour of labor when I bet it didn’t take them 10 minutes, only to get it back with missing hardware, crimped/exposed wire, and loose connections. I was referred by a local business to these guys but I was burnt! 🛑I will forever be a Vans Electric customer!

These guys are sharp when it comes to electrical. They scanned my vehicle to see why my airbag light keeps coming on and told me what it was. They looked online and, unfortunately, the part was not available new anywhere. He gave me the info so that I can search for it myselfWhen it comes to automotive electrical, Ill be taking my daily drivers, and especially my classic cars to Kens.

WHAT!?!? Miracle workers. They got me in promptly and fixed my alternator in hours. The prices tag was ABSOLUTELY fair. They arent very talkative,but who cares? They know what theyre doing. Go see them! Or call ahead.

Took in to have electrical fixed, was not done correctly, instead of replacing harness that was missing just spliced and made work. Wire and black tape, so the actual part was not put on, will not use again, wanted job completed correctly, not rigged up fast. Very disapointed

The epitome of a family business and why, even though Ive moved to almost Seymour, Ill never go anywhere but Kens from now on!

Charged us $250 to fix an electrical problem with my can am and they couldn’t fix it and they didn’t put the screws back in the right places and we lost a side cover on the interstate semi ran it over! Just pulled over and the broke a clip off taking the front cover off so we have to pay for that also now and when we talked to them about getting our money back they hung up on us!! I do not recommend this place

Have had many problems with my jeep having issues with electrical and they have fixed it everytime something new happens. I am so thankful they came closer to where I lived because that hour drive was a pain now only 45 minutes and thays well with the drive to have excellent service.
