Bob has been great to work with on my air cooled Porsche.He has also worked on and kept our daughters older Landrover going to get her thru college.He has been honest on repairs and the amount of time required to order parts and get the job done.I will definitely be using his garage again for general maintenance and repairs.

Bob is an excellent mechanic! My 16 yo Mercedes SLK320 had been leaking water into the floorboards for a while. After a failed attempt to have it repaired in Nashville, I heard about Fritz’s Garage and thought I would give it a try. I wish I had known about Fritz’s in the first place! Bob gave me a fair estimate and had my car repaired in a week! The list of repairs will included: fixing the water leak, replaced the blower motor which had burned out from being submerged in water, replaced washer reservoir, replaced the broken taillight socket and bulb, and reset the clock and temperature gauge.My car runs like a new car! Thrilled beyond words!

I have owned German cars for many years and have had good, mediocre, bad, and very bad experiences with repair shops over the years. Two years ago, a coworker recommended Fritzs, and I will NEVER go anywhere else. They are 100% honest and excellent at what they do. I cannot recommend them highly enough for repairing any European vehicle.

RUN FOR YOUR LIFE!! I took my 2010 town and country for a catalytic converter replacement (i brought the NEW Converter) 10 days later, i picked up the van and 29 miles later-Check engine lightcame ON!I returned to the establishment in question and RONNY (OWNER)connected the computer to the vehicle and catalytic converter popped up!! Which means IT WAS NEVER CHANGE OUT!Then RONNY SAID SOME ONE WILL CALL YOU IN A FEW DAYS GOING ON 3 WEEKS NOW! Now the van get WORSE GAS MILEAGE (From 19.7 to 11.4)since taking it there.This place is GARBAGE AND RONNY IS TO FOR RIPPING ME OFF!!!Like i said RUN FOR YOUR LIFE !!!

Bob has worked on my car on several occasions. He is the best in town. He is very honest, reliable, and extremely knowledgeable.

I took a 2006 BNW 525i to this garage, he stated I needed an engine ($3,300), I ordered the engine he never worked on the car. 10 months later I dragged the car home and found a broken pulley on the AC compressor. I wouldnt trust this garage to put air in a tire. This review required selecting a single star or my post would not work. I wouldnt give this place a star otherwise. Take your car somewhere else.

Great repair shop. Knowledgeable reasonable and efficient

Left my car to get a check engine light replaced. After several days of being told my vehicle was next in line, they called and said the bulb was replaced but that it needed a $ 210.00 diagnostic check. Mike said it showed 17 trouble codes and would not pass emissions. I declined the diagnosis check and picked my vehicle up. Drove the vehicle to the emissions testing center and it passed without any codes coming up. Car runs great and had it double checked - no problem codes! My first visit to this garage will be my last.

Very poor diagnoses, Took my daughters C240 in because it was making lifter noise. They gave me a quote for $2168.95 and I said no thanks because I would rather put that money towards a new car for her. They charged me $116.90 for diagnoses. This car relies on electronic measure for the oil levels. So I bought the Mercedes Dip Stick measuring tool and checked the oil. It had maybe one quart of oil out of eight in the engine. Changed the oil and filter myself and added the correct amount of Mobile 1 0W-40 and amazing the engine makes no noise anymore. Wow and you guys call yourself mechanics.

Was in a tough spot with my Volkswagen as most places wont work on older VWs but luckily it broke down near Fritzs. They gave me a quote near immediately and after checking online came out to be actually a little bit cheaper than most people with similar problems! Actual price came out to be 4 cents over the estimate. Quality price with quality people working it.
