The guys here were great! They were polite and respectful and easy to interact with overall. Chris Copeland took care of me here, I got my car back in way better condition than I not only left it but expected. I would recommend anyone in the area to go to Cool Springs Collision. They have the best customer service of anywhere I’ve been. I dropped off my car for a bumper replacement because a family member ran into it. I got a timely estimate online and went in a few days later to review it with them. They redid the estimate, sent it over and called me to set up an appointment. I left my car there when I was out of the country for two weeks. When I walked in, I told the receptionist my name and she knew exactly where my papers and keys were. I had never talked to this specific woman but she was super nice and knew about my trip. She conversed with me about how it was while finishing up my paperwork and payment. Right before I left she told me my car was cleaned inside and out. When I got to my car it was immaculately clean. It looked like it had a deep detail. I called my dad on the way out of parking lot to tell him it felt like I was driving away with a new car! Thank you Cool Springs Collision!
Ive had two instances where my car needed body work and both time Cool Springs Collision Center knocked it out of the park.Once as a result of the ice storm we had in February (was ran into by an ATV) and more recently from hitting a deer. Vehicle was repaired ahead of schedule and the repairs were comprehensive to make sure there was no structural/mechanical damage.The communication was very nice and it was good to be able to ask questions via text and get snappy responses.
My interaction with Cool Springs Collision Center was as a result of an accident during the wild winter storm in February 2021 while I was driving through Tennessee. My rear driver side tire/rim was damaged after I hit something on the highway. The initial assessment by my insurance company did not catch some of the major suspension damages. Mr. Mark made sure that my insurance received a thorough supplemental assessment which ensured that the repairs were done correctly. I really appreciated the open communication throughout the process via text messages which allowed me to track the progress of the repairs and determine my plans for pick up (I had to drive from out of state to pick up my car three weeks after the original accident). I recommend the technicians at Cool Springs Collision Center with full confidence that they will get the job done correctly.
This is the absolute worst “body shop” I have ever had to deal with.I bought a brand new 2018 Toyota Tundra that had a factory paint defect in the rear driver side door about the size of a soft ball. I brought it to the dealership and was advised that the repair would be covered under the factory warranty. I was instructed to go to their collision center where I was informed the repair would take 3 days.When I arrived to pick up the truck I was met by one of the managers who advised that more work needed to be done but to take the truck home and bring it back the following week.1. There was a paint drip on the front driver side door.2. The window molding on both doors was not taped down properly.So, I took it home.After studying it more, it was overwhelmingly obvious that they did not have the right paint mixture and I could see very clearly the blend lines in both doors (see pic 1). In addition, during the buffing process, they had ripped off and burned the paint protection I had installed on the rocker panels.So I took it back the following week, showed the manager the issues, to which they said they would need about five days to make it right.5 days later (today) I show up to a pretty nice re-paint job, they replaced the paint protection but had not fixed the door window molding.As I continued to walk around the truck, I noticed a massive scuff on my passenger side of the front bumper! (see pic 2). I lost it...To top it off, their communication is horrible. I had to call to get updates on the status and even then, the updates were vague.I ought to make them pay for half of this month’s car payment... They still have my truck and I have no idea how long it’s going to take to fix the damage they caused.I will update the post once this is resolved.

They were a pleasure to deal with from start to finish. Everyone was very professional and concerned about getting my vehicle back to me and in new condition. Matt called me almost daily to give me an update on the progress of my truck and delivered it when they said it would be done. Great job and I would highly recommend them. They also worked great with my insurance company and I have no worries or issues.

I needed a new gas tank due to rodent damage. Once the gas tank arrived, my vehicle was in and out the same day. Finally, no check engine light I cant thank them enough.First class service and communication!!
They replaced a damaged bumper on our car which also had to be painted. They ordered it ahead of time, scheduled our visit and got us in and out earlier than the estimated time. They were extremely nice and kept us updated throughout the entire process. They also came in with the most reasonable estimate around the area. They did a great job!! Excellent customer service!!

Fixed my RAV right up. It did take a little longer because of snow storm FEB 2021, but that isnt their fault.
Some one had side swiped the passenger side bumper and fender.They removed the bumper, fender and repair damage. Painted both parts, matched the paint perfectly. Finished earlier than expected. Great job guys!

Its always a pain in the neck when you get into an accident and have to deal with insurance companies, rentals, and the down time from not having your vehicle. As soon as I stepped into the office, I was greeted with multiple people willing to help me! I was blown away that I was helped right away. When they took my vehicle in for repairs - I was updated throughout the whole way and I felt extremely comfortable that my vehicle was getting taken care of. I was very pleased with the repairs once I got my vehicle back! It looks better than new! Thank you so much to the staff of Cool Springs Collision Center for getting my baby back to normal! Very friendly staff. They did a great job communicating what was going to happen and timelines. Text based notification system for repair updates was awesome. Got our car back and we are very pleased with the repairs and the extra mile to clear the inside an outside of the vehicle.
I’ve used this facility two times. The quality of work is great, however it’s overshadowed by incredibly awful customer service. I had called to request repair updates on both occasions, and I NEVER got an update. The work always took longer than predicted and it has now effected my insurance claim. I won’t return...

They took great care of my vehicle and finished the job very fast. They even washed and vacuumed it before I picked it up. This is the second time I have used them. My first experience was excellent and they did not disaapoint this time either. I will continue to use Cool Springs Collision for all my automotive collision repairs. They do a horrible job of keeping you informed. My wife was told her car would be ready on Wednesday, then Wednesday evening the sent her a text that said it was going to be ready Friday. We were going to pick up the car on Thursday so that messed up that plan. Then on Friday, they said it was fine if she came and picked up after they were closed. She specifically asked them if it would be easy to get to (no gates, not blocked in, etc.). We got there and it was blocked in. Now they aren’t open until Monday. Horrible. Do not go here.

Extremely impressed with everyone at Cool Springs Collision! They did an excellent job on my Nissan Titan. They had me back on the streets in no time. They even matched the 12 year old paint color so theres no evidence that anything has been repaired. Definitely recommend them to anyone.
BAD EXPERIENCE FROM BEGINNING TO END. Good luck if you deal with Kayla Springs. *THEY DO NOT DO PARTIAL REPAIRS AND DO NOT MENTION THIS UP FRONT*: I dropped my car off on Friday for an estimate. Heard nothing, so I had to wait the whole weekend. Monday comes and I still hear nothing, so I call at 4pm. They had basically forgotten my car existed and promised an estimate by the end of the day. That did not happen. The next day I had to call again, they claim they emailed me the estimate. They did not. I asked them to email it “again”, and it came through. I was quoted $5400 for all the bells and whistles, but I really just wanted my door replaced, my hood replaced, and my radiator fixed. I don’t need all the tiny things. I was THEN told they could not do “partial repairs”. That’s fine, except now my car has been there A WHOLE WEEK and I’m just now finding out they can’t do what I need!!! I asked Kayla Springs herself if she could recommend any shops who could help me, and she had the MOST uncaring apathetic response. She basically shrugged and said “I don’t know”. Literally the most unhelpful person I’ve ever met in the service industry. I get more help from the people at the McDonalds drive thru! So Cool Springs Collision Center has wasted a week of my life, since I’ve been stuck in the house waiting to hear back, and they only tell me about their partial repair policy with the most apathetic attitude after they have wasted so much of my time. You all really should be ashamed of yourselves. I live in this area alone without family, and my car is my only way to get to work and run errands. You should be much more mindful of that when you are working with peoples’ cars.

This shop is the awful center.They told they could fix it within 6 working days and I come pick up my car and they even did I not start yet.And they even took their spite out on by saying they could not reach my company to ask about incident report.Funny they did not inform me of anything, just let me come and say, not yet even started.I usually do not post here, but it made me so upset and wanted to share for people who plan to reconsider service here.
Based on my experience, effective communication, adherence to deadlines, and work quality are all substandard. A woman named Sandra apparently manages the logistics and operations and is NOT great at it. I was sent mixed messages about the status of my vehicle, among other things. For example, the original assessment stated that repairs would take 5 days but it ended up taking over 2 weeks to complete. Another example, I was told via text and by phone that my vehicle would be ready that day but was informed when I arrived that I’d have to come back the next day. Finally, when I picked up my vehicle, there were items missing on the vehicle (tire valve cap) and white residue on the surface of the vehicle. Poor quality and attention to detail. Again, I’d strongly advise you to find another auto repair center.
My mothers Prius sustained minor front bumper damage from other vehicle road debris covered under other drivers insurance. The vehicle was outside at the shop for over 7 days. The final amount billed to insurance from a bumper cover tear and apparent resultant damage was over $2000! I wonder about this since I have to pay my insurance rates.
Well, the first impression was great. we asked to see their inventory of used Toyota Siennas, the Salesman informed us that he have only one, 2018 sienna and in an excellent condition with only 2728 mil. I thought this could be my good luck to land on such deal. that was the first lie. cause I checked their web site when I retured home and found several van. that day the sky was raining and dark to notice if the van was in an accidnt or not so I prosesed further as I trusted the salesman words that the van is in a good condition and never been in an accidnt. finalized the paper work and was almost leaving the dealership. I took last inspection look as it was sunny. noticed they did not do a good job detailing and there was tree leaves inside I asked him to clean it. I noticed bad paint job on the side vindor when i inquired about it he lied to me by trying to blame such rough paint on the highway. I think he thought I will fall for such scam and pin such damaged van on me. them I discovered that both front and back pumpers has been painted too. my impretion was very low and I thought I was cheated big times. I requested Finance incharge to come out and see for him self he was chocked when he saw the damages. he was very helpful and tried to resolve the problem by offering me a newer model but less configuration to resolve the problem. I wanted Sienna LE cause it had automatic doors to help me while transfering my disabled daughter from wheelchair to van and vise versa. I accepted their offer as I was really mad, disapointed and deprived. Hope such action from salesman will not be repeated with another buyer.

Customer service is far from satisfactory. Ive been trying to contact my customer service representative at no avail for 3 days to get an update on the status of my car.I had to go there on Friday to get an update, which was insufficient. I was promised a follow up call on Monday that did not happen.Im getting really anxious about the outcome.

I used them in the past and was happy with their service but this most recent experience with them has been nothing but headaches and misery on my part. I had issues I pointed out to them and they were not fixed. Now trying to get back there to get the issues readdressed has been an epic nightmare!!!!! They never seem to ever have someone available to assess the damage. They refuse to work around a working persons schedule, as if an accident isnt enough of a headache they just make it a thousand times worse!! I have been trying for a year to get my issues readdressed and anytime I have available they never have a tech available. Its getting ridiculous! This place is a joke for any working person!!!
Took my Jeep here after being hit. Replaced the wrong tire. I put the spare on after the wreck(brand new tire and rim never touched the road. And put the damaged one on the back of the car) They replaced the wrong wheel and tire. Had my Jeep for Over a month saying they have been waiting on OEM parts 😂. Never use this place they are jokes

Worst collision place ! They never keep you updated, the girls in the front desk, get the cars mixed up. They dont ever tell you a estimated time. So unprofessional. My car has been there for a week and nobody has kept in contact with me. *STILL WAITING**
Aside from dealing with my insurance, this collision center is terrible with time. Information flow pertaining to any fixing of my vehicle was a nightmare. I picked it up two months after the fact after badgering with phone calls and appearances. Still with a messed up tail light and was told a repair tech would be sent to my house. That was 6 weeks ago and I just called again and they hadnt scheduled anything to be done. I wasnt asking anymore than what services they say they provide. They provide them, just in an extremely slow manner.

Super sweet young lady went out of her way to come out and look at my car just b/c I had a question. I was not a customer nor did I become one.
100 miles after a bumper replacement and my fog light is dragging across the pavement. Somehow, these techs managed to forget to attach my fog light. They also failed to replace damaged parts behind the bumper cover and forgot to attach my horn. Also, a bumper cover replacement takes two weeks here. Ridiculous, sloppy, and completely unprofessional.
