I love working with this shop. I have never been overcharged, and have never had unnecessary work done on my cars. Just before leaving on a 4,000 mile trip, I was a bit jittery about the performance of my (ahem!) vintage Lincoln Navigator. Cody himself actually did a final check to make sure we were good to go. Cody’s is always very transparent on what does need immediate attention and what can wait to be addressed. They changed my lights and checked my brakes since I felt a bit of shaking. The brake pads were in good condition but the rotors were beginning to warp which was causing some shaking when braking. They recommended waiting on working on the rotors until the brakes needed to be addressed to avoid additional costs. I love that they aren’t just trying to make money but are interested in what is best for you and your vehicle.

On a road trip, needed repair on window washer system malfunction. Called, talked to Cody late in the afternoon, scheduled a service slot for a drip in the next morning. Brought vehicle in, they reswizzled work schedule to accommodate us out-of-towners. Cody personally handled the repair quickly, effectively, economically. They seem like and treat you like family. It was unexpected to find them in Franklin after a few phone calls looking for help. Pretty cool. They earned my trust and respect and I suggest Cody’s will meet/exceed your expectations too.

This is hands down the best repairshop I have ever had the honor of interacting with. They give you a link to photos of your vehicle pointing out the issues that need attention and will also include videos it need be. Bob was top-tier in explaning the breakdown of all that my poor car needed done and which things I could get by without for a short time if money was not a problem. Jennifer and Mady were both super friendly, and had great conversations with both during my wait in the lobby. Keep going for music you two! You can do it! There was some work this time that was a little sloppy, so I took it back into them, and they called to apologize and fixed everything for free, because they said it should have been done this way the first time. Very fair price on installing air conditioner compressor.

The first visit I had with Cody was a bit of a hiccup. We misunderstood each other. I was waiting for a while the first time, but they did a complete 180 and gave superior service. I was waiting on 2 new tires and the manufacturer was taking a long time. Robyn was great at keeping me updated and was very kind. I ended up with a flat, but Hector came to my rescue. He was so polite and courteous and came out to where I was stranded to put my spare on in the heat. They immediately wanted to put a new tire on so I was safe. I followed them back to the shop and they took wonderful care of me. Its so nice and refreshing to have a car shop care so much about customer service and safety. I will certainly be happy to return to Codys Automotive for my next car service. They are wonderful people to work with. Thank you all!

Cody came out for a service call and diagnosed a problem on our dodge diesel truck. Unfortunately it could not be fixed on site so he set up a tow truck for us to get to a shop for repair. I would recommend him to anyone needing automotive services.

We ended up going to Codys Automotive in Franklin because the family I used to babysit for suggested them to us after they took their car to them for some work and had a good experience. And let me just say, we had a phenomenal experience. Unashamedly a Christian owned business. From the front desk to the techs. They were honest, quick and priced fair!We had to have our 2012 Odyssey (check engine light was flashing) towed from Spring Hill. Codys ran a diagnostic, replaced the Ignition coil, 1 spark plug, changed the timing belt and water pump. (The timing belt should be done between 90 and 100 thousand miles. We were at 120,000. We were literally on borrowed time! I thought we still had 5,000 more miles to go. Codys was correct). Codys highly encouraged us to not drive the car off their lot without changing the timing belt. They also did an oil change for us and checked EVERYTHING. (Honda dealership told us 6,000 miles ago that our transmission fluid needed to be flushed ASAP. It was absolutely past due. Codys said the transmission fluid is completely fine).Our grand total for the tow, parts and labor was far below what I expected to pay elsewhere! $1500 less than one quote! 😲 We got a 10 percent Ramsey discount. Not only were they honest, they were FAST. They didnt get our car until LATE Tues. And the car was finished before lunch Friday morning.We will absolutely be going back for everything from oil changes, maintenance work to larger unexpected emergencies such as we had last week.

My truck broke down in the middle of the night. I had it towed to Codys. First thing in the morning they called me and said theyll get a right on it. It turned out I was missing a bolt.
