Mike and the entire staff at Caliber Collision in Cool Springs were amazing!! Dealing with my sons first accident was daunting, but they made it easy. They did amazing work and finished earlier than expected. They kept me up to date as to the process and where they were with that. The car looks brand new. I wish dealing with the insurance company was as easy as working with them. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone. If I ever need a body shop again, this is positively where I will be going. I truly appreciate them.

Chad was great through the whole process. The quality of work was top notch. Only complaint is that it took a little longer than expected...but because they had so many vehicles in front of me. Hopefully, I never have a reason to use them again, but if I do theyve got my business.

I am so pleased with the service I received at this caliber location. The girls at the front desk were friendly and helpful. Mike, my service advisor, kept me informed and explained everything thoroughly- also very kind. And when I couldn’t pick up my car for a few days.. they offered to drop it off!!! It was also literally so spotless I didn’t think it was my car! A beautiful detail job was not expected but so appreciated.They also did some warranty work on some faulty work done by another caliber location. I wasn’t thrilled with with my experience there and honestly wasn’t expecting much when I came here.I am a very happy customer and wouldn’t go anywhere else!!!

Just got myVehicle back and it looks great. Had front end damage from a parking lot collision. Had a similar repair from another body shop few years ago and the experience want even close. My car was covered in dirt and a large scratch on the front was there to greet me when I picked it up. Avoid Price Body Shop.

Took almost two months to repair my car. Luckily insurance was covering a rental car while the work was being done. Caliber also missed some basic damage the first time and I had to bring it back for additional repairs. They took responsibility for missing the repairs and fixed it quickly the second time.

I didnt have time to do a good review earlier, Tim was the one handling my work order, he was professional and to the point, no beating around the bush like it is suppose to be in business transactions. It was appreciated greatly. The two young ladys at the front desk were nice and welcoming to the business, I didnt meet any of the folks in the back but judging from who I did meet I would gather they are a pretty nice work family. This is the second time my vehicle has been fixed here [none of it my fault] I would recommend then to all, and a lifetime warranty on it as long as I own the vehicle. Thanks again. Doug was very helpful in taking care of us and dealing with the couple minor issues that occurred when we picked up the car. He was so kind and patient. I was even able to leave the rental car with them and they took care of the return!

I received outstanding service from Caliber Collision at this location.An MTEMC truck hit our 2014 Ford Fiesta in front of the rear wheel well. I took it to Caliber Collision in Mt. Juliet for an initial estimate. The insurance company added two weeks delay getting another estimate because they wondered if it should be totaled. After saying it wasnt a complete loss and that any additional damage found would be covered, I took the car to Caliber Collision on Seaboard Ln.Julia and Tim were great. They accepted the estimate from the Mt. Juliet location, explained the repair process, and began work. Then I got a call from the insurance company. Calibers protocol required the roof to be replaced (following Fords guidelines). Its a corporate policy for which I do not fault them. But the insurance company said that they would not pay for that repair as the additional charge would result in their declaring the car a total loss.I spoke with Tim at Caliber and learned that they were locked into their policy. He suggested that another shop might repair the car without replacing the roof. I decided to move the car to another repair shop, but Caliber had partially disassembled the damaged area.Julia and Tim cheerfully and unhesitatingly worked with me, communicated with the insurance company, got the car reassembled. They were consistently professional, friendly, accessible. They returned calls promptly. I would happily have let them repair the car if not for the insurance company.Thanks to them for making an unpleasant experience as good as it possibly could be. Because of the high quality of service I received, I highly recommend using Caliber Collision at this location.

Amazing experience! Other shops quoted me at $980 for a simple bumper repair. When I received my estimate from caliber and saw it was an extremely simple fix - one of their techs came out and helped me on the spot within 2 minutes. Probably the best collision center Ive ever had to use. The staff was great. I was kept in the loop on all my repairs. Top quality repairs top to bottom. Im a technician. I know what corners many collision centers cut around. They didnt cut any that I saw on the appraisal or in the work. I would do business with them again, for sure!

As always, I am impressed with the customer service at Abra. They exceeded expectations in communication as they worked through the estimate process with insurance. I was thrilled that they let me look at the pictures and estimate details two days before my insurance company contacted me. It gave me a peace of mind as I (not so patiently) waited to hear the status from insurance. Shannon was extremely considerate of my situation and helpful. I hope I never have to return, but if so I will choose Abra again!

Was recommended by my insurance company is reason for me choosing caliber went to pick the vehicle up when they said they were complete was by Tim they washed the car there was bugs on the headlights and bird droppings on the hood so that was the first lie when I pointed out trash in the paint he said thats a rock chip(which it was not) really you just charged my insurance for painting the hood that is the second and last lie I will give him a chance to tell. Well I went against better judgment and took the vehicle back after speaking with a general manager and once again here we go trim around windshield was damaged and not installed properly also clips which hold on plastic bumper components was missing so at this point I absorbed the the cost and had them fixed correctly I notify my insurance company of my experience so hopefully they can advise others to steer clear of this corporate disaster calling themselves body shops

My Prius went in looking pretty crushed up from my husband rear ending someone. The initial look said wed need to replace the passenger fender, door, and headlight as well as the front bumper. They estimated 2 weeks to get it back to us, which was still a great turnaround considering how many parts of the car were damaged. My insurance took their sweet time getting estimates and other paperwork to me, but Caliber Collision was flexible with me about when I brought it in and accepted emailed copies of my Allstate paperwork when I realized Id forgotten to print them out. They even helped us with our rental, which was delivered right to us at Caliber Collision since the Enterprise was just across the street. I was able to opt for text updates, which I received about every other day, and could text if I had further questions or concerns, which was a HUGE plus since I have a 3 year old so impromptu phone calls can be difficult.The final repair was completed in a week and a day, six days ahead of schedule, and they were able to repair the door rather than replacing it. My car came back to me BEAUTIFUL- they washed it and vacuumed it. Again, I have a 3 year old; the spot where Id moved the carseat from was a disaster, but they were able to get every ground up bit out of the back. They seemed almost apologetic that it wasnt a detail clean, but it was better than I was expecting, for sure!!I was SO impressed with how easy the process was, how quick they were, and how friendly everyone was. I went to and left more than one collision center when our car was damaged because of customer service issues. Caliber Collision should be training people in customer service...if they werent using their time to do such beautiful work in repairing cars. Haha!I wish I could give 10 stars, this experience made what would normally have been a huge inconvenience into a pleasure. Thanks, Chris and the team at Caliber Collision!!

Ultimately, they were not the least expensive, but they were competitive. They need a bigger lot to accommodate more cars.

ABRA is a disappointment. I have a Laramie Longhorn and the tailgate comes with a Rhino liner. ABRA put on my new tailgate and didnt tell us that they werent going to do the Rhino liner. My truck was picked up this morning and it was a huge shock that they pretended everything was done with my truck.My truck is not finished and ABRA says oh well, sorry, bring it back and we can charge you to finish the tailgate. ABRA doesnt care. Progressive had no clue about the Rhino liner not being on the new tailgate because ABRA never told them or me it needed to be done. ABRA even said they didnt tell us or progressive about needing the Rhino liner and it was a mistake on their end. Great, now fix your mistake out of your own pocket!I would of paid for it myself if I needed to but they DIDNT tell anyone. Now they can pay for it if they even care an ounce about their customers. Such an inconvenience!My friend WAS going to take her BMW there because Geico is covering 9k in damage and she decided to NOT bring her car to ABRA once she saw my tailgate. She cant handle them forgetting to inform her of even one thing and sending her home with an unfinished car.BEWARE of this place and their lack to care for the customer.I am 100% they wont finish my tailgate.

Overall, the experience I had was less than satisfactory. Not everything mind you, just certain elements. Communication was great.Jeff and the staff fixed two major issues after my vehicle was returned to me as repaired. They did a great job of that.But in the end, I had to buy a new car because the seal around my rear liftgate continued to leak after getting it back a second time from Abra.

The Franklin ABRA auto body & glass team made my experience replacing my damaged windshield quick and easy. Being a 23 year old woman who doesn’t know much about vehicles— I can say I don’t think the process could have been any easier or more fairly priced either. They even drove to my place of work and had the windshield swapped in under an hour. All I had to do was call and schedule and unlock my doors when he showed up. Communication was above and beyond too. From the scheduling on the phone, to the actual repair I give everyone I worked with 10/10. Thanks Abra!

I got my car detailed here a little bit ago and they were AMAZING! They got every nook and cranny inside and out of my car. I mean cleaned out underneath the cup holders and everything. Other places barely touch the inside and are a waste of money but not Abra!

I was in Franklin, Tn for a wedding and the morning of the wedding my car was broken into and the window was busted out. I called ABRA and they could fix my window that same day. I did have to take it to the shop due to not having anyone to be there while they fixed it. They sent me a text to let me know it was ready. I was unable to get my car due to the conflict of time. They kept my car Friday and I was able to pick it up on Saturday. They done a great job, you cant tell that it is a different window. They cleaned up all the glass free of charge.

When someone broke into my BRAND NEW Mini Cooper I was heartbroken. It only has 3,500 miles on it, I LOVE it, and someone destroyed it!Oh, and stole my stuff. On Thanksgiving. Right before I had to drive 16 hours back home.I called Mini of Nashville in tears and they referred me to ABRA Auto Body & Glass.From the start, they were friendly and worked to save me money. I was able to get a real BMW window for cheaper than aftermarket and the price is exactly what I expected. 100% Reasonable.When the glass arrived, Shawn H drove 30 minutes out to my house and replaced my window right there in the driveway. He was friendly, polite, professional, and did a fantastic job. He even vacuumed all the broken glass out of the back! No more splinters! YAY!ABRA Auto Body & Glass cant change what happened, but they fixed the damage and did an amazing job. I know its just a piece of glass, but after this terrible week a new window a huge step towards getting back to normal. Thank you. Thank you so much.

Mazda owners beware (or anyone with automatic windshield wipers).I first called Abra while price checking around locally for a windshield replacement. They offered me the best deal and the person that scheduled my first appointment was friendly, efficient, and got me in quickly.1st appointment: The tech was supposed to arrive that morning and I got a call at the time of my appointment stating the windshield had not arrived and they would have to reschedule. No big deal, I guess.2nd appointment: The tech was supposed to arrive that morning and I got a call at the time of my appointment stating that the windshield arrived broken and they would have to reschedule. Kind of annoying at this point and I was busy/didnt reschedule immediately.3rd appointment: A tech showed up at my house one morning (thankfully, I was working from home that day) and said he saw my work order and figured hed stop by to take care of it since Id been waiting over a week now. Weird that he showed up at my house when I didnt schedule an appointment that day, but I was just happy to finally be getting a new windshield. After he left, it was a few days before it rained and I realized my windshield wipers werent working on auto.4th appointment: I got an oil change and had the mechanic check the sensors at that time thinking maybe it was some sort of calibration issue they could resolve. He let me know the senor clips were broken/not installed correctly. So, I called Abra back and let them know about the issue. They got me scheduled for an appointment pretty quickly. The tech came to my work and replaced the windshield again/told me the last tech did not even clip in the brake assist sensor that was dangling and that the windshield wiper sensor seemed broken/very loose (confirming the info the mechanic already told me). He said he thought he had it taken care of, but to give Abra a call if I noticed any more issues. Cool, thanks. At this point, Im thinking maybe I just got a green tech the first time and now all is well.5TH APPOINTMENT: Multiple days go by/holidays go by/trips go by. It starts raining and I confirm again that my automatic windshield wipers are NOT working. At this point, I am wishing I had just lived out my life with a cracked windshield. I call Abra AGAIN, they schedule a tech AGAIN. The third tech was friendly and apologetic for my troubles. He got the sensors installed by gluing them up and told me how to check if they ever fall again. He told me the first two technicians I dealt with no longer work with Abra (not sure I believe that/is that supposed to make me feel better?).I REALLY hope this was a one off and that all of their other windshield replacements are not this difficult.

In an unnecessary trip to Columbia, I got hit by a rock in the construction zone on 65. The crack in my windshield was about 12-14 and growing. Called ABRA and set up an appointment for the next day between 10:30-3 at my workplace. The tech called me at 8:15 and said he could come do it now--I, unfortunately, was not available. He said hed text me when he was on his way closer to the original time. He arrived at 11:30 and sent me a text to let me know he had arrived. I met him at the car, opened the car, and then went back up to my office. I got to continue doing the work I needed to get done. He texted me when he was finished, I went down to the car, and paid the $210 for the replacement. He immediately emailed me a copy of the receipt and we were finished. Literally could not have been easier. After the immediate frustration and anger over getting the cracked windshield, Im so glad that I didnt have any frustration or anger with the replacement.

I was here for an estimate (from Mike) and repair of my car. It was surprised to see the estimate. Car has an impact on the wheel in the accident, and they dont recommend a wheel alignment, it is a very basic thing prima facie that a wheel alignment is required when a wheel repair is done. Then, I got it estimated from other body shops and then I see lot of things are missing from Abra estimate. how ever, Abra have hidden damage as * to cover for the costs as a supplement. I just got suspicion about their estimates and work (this is not my first time repairing a car), I can not give my car here. I strongly DO NOT RECOMMEND. If your car is here, you are on your own, good luck. I spoke to the manager, they say the same thing, it will be decided once it is in shop.

Sadly I have had 3 people wreck me in the past few years. Im accident prone I guess. Each was not a simple accident-there was always some strange thing (gravel shattering windows, drunk driver knocking over poles). ABRA partners with your insurance to give you what you need and to benefit you.They have taken care of m vehicles. Also, it means a lot when my wife goes in and they dont take advantage of her like most shops. They are respectful. Lastly-you can eat off the floor in the shop. They keep it clean in there. No oil stains or cig smoke smell.

The repair for our vehicle took over 2 months long. We arrived to pick it up on 3 seperate times only to find the job was not done. In fact we ended up buying a new car before the repair was done and they delivered the truck to the dealer.I had to speak with Jeff the GM on multiple occassions. He assurred me that they would cover the cost of the rental due to the delay.I left messages with Darren their Assistant Manager yet I got no return phone calls. I made another call to try and speak with either one of them and I was told that one had walked out the door and another could not speak.

It wasnt worth the trouble. I needed some work done on my vehicle from a recent accident. They quoted me $1,500 to replace a front headlamp and bumper. Prices quoted me for half that price with a lifetime warranty. The place smelled of cigarettes, and no one was dressed professionally.

In September of 2013 I was driving back to Nashville on I-65 N when a car stalled out in front of me after running over a loose tire. To avert a collision I slammed on the brakes and avoided the stalled car. Unfortunately, my car fish-tailed out of control which took me head first into the stone barricade that sits in the interstate median. The results werent pretty.By the time the tow truck came, Id done as much research on autobody shops as possible but couldnt decide which one would be best. I had just recently had a disappointing experience at Paint & Body Perfectors on Nolensville Road to repair hail damage, so I at least knew they werent on my list. I asked my driver what his thoughts were on the topic and eventually chose to try out Bradshaw Collision Repair (now ABRA Autobody); I was very glad I did!When the tow truck driver dropped me and my car off at ABRA, there was one employee who happened to work late (they closed at 5:30pm but she was still there at 7:30pm!). Even though she was leaving just as I arrived she happily stayed even later to process my paperwork so the repairs could begin as soon as possible.The next day I received a phone call from Darren (spelling?) who would be my point of contact for my car while the repairs were being made. Darren was fantastic! He called me regularly to update me on the progress of the repairs and to answer any questions I might have. At the onset Darren said he was shooting to have my car done in 6 days, but did say that it could be longer depending on when replacement parts arrived. Just because of my previous negative experiences as a customer in this industry, I decided to sand bag his expected finish date by another week to better set my own expectations.All was going according to schedule until day 5 came around, and Darren called to say that there were a few additional parts they needed that they didnt order initially. The new estimated completion was 3 more days (now 9 days total). This news didnt come as too much of a surprise since I made sure to set my expectations for 14 days.The morning of the 3rd day (day 9 in total) I received a call from Darren to let me know the car was completed; they made good on their promise for the extended deadline!When I arrived to pick up my car I couldnt even tell that there had ever been any damages to the car at all. They truly did amazing work! However, when I got in the car to head home, I noticed that they forgot to glue the drivers side control panel back into the door (it was literally just hanging out of the door!). I was dismayed to find such a silly oversight and promptly notified Darren of the issue.I waited 10 minutes or so for a technician to glue the panel back into place. It wasnt a huge inconvenience, but it did make me question the thoroughness of the rest of work when such an obvious mistake had been made. So I gave everything a very thorough inspection and was happy to find that it all appeared in appropriate condition.Its been 2 months since the repairs have been made, and Im pleased to report that my car has not had any negative after effects from taking it to ABRA. I would very much recommend ABRA on Seaboard Lane!

Repaired some valet damage as promised and even cheaper than the original estimate, was able to fix some dings and dents.
