I have a 2008, Chevy Suburban and had a dent on the rear hatch where I backed into a mailbox. I took it to a couple collision places and quotes were nearing $2,000.00, Until, I found Steve at Paintless Dent Repair Franklin, TN. Out of five stars this guy is a Ten. He really cares about doing a great job and is more than willing and capable of going the extra mile to make your vehicle look a good a new. Very reasonable on price as well. You generally don’t find work this good anymore.

Steve is a master at manipulating metal and touching up chips in the paint to bring my car back to what it was before the accident happened! Not only this but you can tell he really wants you (the customer) to be happy if not ecstatic with the job he does. He has great communication that is quick and prompt. Plus at the time he evaluates the troubled area he thoroughly explains how hell approach it as well as how long it should take to finish the job. Additionally hell set your expectations on what he can and cant do (if there is any!). Overall, you cant find anyone any better then Steve!

Okay guys this is crazy. I called and spoke to this professional. Just by looking at pictures, Steve knew he wouldnt be able to fix the (not just a dent) damage to the hood on my daughters VW bug. But he takes the next step and finds a replacement hood at a salvage yard at a fraction of the cost of a new one! I had the replacement hood within a week. Done. Great service. First call for all future dent repair!

I had a dent in the trunk of my car. After emailing in photos for an estimate, Steve actually came to my office to look at it in person, then did a great job of explaining the options to me. He had some time free that afternoon, so he took my car, made the repair, and returned it within a few hours. He again very thoroughly explained what he had done. I think it looks good as new, and it was so much more convenient than any car repair or service Ive ever had done. I also really appreciated that he took the time to explain everything to me. Had a nickle sized dent in the door of my Land Cruiser as well as a 2-3 crease. DP was able to remove both of those dents in @ 15 minutes while I waited. They even went the extra mile and cleaned up the car as well as buffed out the paint damage from the door ding. Great work, fast and very affordable. They have a comfortable waiting area as well. Steve Parish is a master craftsman that takes real pride in restoring cars to a respectable state. He repaired our rear driver side door, dog leg, trunk lid and touched up the bumpers for 1/5 the cost of an estimate I received from a traditional body shop in town. YOU NEED TO GIVE THIS GUY A TRY!!! Im a skeptic no more about paintless dent repair.

Dent Proof is amazing. I had a horrible DEEP and stretched dent from some major golf ball damage. I called four different places and got four different stories and some crazy prices. One even refused because they didnt think they could fix it. Steve is a true artist and craftsman who takes pride in his work. Before I was referred to Dent Proof I went to Service King who said they couldnt pop out the dent because it had a crease and halo. They gave a quote of $889 to repair and they would need my car for 4 days. Steve repaired the dent in one hour and its perfect. BTW he charged $125.

Im emotionally vested in my vehicles - I am meticulous about them and am known as a car guy. I backed my new 2018 TRD Pro 4Runner (with only 900 miles on it) into several commercial mailboxes. A local body shop wanted $650 to repair the damage using Bondo filler and paint.Steve at Dent Proof told me he could repair the damage 95% without using filler or repainting. I appreciated his honesty and integrity; he spent almost 30 minutes giving me an estimate because I want to be sure I can do this right for you. Of course I chose Steve. My truck looks awesome! His repair work is excellent, his price was $100 bucks less than the body shop, and I have permanently added him to my phone contacts.

2012 Toyota Highlander body work. Pulled an approx. half-dollar-sized dent and nickel-sized dent from driver-side, pulled a large, difficult dent on rear top corner pillar of passenger side surrounded by internal supporters requiring a good bit of work, took out several scratches and blemishes from a deer scraping down the passenger side.Steve was quick to respond to my quote request, happy to meet me at his office for an in-person quote (I sent an email first but my picture-taking skills lacked detail so I opted to go ahead and follow up in-person). We agreed on a more than fair price well below what my deductible would have cost and set a date. Steve was flexible in working around my schedule. We met early, drove to my work, and I left the car with him to return to the shop. I received the call to pick up around lunch time.Steve does amazing work! I tried my best to identify where the dents in the driver side were and I couldnt tell. I watched several cars drive by in the reflection as I returned to work to see if I could spot any tell-tale waving in the paint, but it just wasnt there. The larger of the two had latex paint stuck to the dent (furniture collision!) and it was completely gone.On the passenger side, Steve went above and beyond working on the rear-corner pillar, as there were metal support beams just behind it creating pinch points that made it a sticky spot to work on. You need to *really* know what youre looking for to be able to identify the work at all. I can see a very slight wave in reflection over one of the pinch points, but its far beyond my expectations of recovery. All of the scratches are gone as well.I definitely recommend Dent Proof.

Steve at Dent Proof in Franklin, TN did an *AMAZING* job on my 2016 RAM 2500. A careless individual had recently swung their door into the side of mine, leaving an ugly dent and crease and of course skipped out without leaving a note.Steve worked his magic on it and about an hour and a half later I honestly cant even tell where the damage was. Not only did he remedy that one but he corrected a small area behind it that was completely unrelated and caused by my own carelessness.Top notch work! Even though my husbands suv was not able to be repaired with the paintless dent method, Steve went above and beyond to try and help us out. He called around to try and find parts for us and even took the time to remove a broken hinge with his tools that was causing more damage free of charge. My wifes Honda CR-V took a fair amount of damage during a recent hail storm in Mt. Juliet and our insurance company recommended a national chain to do the repairs. We gave Steve a call and from the very start I knew we had made the right choice. He went over every square inch of the car and found things the insurance adjuster did not. When it was all said and done, not only did he completely repair the hail damage to like new condition, he even fixed a few other small things that werent in the estimate for no extra cost. All the work was finished on time and under budget. He clearly takes pride in his work and wants to make sure his customers are taken care of. Doesnt do scratches

I brought my mercedez sl500 into Steve after while removing the hardtop it hit the side of the car and made a foot long scratch and 2 dents. Steve was recommended by my auto detailer so I brought it by and he looked it and spotted a third dent I didnt even notice. He quoted me $90. I made an appointment and when he was done any evidence of damage was gone. He went the extra mile to touch up some paint chips at no extra charge and without me asking. I was very satisfied. Steve was very pleasant to work with.
