Nice looking building and great location. Walking distance to several restaurants and other services. Floor plans are nice and the price is reasonable for the area. Id recommend looking into it. Playground on site as well as a dumpster. Pool and clubhouse also.

I have lived here for over 2.5 years and I have loved it. I have always felt safe (living as a single female) and comfortable. The apartment complex is quiet and the property is well maintained with landscaping in the summer/spring and snow removal in the winter. The playground and dog park are well maintained. The pool area and grill are great, and I use the fitness area all the time. I have enjoyed living here and will miss it so much! Great place for a family or single professional.

Absolutely horrible experience attempting to inquire about a rental. Visited site and saw a 3 bedroom available. Wanted to see it the next weekend. Revisited site two days later to make an appointment and it was gone. No big deal...it happens. So I call to leave my name for future availability. Speak with this coarse woman named Jackie who immediately tells me I am wrong and they have a three bed available. I advise her that it is off the site as of 10 minutes ago but she insists. Puts me on hold, comes back, doesnt apologize but says that it went under for May. Then she tells me about another 3 bedroom that will become available in June. I ask to schedule an appointment to see it. She informs me they dont show occupied apartments!! I ask how am I supposed to commit to a 1-2 year lease for an apartment I have never seen! She suggests their site which has a shoebox tour. Of course she asks me for all my personal info which I provide but ask not to be contacted unless a unit is available. Within 2 hours I have three emails from Cal telling me to schedule an appointment to view the property. All it takes is a nominal $1.50 fee which must be paid by credit card!!! I have to pay a fee to see the grounds? (Of course this is just their clever way of doing a surreptitious credit check on you but still incredibly inappropriate. The tour is of a 3D rendering of an empty model and shows nothing. I email her and say that unless a unit can be seen, I have no interest in making a $48K+ commitment. She responds telling me that they do not violate their residents privacy and that perhaps the Westerly is not for you. Never in almost 50 years have I rented an apartment without seeing it, much less one that was occupied by who knows how many people, children and pets. I own two rental properties and have never rented to someone sight unseen. Plus if you read the 1 and 2 star reviews, you will see some awful comments about their maintenance staff so no, I wont be renting an apartment that may require paint, carpet cleaning, repairs, etc AFTER I move in. Way too many other options in the area.

The staff and management have been wonderfully responsive to any questions I’ve posed. Paul and Maynor are so quick to respond to maintenance requests! They are fast, efficient and so professional!

Definitely recommend The Westerly to anyone looking to move to the southern MA area. The property is well kept, management has been nothing but kind and helpful from when I first signed my lease and moved in to anytime I’ve had questions or concerns, and the maintenance staff is very responsive - any work orders I’ve put in have been taken care of within 24 hours or less. I work in Boston so the easy access to the commuter rail was a big selling point for me, and the rent prices in my opinion are very reasonable for what you get in terms of amenities and quality of the apartments. I could never get as nice an apartment or complex for this rate close to Boston - I’ve lived here for almost a year and will definitely be re-signing my lease!

Very bad communication no one answers the phones or email. They are all about sales. I asked a simple question and did not receive a response for 15 days

Brandon Walsh in the office is fantastic! I admit that I was a little hesitant to make the move, but he made the experience as easy as possible! Every question I had was answered promptly and with such kindness. I had many questions and he had no problem answering them all. He is always in a great mood and so helpful! I wish there were workers like him at every business. Thank you so much Brandon!-One happy resident :)

While we’ve had some issues with the leasing office staff, I cannot say enough good things about the maintenance team! Our issues are handled so quickly, the team is very good about making sure they aren’t interrupting you, and they’re willing to handle more issues than what is included on the work order! They are so nice and helpful, especially Maynor! He fixed three issues within 30 minutes and was so personable and friendly!!

I had the best experience here! The assistant manager Brandon was so funny, kind, fab and more than accommodating to my needs and willing to answer all 34 questions on my list. The outdoor courtyard was so sheik and modern. The hardwood floors were spotless and stainless steel appliances were shining. The leasing consultant Jackie was AMAZING. Would give this place 1000 stars if I could !!

I just want to call attention to how awesome Jackie is. We have been here just about 3 years and from the first phone call to the office to come look at the property, to our tour, taking us through the leasing process, and any questions we’ve ever had or issues we’ve needed assistance with, she has been fabulous. She is always upbeat and helpful. Jackie is a real asset to the Westerly.

I would never recommend this place for the simple fact that you can hear absolutely everything from neighbors about you. Anything but a peaceful environment.

I toured The Westerly recently while helping my mom downsize. We met with Emily, who was delightful and knowledgeable. The property is well maintained and my mom loved the amenities (especially the dog park). Thanks to Emily and all of the Westerly staff for your contribution toward making this transition a smooth one for my mom.

Worst management on the planet this place is a joke, I would never recommend anyone to move here. They don’t care about the tenants, made my moving process in and out an absolute nightmare. Oh and maintenance requests will never get completed, so if you like to pay overpriced rent to get nothing fixed when it’s broken and have endless streams of miscommunication then this is your place.

Does anyone at the a leasing office answer voice mails and/or emails? I have left voice mails and sent several emails to different leasing staff hoping one of them will reply, and they are all ignored. I wait a few days hoping they’d answer but nothing! I don’t get a single response.Leasing/Staff and Manager, please have the courtesy to read and reply to messages, call people back. I hate feeling like I am being a pain when I know I am not. I am only trying to get some answers to simple questions and it should not take days to hear back.

I have been looking for a new apartment as my lease is about up and I recently visited the “The Westerly.” I was impressed with my experience! The facility was clean, updated, and well maintained. The manager I met with, Emily Gencarella, was friendly, knowledgeable and she gave me confidence that choosing to live there would be enjoyable and pain free. This is on my shortlist.

I am looking to move to Massachusetts shortly and saw this property online. I thought I would check it out mostly because of the name. How ever after get a tour from Emily. I am ending my search. Moved here a few months ago and I’ve come to realize how great an apartment community this is. Very luxurious, awesome amenities and most importantly very friendly yet professional management and maintenance folks!The front office team, Jackie and Michael, is always available to accommodate concerns or questions. Special mention to Anthony, the property manager, for his commendable administration. It is very heartening to see them strive hard to make every tenant feel like home.Coming to the most important maintenance department, Kevin and Scott ( the two pillars I’d say) - probably the best maintenance guys I’ve seen thus far. Very friendly, always getting work orders addressed on time and does an amazing job every single time. Sometimes I wish they had another member or two to help them, things would be even greater!Not to forget the awesome events the westerly team organizes. Great turnout always and awesome people to socialize. Overall, I’d greatly recommend this place for all the points highlighted and more that I may have missed!

We just moved in three weeks ago we love it! Michael was amazing and extremely helpful through every step of the process even during the Covid-19 quarantine and restrictions. We are very happy here and love our new apartment. The community is friendly and the staff is great! Everyone we have dealt with has gone above and beyond and has really made it feel like a home. 10/10 would recommend living here.

She is always pleasant and asks my family a the time, if anything is needed. Kevin and Scott consistently are making things work flawlessly and taking care of issues within hours. Lived at this facility for 2 years and couldnt have been happier with my stay. From the rental office management to the Scott and Kevin the amazing maintenance guys. Any issues they are on top of it immediately. One of the most accommodating places Ive ever rented from. WOULD RECOMMEND!!!

Recently brought a client over to The Westerly at Forge Park and was very impressed with the leasing staff!  They were warm, welcoming and knowledgeable!  Agent Jackie knew just how to engage my client in conversation regarding the transition of going from thirty year homeowner to now exploring a more carefree lifestyle at their complex.  Making those decisions isnt easy although the experience made the first step a lot easier.  The property and grounds look beautiful!

My boyfriend and I moved in a month ago and we are so happy with our new home!! The hallways are so quiet, we hardly ever hear anyone upstairs or beside us. The building is well kept as is the landscaping. Overall great move in and living experience.

I been told and confirmed by email that the price for one bedroom starts at $1500 when I called back ready to move forward Brendan the assistant manager told me that the price starts at 1700 for one bedroom when I asked why he said the prices varies depending on the market every 24 hours this is a big scam also there is nothing in the website that indicates the price does varies every 24 hoursI do not recommend this place,

The common spaces are really well maintained!

Went in to see the place as it looked nice online. The sales lady there was extremely rude. She basically told me to come back when she wasnt so busy. She didnt look very happy at all. I went to the Alexan in Wrentham and signed a lease that day. Really stinks because this apartment was closer to my place of employment. Hope this helps.
