Been living at a BRG residence for 3 years now. Been able to meet 3 different housing managers. Had some issues with maintenance requests being dropped or only half done. The communication between office and residents is great. There are frequent emails and other postings keeping us informed. Rent is fair and the units aren’t in the best shape depending on whether you were granted a renovated unit. I unfortunately can’t get any significant repairs or fixes due to my unit being on the list to be renovated upon my leave whenever that may be. So there are some unfortunate things I have to deal with. I have seen the renovated units and they are comfortable and modern. Completely different to mine. Still I think that you can’t beat having such a reliable staff that at least is there and ready to talk even if they can’t always give me good news. I’ve gotten a couple friends to rent units here at Crown Ridge and they have all been very pleased. Hopefully I can get a renovation or a new unit so that my time here can be extended.
I’ve lived here for a couple of months and have really enjoyed it! It’s been quiet, and it’s great for the price. Our one bedroom is very spacious. I’m very happy we moved here! Ruth, the property manager is always super sweet and responsive!!!
Lived here over 6 years. Management is great and no need goes uncared for for long. Great price for the size...best in the are and great location.I am updating this to say the current manager is great and I regrettably am moving but enjoyed my time here in crown ridge. Definitely a good place to live and a great location.
Ive lived here since August. Nothing gets fixed and if it does it takes about two months to get anything done. Parking is a mess. People do not clean up after their dogs. Always people like to come and dump their trash, which sits there for months. So frustrated with place. I feel like we live in drug Central. I will not be renewing my lease with them.
Nice place to start your living.! Made me feel like home during my stay for more than 2 years.!
The neighbors above have a running track in their apartment. Its the only justification for the amount of stomping coming from them. Daily. Its beyond unreasonable.Slamming of doors and literal running up and down stairs. If youre ok with excess exterior noise its a great place. The apartment itself is fine. Its large, clean and roomy. Plenty of spaces to walk dogs. Super dog friendly place.Overall, I throughly appreciate this space. The staff was a deciding factor for staying here.Happy here.
Dont expect them to fix major issues like a huge leaking crack in your ceiling in the middle of your living room . If that do itlll take them 3 months to do itDon’t move here they will change you’re lease and lie to you every chance they get.i can tell Ruth, the community manager, came from Centerville parks .
Biggest issue is the creaky floor. They roomed me below someone who is on an opposite sleep schedule which wouldn’t matter if the floors weren’t so bad. No one picks up after animals. People keying cars. People feeding strays. Windows and sliding doors you can feel the breeze through so good luck keeping your ac or heat in. Not to mention the whole building smells like piss I gotta keep 4 wax melters going at all times. Sincerely a regretful tenant
Greatest deal around. I live in a one bedroom and its very spacious and in great condition. I have had a couple maintenance issues and Scott (property manager) has fixed them all right away. He even replaced my refrigerator with a new one after troubles I was having. No w/d hookup or central air in the lower level apts but I would say its worth it if you are a young couple or just looking for a nice place to live and dont mind laundromats. We turned our one bedroom into a studio type apartment because we have one AC unit and use the bedroom for an office and it works out pretty well. One of the best things about this place besides the price is the management. Scott is honestly a great manager who works hard to make sure we all stay happy!
What a gorgeous place you have!
