I really enjoyed living here and was sad when I had to move out. Location is one of the best in Franklin. The staff was always very kind and helpful. The units are pretty nice and spacious. Rent is affordable, especially considering the location and size of the units. I felt safe and comfortable at all times when living here. The pool area is beautiful and always made me feel like I was on vacation. The Everly puts on really great events throughout the year. The only 2 things to consider would be - you are right behind a railroad track and there are trains that come through 1-2 times every night. My roomate and I got used to the sound, though and it didnt affect our sleep. It does seem like the maintenance and leasing staff have a high turn over. I would still recommend The Everly to anyone!
After visiting a long list of apartments recently in the Nashville and Franklin area for our daughter, we discovered The Everly and manager, Brenda Lee. She greeted us warmly, took time to get to know us, guided us on a thorough tour which included an offer of champagne, then brought us back to her office to share what makes her community so special. It took about 5 minutes to see that Brenda was at the heart of why The Everly is so special. It turns out our daughter will be working in Nashville so she will be living closer to her work, but as Brenda is that extra special person and manager I felt it was important to share our experience. As we left she offered us a homemade brownie and a great recommendation for lunch (which was off the charts), and we shall never forget her kindness.Thank you Brenda!
I love living at the Everly. The Property Manager is top notch! She is passionate about the property and acts very proactively to make improvements. The staff is professional, courteous and timely. The amenities are first class, the social events are often and well thought out with creative themes and the location is the best in Franklin.
There are a multitude of aspects that make living at The Everly a five star rating. Proximity to the downtown, parks, The Factory/ Farmers Market, and the mall area is phenomenal. The ability to walk around the area to neat places, bike on the nearby greenways, and explore locally has been wonderful. The apartments themselves have been comfortable and easy to live in. Maintenance has been prompt and friendly the few times they have been needed.Lastly, the staff here have been so much fun! Even through this pandemic they maintain socially distanced events such as block parties with food trucks visiting in the summer, to apartment based monthly events here in the winter. The last event was a virtual wine tasting with The Wine Duo of Nashville, and the next event is a Virtual Valentine Sushi making class! They have done an exceptional job of fostering a positive community even during the midst of this global pandemic. We have loved living here, and look forward to continuing to do so!
What a truly wonderful place to live. Amazing residence staff, beautiful landscaping, peaceful neighbors, right in the heart of downtown. Rich and safe community full of resident activities and amenities. Apartments are gorgeous inside and out, ranging in price and size to meet and accommodate specific living styles. Would recommend the Everly to anyone just moving to Franklin, or individuals and/or families looking for the best and positive taste of Downtown Franklin and all it has to offer. This place is truly a gem!
The Everly is an amazing place to live!! I’ve been renting here for 3 years and have no complaints. Not only is the location in the heart of Historic Franklin, but the managers and staff take such good care of the complex and all the amenities! BrendaLee at the clubhouse is so sweet and is truly willing to help you have an incredible time while you are living there. Don’t let the price of the rent scare you away from living here because you actually do get what you pay for. Safety was my main concern when moving to TN and honestly you can’t even begin to put a price tag on the safety that this complex allows. I can’t wait to renew my lease for yet another year because this place, the staff, and its residents make the Everly really feel like home. Also, shoutout to the maintenance men, they are incredible!!!!!!!!
If youre seriously considering living here, please read this review entirely. My husband and I have lived here for two years. Heres my honest assessment.Pros:- THE UNITS: The apartments themselves are of good quality- THE LOCATION: The distance to downtown franklin, the factory, harlinsdale park, and cool springs is great- THE NEIGHBORS: The neighbors are kind and friendly and we love them allCons:- THE CUSTOMER SERVICE: There has been a lot of employee turn over and I can say, personally, the employees who we enjoyed and were part of us making the decision to move in + renew our lease here have all left the property- THE BIKES: The community bikes that are advertised have not been available for residents to use in almost a year- THE CLUBHOUSE: The clubhouse has been fully renovated, and has a coffee maker! It was advertised as accessible 24/7 when we moved in and when we renewed, which was great for morning coffee and weekend computer work and general lounging. It is now only available during business hours (Mon-Fri 8:30a-5:30p and Sat 9am-4p) which is also when the majority of the residents (myself included) are at work and therefore not able to use the clubhouse. So its kind of like the clubhouse isnt really an available amenity anymore.- THE GARDEN: The garden plots were once an included amenity and now cost $125 per plot- THE TRAIN TRACKS: The train tracks next to the complex ARE USED regularly between the hours of 12am-7am. Per law, the trains must blow their horn a minimum of three times when they enter any train crossing. There is a train crossing on Liberty Pike so this means the train does, in fact, blow its horn at least three times when passing the apartment buildings between 12am-7am. Our unit faces the tracks so we hear it 100%. Others whos units dont face the tracks have mentioned only minimal noise if any at all.All in all, the price is comparable for the area and the units, but I am quite disappointed by the customer service and client care. I completely understand the fact that COVID has impacted many businesses. What I do not understand is why the management doesnt think What can we do to better serve our clients (residents) who ARE STILL PAYING FULL PRICE for what they were once getting and are no longer getting?Maybe make the commitment to get the bikes fully accessible by X date, and follow through on that.Maybe have an office employee work a couple of later shifts during the week, and/or on a Sunday, so that the Clubhouse can be available during the times when residents can actually utilize it. (or just open it up 24/7 again)Instead of We cant do that. think What can we do?Ex. Due to a billing issue, our entire property wasnt billed correctly for water for two months this summer. The solution was a letter placed in the residents doors, on November 24th, notifying us that, due to this error, we would be billed an additional $100 on our regular rent payment on December 1st . My thought Could you maybe split that up into two $50 payments instead, since it was two months of water billing? Or even 4 monthly payments? Or perhaps make the payment due at a later date, instead of next week, especially considering its holiday season and many people maybe have already spent their extra income? Be client focused. How can we make this better for the client? This line of thinking would change so much. 1) for the resident experience 2) for the staff experience 3) for the communities resident retention.I hope someone who makes decisions/has influence within RAM and The Everly reads this review to its entirety and intentionally makes some changes to the operations in order to better serve the residents of this neighborhood. It has SO MUCH potential to be a great community.
NOT SAFE!! I’m counting down the days till I can MOVE OUT!Before moving in, I asked about possible noise issues and was promised numerous times before signing my lease that there would be no sound/noise problems. Guaranteed.I was lied to.Even after it was evaluated and confirmed that there was a BUILDING ISSUE in my unit that needed to be fixed... absolutely nothing has been done!My emails have been left unanswered for several months with no updates or apologies or explanations as to what is going on.I pay a high “luxury” price to live in a place that sounds like I have 4 roommates.I was laughed at when, after my vehicle was broken into I asked if they would install security cameras (Franklin PD is here numerous times a month)I do not recommend single females live here!!!
I love the Everly! The neighborhood is safe, and the complex is quaint. It is just a 15-20 minute walk to downtown Franklin. Apart from the clean and renovated apartments, the management staff is kind and accommodating! Brenda Lee and Michael go above and beyond to make the living environment positive and homey. The community events are fun, with delicious homemade food, and tons of people stay to enjoy the treats and pleasant conversation! I am so happy that I moved here!
** I am updating my review to say that after another year of calling The Everly home, we are still LOVING IT! The new updates to the interiors and exteriors of the units are fun and professionally done. We enjoy this clean and homey atmosphere more today than ever. If you are thinking of moving to Franklin, then look no further! The Everly has great staff, great management, and great neighbors. We are blessed to call this place home! **The Everly is home. Living here gets better every day. I consider it a privilege to be a resident and neighbor here. From the beautiful landscaping to the ample amenities, we love The Everly! My wife and I simply couldn’t be happier with the courteous and helpful office staff. The maintenance staff responds in a timely manner and resolves the issues in ways that exceeds our expectations. It is evident that our reaching out for assistance is appreciated and in no way a bother to anyone! I would recommend The Everly to anyone.
The Everly is hands down the best apartment community I have ever lived in. The location is perfect, its extremely well kept, and everyone is so friendly! Michael in the office makes everyone feel completely at home, and Brenda Lee (& all the staff) put on amazing events (I try never to miss them!).Highly recommend this community if you want convenience, a homey feel, and lovely neighbors into the bargain!
We’ve had the best service and experience with The Everly. Michael is so kind and professional. He’s helped make this transition in life so much easier to navigate and for that I’m eternally grateful! He’s a gem as are all of the staff that I have met and happy with our choice to make this our home.
My husband and I absolutely love living here! The community is so nice. On top of that any time we go to the clubhouse we are warmly welcomed by Michael. He is always eager to help answer any questions.
Moved in a week ago. I was almost steered away by some of the previous reviews regarding office staff and poorly kept grounds (dog poop). In my first week here, I can say that the office staff is excellent and the grounds are immaculate. (I have yet to see any dog poop which is not picked up.) Particularly, I highly recommend Michael Belli in the leasing office. He is excellent at communication and was incredibly flexible the day I was driving 500 miles to move in. A great place to live!
Ive been with the Everly for nearly 2 years now and cant imagine living at any other rental property in Franklin! Feels like a resort every day. Gorgeous property, staff is stellar and I trust the Maintenance like no other. Truly feels like extended family. ...... oh, and did I mention the cheese & wine events?? :) A+
Everyday living here is wonderful. The apartment is more like coming home than most houses I have owned. I wouldnt go back from owing to renting for any reason. Its worry free and beautiful here.
I recently rented an apartment at the everly. Brenda Lee and Michael were so helpful and responsive in helping to navigate the complex circumstances of this rental. I can’t thank them enough. They have made the whole experience there a win. And the place is great.
Michael, our leasing agent, is amazing, and did a wonderful job!! The Everly has a lovely staff and a great atmosphere. Very positive and beautiful place to live, with easy access to everything you need around Franklin!
I love The Everly! Its a safe community of friendly people, and downtown Franklin is easily within walking distance. Brenda Lee and Michael over-deliver in hosting monthly events for the residents. Your hard work and dedication is greatly appreciated. Thank you.
Good community of people. The maintainance people are top notch. Not sure about the overall management . They are starting to add 25 dollar fee for reserved parking spots. Not a popular decision. A parking spot should be part of the rental agreement not an add on. Add on payments are usually not a good business model. We love the location and the amenities. Rent is reasonable and we will see if they increase the rent after our first year. A lot of competition for rentals in the area, hopefully they stay competitive.
Absolutely love living at The Everly! Great location, great staff (shout out to Michael, Brenda Lee, Nate, and Jon for all their hard work), and great amenities! Couldn’t ask for a better apartment in Franklin, TN!
Not worth the money🧑🦯
I love living at the Everly! The staff is so helpful and everyone is so nice. All my friends love coming to visit me here in Franklin.
Excellent apartment. Michael was very helpful with information about the Franklin area and choosing the perfect apartment for our needs.
This place is awesome. Great clubhouse. Amazing staff and central location to everything you need.
One of the absolute best places my husband and I have encountered and the sense of community is incredible.
Me and my husband love love it here! The staff is so friendly and the club house is amazing not to mention the resort like pool. Our apartment is gorgeous with all the upgrades youd want and the maintance is excellent.
Moving into Bell has been such a smooth and pleasant process! I was overwhelmed with the logistics of moving, but the leasing team was patient, supportive and available at every turn to answer any questions I had. There is definitely a cozy, family feel within the Bell community! The unit itself is such a beauty and maintenance issues were all resolved quickly and thoroughly. Small details I would recommend to anyone looking to settle in for some time, inquire about buildings with an elevator (Im working out daily on the third floor - but no complaints!) and southern exposure apartments so you can get the sunset! All in all, I cant speak enough praise about the quality of the apartments, the team and accessibility to the DT Franklin area. Excited to settle in!
The staff is wonderful and very friendly, which some even live in the apartments too. They are a bit pricey but with the location and how well youre taken care of, its worth it. This is the second apartment Ive lived in and I know how dishonest staff can be- Bell Historic Apartment staff are definitely one of a kind and know how to run an apartment complex. The apartments fill a variety of families, young and older couples and everyone is very friendly. The only issue Ive seen is that some people dont pick up their dogs business but that is soon taken care of with help of the residents and staff. My boyfriend and I occupied a 2 bed, 2 bath and only had a slight issue with a leaky dishwasher. The neighbors were great and very quiet- or maybe the walls were thick enough to keep the noise out! I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone at anytime. I just wish the prices were lower, or else wed be staying for years!!!
Beware of the management team here they she is not a good person and team her up with Greystar and what you get is nothing but shady rental practices.I have payed on time full duration of the lease I wanted to move up to a two bedroom. I was shown one and I did not like the floor plan so I opted to move. At that point I was hit with fines of 400.00 a month and others hidden charges not to mention the rude treatment bye the property manager. I have seen her mishandle residents one after another. And always defer or deflect any responsibility of her behavior and blame it on corporate. That being said there are lots of choices so go where someone appreciates your business. The Buisness of Buisnes is people your hard earned money pays for there equity so demand respect.
I have lived in over 5 complexes in the Coolsprings area in the past few years. (I always like to upgrade my living space each lease. )This is by far the nicest apartment Ive had. It really is just a small, happy community. Residents always saying hello when u pass by. Best upkeep & Maintenance I have seen in Coolsprings. Patios and breezeways are always clutter free and was recently pressure washed. Cabinets and appliances are not out dated like many complexes I have lived in *cough cough* Viera *cough cough*. First apartment that Im considering resigning my lease:D
The apartments are beautiful, the club house is fabulous and the ladies in the office are very nice and helpful
Where do I start? The maintenance is great and responds quickly, however management is horrible. Ive been dealing with a horrible, rude upstairs neighbor who is VERY noisy since May and finally did something about it today. Was told by management it was my fault and told me the puppy was just got yesterday was a violation because I havent been able to figure out how to update it online. Definitely was reported by nosy neighbor. Was also told I shouldnt of picked an apartment with vinyl flooring. Also told my fiancé cant live with me because he didnt sign original contract. I want to be done with this place and cannot wait to move out.
Great location with a great staff!
Poor management, terrible communication
Lovely complex with friendly staff.
Cant wait to move in!!!
Sweet pool
