All the employees do the best they possibly can.

I assume that this branch of the USPS has forgotten who the customer is and who is there to serve. Asked to get out of line because I didn’t have a return address in envelope. This was followed by snide remarks. Focus on serving your customer.

My mail passed my house 5 different times, then was shipped to another state.

Will not ship my friend’s important inhaler. She could potentially die from not having it! Very unprofessional! She has been waking up wheezing every morning she doesn’t have it. She needs it sent asap, although delivery has been delayed multiple times for no reason.

I had the best experience at this location. I could tell they were short staffed but the worker karlon has so polite and friendly I didnt mind the wait. She obviously knew what she was doing because I got my packages sent at the best rate she could get me. Please someone get her some help in the afternoon

My mail lady is better than yours.. Mrs Sheila is always cheerful and always gets my packages to me on time.. My kids are always outside playing, she watches as shes passes as they r her own children.. Just nice to know people are still curtious..

I arrived at this USPS site around 3:55pm, admittedly pretty close to closing time. There was a line of about 5 people. I set up my package using the flat rate boxes, which took me a little while because Id never done so before. I triple checked the addresses when I labeled the box from information on my phone. Everything seemed ok and I was ready to ship my package. It was around 4:02When I opened the door to the adjoining area where I could have been filling out my shipping details, the woman behind the counter snapped that it was past 4 and that she was closed while she was still helping out a customer. There was another customer who was filling out package details in the room, as I had done in the entrance area.I was technically late, which I accept, but the worker was very rude. She seemed busy and probably looked forward to the end of her shift. Still, I cant imagine the sense of entitlement that would inspire someone to snap at and turn away a customer who was already prepared. I was fairly frustrated and got her name: Carline Lavine.Use the USPS on the other side of town near the brewery. Even if its out of the way, its worth it. Never had issues with them.

Associates at this location are very odd-turned. Theyve never been rude to me, but have talked negatively about other customers in my presence after they leave. Also seem to have much difficulty in locating addresses. Ive been advised at this location often that the shipping address is not a valid address when it in fact is, which is a complete waste of my time to mail tge package from anither facility. I will try to avoid this location as much as possible and use the other location in Frankfort on wilkerson blvd. :(

Ive tried to call the post office in Frankfort quite a few times and they do not answer the phone. We have a new mail carrier who leaves our mail hanging out of the mailbox, so everyone who passes by knows whats in my mailbox....

Always super helpful and friendly. They joke and laugh with me on every visit. Ive used this office for two years now and havent had any bad experiences!

ZERO rating. Attempted to call starting at 8:30 and the recording stated they were closed, office hours 8:30 a.m. to 5:-00 p.m. I continued to call until finally someone answered at 9:34 a.m. This is an ongoing problem. They either need to change their recording or have someone start answering the phone when they say they are open.

Lady was just rude as heck. I called up here for the phone number given and they told me I had till 5pm and they closed at 4pm

I have been calling the number since 1 pm... it’s 3:12 pm and no one will answer

This sucks i looked for my check in the mail and they didnt even come to my house
