I was very pleased with the gentlemen Kyle, and Ricky that delivered to my home. Not only were they fast, and experienced, they were very polite. I felt very comfortable having them in my home. Great experience, great drivers, great customer service. Due to work schedule, my availability is limited. The lady I spoke to worked around my schedule, the delivery team was very polite and professional and I LOVE my new mattress. Very satisfied!
If I could give negative stars I would. Driver was within 10 miles of my house and called to say he couldnt find me. I offered to meet him but he didnt want to. I sent him turn by turn directions off Google maps to get to my house. After an hour and a half he still wasnt here but had quit answering the phone or text massages. Finally got someone at dispatch to answer and she called him, which he answered that call. Delivery was rescheduled for the following Thursday. Another lady called me to schedule delivery the next day and after I explained that we had set delivery the night before she says I see it on the book now, you are scheduled for Thursday the 13th. Fast forward to yesterday and no delivery shows up. I contact dispatch and she says you are scheduled for tomorrow. I ask to speak to a supervisor but none are available. Request for one to call me when they were able and am still waiting for the call. Currently there is 10 minutes left in the delivery window I was given for today and I am unable to get in touch with dispatch to verify that its still en route for today or if they decided theyll try again next week. Completely incompetent company all around.
Very professional, I received my item maybe 30 minutes early than scheduled but it was no problem. The lady that called me to let me know my delivery would be a little early was very polite & professional. I will use this company again. Thank you😊
All I am going to do during my review is agree with the negative reviews that have been made by previous customers, and what appears to be a pattern of unpleasant experiences with this company. During my recent/current experience with this distributor, I have experienced miscommunication and an unprofessional approach to customer service. I have read through several reviews from other customers, and the responses from the owner, and it appears to be that there is little to no ownership for the various mistakes made by a customer-service based company. The long and short of my story is that our king-size bed was ordered five weeks ago, and it has yet to be delivered. Through a series of miscommunications regarding delivery, not keeping their delivery schedule, and placing blame elsewhere (stating that the retailer messed up the order), our bed has still yet to be delivered. In the future, If I am asked if I would ever use this distributor, the answer would be unequivocally no. It is clear that this is only going to be an ongoing issue with this company until the final transaction has taken place, and our order can be closed. Therefore, in my professional opinion, the best thing this company can do moving forward is professionally and efficiently address the issue with our delivery. As well, the delivery of other customers purchased items, and completely revamp their day to day operations; namely, a complete overhaul of management and customer service personnel that deal with scheduling and ensuring the proper, timely delivery of consumer goods.I fully expect the business to respond to my review here with a superficial apology, which will only solidify my theory, which I have made clear in the above statement. Dont bother, just call me and deliver my bed and the associated box-spring(s) when you say youre going to. Thanks
This company is the worst! I had a bed being delivered today. The driver shows up and says I dont have your bed. It must be on another truck. I called the company and they gave me the run around for 2 hrs! Turns out the guy stole it! I even called this guys cell phone, because he called to verify delivery from it earlier, and he admitted he stole it! These people are HORRIBLE! do not even think about doing business with them. I am truly disgusted.

Would like to have a lower rating. Lost a freezer ordered from Home Depot. Reordered took multiple calls to Home Depot and Lexington Logistics over 6.5 weeks to get item. Most days the phone was never answered or calls returned. On the final day the delivery was taken to the wrong town. It took 4 phone calls while in route to finally get item delivered. It was delivered upside down so had to let it set for hours before using.
I ordered a treadmill delivered by Lexington logistics...the two guys that delivered were nice and professional. They unboxed the item and setup it where I asked them to. Great service!
Terrible company. Terrible management. The only person who I really enjoyed having the experience with was two young men who go by Eric and Charles. They are great workers.
Ordered my mattress and Base in beginning of May. Each time they tried to deliver, they would call less than 24 hours to schedule. One time they called me 30 mins before they arrived. Each time was not a good time or day. Finally they schedule today, May 28 from 1-4. Never did they call and confirm deliver. I had to find the info on the website. I called repeatedly to make sure everything was good today. It is now past 5pm, no one is answering the phones and no delivery person. I gave away my mattress and Base because of this delivery date and this company has let me down for a 4th time.If I could pick another company, I would.
I had a very good experience with this company their customer service was on spot nice and friendly, and my delivery was on-time as promised.I would definitely use this delivery company again.
If I could do negative stars I would. I will never order anything in which they deliver again. I ordered a king size matress and box spring from big lots I have been told 4 separate times that it is going to be delivered. I never receive a phone call when no one shows. I finally got the truth out of them that they lost my box spring and I would have to request a replacement. I have ask them to at least bring me my mattress and was told it would be delivered today. I hope it does. This has been a unnecessary stress that has been handled unprofessionally on their part and I truly believe they need new management.

Waited over a month and a half for my order and never received it. Many calls and emails. I think they lost it because they always would say they are doing a dock search but never called back. They missed 3 delivery dates. They had a low rating and complaints on Facebook so they removed the option to leave reviews on their page. I had to cancel my order with the retailer and reorder.
Horrible delivery experience. I took off work to have my furniture delivered on the day they said it would come. It didnt come and I never received a call about why. When I called they were closed so I called the next morning just to get hung up on 3 times and then told I would get a call back after they found my furniture. Four hours later and still no call back. 1stopbedrooms needs to stop doing business with them!
Called FOUR times and left a message all four times regarding my delivery, no one ever bothered calling back. Had to call Wayfair and have them harass the company for me. We will see if the sofa gets to me in one piece.
First off, the delivery crew damaged my patio by dragging a pallet on my porch and causing a large gauge in my patio floor. The item that caused the damage wasnt even my item. The delivery crew had to come back with the correct item. The Company fails to be held accountable and wont resolve the property damage they caused.
Terrible. After multiple attempts to schedule a delivery (taking days off work to be home for the delivery), they just cant figure it out. They received my item from Wayfair on 4/20 and were supposed to deliver it on 4/24, 4/27, and now 5/3 (which isnt going to happen). Every time I call I am put on hold for 20 minutes until it automatically rings again and then they answer as if it is a fresh call. Dont bother calling Joy (like some of the responses say to on these reviews). I spoke with her directly after I had Wayfair call them to sort it out, left her messages on her direct line, and STILL my order hasnt been delivered. Today I have heard everything from let me go check if the runner can deliver it today we dont deliver Wayfair to Louisville I cant even find your account let me go back to my desk to research further (never returns from putting me on hold) ....The poor level of customer service here is absolutely shocking. It isnt just 1 bad person either- I think I have talked to everyone that could possibly answer the phone, and NO ONE can get it figured out. After being either on calls or holds for 50 minutes straight this morning, they finally just hung up on me. Also confused why sometimes they answer the phone as Lexington Logistics, other times Need it Now Delivery...?? Anyway, they are terrible. I had to cancel my order. Beware.
Guys were really nice upon delivery. Problem was they showed up at 8:45p for a promised delivery window of 3-5p. No call to let us know anything was going on and no customer service help either.

They are terrible. I am reporting to BBB. They lie and tell the customer they are wrong. William the 27 year old says he owns the company and brags that he is 27. Newsflash: I would not brag about owning this poorly run company full of liars.I unfortunately had to deal with them as JCPenney uses in KY. This is not a one time issue. I have finally refused a delivery that is now four weeks overdue. I am reporting and encourage everyone to report.

Cant rate any lower unfortunately. My order arrived at their location Feb 23 when they missplaced my order for almost a month. When I tried repeatedly to contact them at the 4 different phone numbers I was given no one answered the phone. The voice mail service didnt identify the business name so i wasnt even sure if I was calling the right place. I couldnt leave a voicemail because theyre voicemail box was completely full. This is the #1 worst service Ive ever had. The only nice thing I can say is that my boyfriend said the driver was nice.

I have been trying to get a mattress delivered from this company that I bought through Costco for over a week. The message told me they would arrive on Monday but no delivery, than called the rest of the week and only got voicemail. Can I talk to a human? COSTCO learn from this, beware the lowest bidder is usually not usually the best to deliver your goods.
I ordered a 3 piece living room group and Lexington Logistics received the order. I was so surprised reading the negative reviews because I had a great experience. The delivery crew was a husband and wife team. They arrived 1 hour early and to my surprise the wife helped carry all items in. I was amazed just watching her. Lol. I got the white glove service. They brought all pieces in, unboxed, put on legs, arranged it and took out the trash. They even helped me bring in a boxed mattress I previously ordered that was in the garage. I am not a spring chicken. Truly a lovely couple who made me smile and made my day. I offered them drinks but they had other stops, so I tipped them both $10 each and told them to go buy themselves one. Thank you married couple and Lex Logistics.
I ordered a new vanity for my bathroom on April 3rd, 2019. It was supposedly delivered to Lexington Logistcs’ warehouse on April 18th, 2019. Someone was supposed to call and schedule a delivery on the 19th or 20th and I was told it would be delivered one of those days by the company I ordered from. I never heard anything from anyone either of those days, in fact no one called me until the 22nd. Upon receiving that call, I was told that my vanity was out for delivery and they’d be at my home in 15-20 minutes. After making arrangements for someone to be at the house to receive the shipment, I get a call back from the delivery guys a few minutes after the first phone call. They then tell me that they in fact, DO NOT, have my vanity on their truck, that they got a call from someone at the warehouse saying the vanity was never put on the truck and the delivery paperwork never got pulled from their workload before they headed out and told me I needed to contact the company I purchased from. After speaking with that company, they seemed confused because, it was showing that the shipment had been scanned at the Lexington Logistics warehouse. At this point, I took it upon myself to contact Lexington logistics to get a better understanding of what was going on. The employee I spoke to stated they were currently doing a “dock search” for my item, I asked if my item was lost and they said it wasn’t, that it was definitely at their warehouse just not in the specific location it should’ve been and that I could call back the next day. I understand these things happen so I decided to cut them some slack and not bother the next day because, the company I ordered from was also keeping in touch with them. Long story short, it is now April 29th and I still have not received my order nor has anyone from Lexington Logistics called to update me on the search or situation at all, not even once! Spoke with someone from the company I ordered from today and they said it was expected to be delivered on May 9th?!?! If the vanity has been found, it should be considered priority and delivered immediately! 20 minutes from my home and it can’t get here any sooner? Absolutely TERRIBLE customer service!
We are a retailer and palliser are mfg used these guys for final mile and they have lost the furniture, they have had furniture since 4/22 and still have not move it anywhere. I have uploaded the POD for the furniture, we need this furniture delivered and they should do there job
They will hire people to work there then not pay them, will come up with all kinds of reasons why they couldn’t pay, would not work or recommend this company for nothing, very poorly run
Dealing with this company has been one of the most infuriating things Ive had to go through. I placed a large order through Wayfair for a bedroom set. The set was supposed to be delivered on or before April 9th. I work 12-hour shifts for work and organized my work schedule around this anticipated delivery time. April 9th comes and goes and I never hear a word from anyone. I call Wayfair, who in turn calls the delivery service, and they notify me that one of my items has been lost. I was patient and gave them time the requested 3-5 business days to look for it. I dont hear anything, so I call again. They tell me that the item is officially lost and suggest that I go ahead and have the available items delivered so that they can figure out which one is lost and reorder it. I agree. I am told that someone from this delivery service will contact me in approximately 48 hours to schedule a delivery. That time comes and goes. I call again and finally get a number for this delivery service. Within the hour, I receive a text message instructing me to call this delivery service to schedule a delivery time. I call Lexington Logistics 5 times before I am able to get an answer. When I finally get to speak with someone, I get told that its just a courtesy text message letting you know that we have your items. Were not yet ready to schedule delivery. Someone will call you. I say okay and wait for the phone call. I NEVER get one. I do however get an email from Wayfair saying that my delivery had been scheduled for thurs 4/18 between 11a and 3p. I call Lexington Logistics on Wed 4/17 (again multiple times before I can get an answer) to confirm and they instead tell me that they know nothing about this scheduled delivery and cant find me in the system. I get told that someone will look into it and call me back later that day. No one calls me. I try to call them, cant get an answer. I call again Thursday morning and finally get my delivery confirmed. 3p comes and goes and no one calls or shows up.Half the time you call this place, you cant get an answer. The other half of the time, I got put on hold and waited on the phone for 15-20 min and never had someone come back to the phone (so I had to hang up, call again, and roll the dice as to whether or not someone would answer). The few times I did get to speak with someone, I was given virtually no information or completely incorrect/misleading information. I was repeatedly told that someone would call me (to follow up, schedule delivery, etc.). Yet ALL communication with this company was initiated by me and the NEVER did what they said they would do. I contacted Wayfair to try to communicate with them on my behalf and even Wayfair couldnt get a hold of anyone. This is the sketchiest, shadiest, most poorly run business I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. I would give negative stars if I could.UPDATE 4/22/19 After speaking FINALLY getting in contact with someone from Lexington Logistics after MULTIPLE phone calls yet again, I was connected to the manager Joy Fields. We rescheduled the delivery for Monday 4/22 between 8a and 12p. She assured me someone would deliver my items and that I would be called when the delivery trucks were en route. The window has come and gone and there is no deliver (yet again). I have tried to call at least 20 times and all the phone does is ring until finally it just cuts off. I have tried to call Joys direct number that she gave me on Thurs and she is not answering. I am also unable to leave any kind of voicemail because it says her mailbox is full. This is absolutely ridiculous. I will never use this company or order from Wayfair again as long as they use them as their delivery company. I have contacted Wayfair to cancel my order (that was placed back in late Feb/early March).
WORST DELIVERY COMPANY EVER. I had a window between 12pm-4pm for my delivery and they called hours past 4 to tell me they were not able to come and that they would call to schedule a drop off in the morning. I received no phone call and could not get a hold of the company. I was out of town the next day and they called me saying they were at my house with my mattress that I had no clue they were dropping off. They never did call and schedule and just dropped off one day I was lucky to be home. My brother used them shortly after for a mattress and made him charge him $20 bucks just to move his old mattress when they are not allowed to do that. They also showed up too early and was making him late for work and they complained to him it didn’t matter because one of the workers needed to get to the court house to pay child support. Very unprofessional company.

They were to deliver my mattress that was ordered from Sams. Said that they would deliver between 10 am and 1 pm. Called at 9 am to say that they were 15 minutes away. They were also supposed to set up the mattress and haul away the old one, as per the purchase from Sams. They did neither. Just left the new mattress and took off, not their responsibility they said. Wish I could give them less than 1 star.
My issue seems to be similar to everyone elses. I ordered a bed, Lexington Logistics received the bed on Jan 9th and were suppose to call me to set up a delivery appointment within 2 days of them recieving the bed. They first lost the bed at the warehouse. On Jan 15th they found the bed and scheduled my delivery for today, Jan 17th 12:30pm-4:30pm. Then they call me today at 4pm to tell me the driver isnt finishing his route for the day and that theyll try again tomorrow.-----Update: the bed was delivered today. The two men that delivered my bed were very professional, respectful, friendly.. They offered to carry the boxes into any room of the house for me, and immediately began to remove their shoes before walking in on the carpet, although I assured them it would be okay. If I could rate the delivery team separately from those in charge at the company, I would give these men full stars.
