WARNING NEVER USE THIS COMPANY to ship anything. Packages shipped by DHL never arrive on time and fail to update shipping information. For instance I’ve had packages sitting for days, I mean days before they move to the next facility. My last package set in Columbus Ohio for eight days before it moved to the next destination. With this company allow 4 to 6 weeks for delivery, No joke.USPS and UPS are my first choice to ship, then FedEx, but never, never, never DHL.

Got here took me 1 hour 40 mins just to get to guard shack, then got the door they start loading pretty fast .

Slow. Arrived at 730 for an 8 appt. Wasnt loaded tell 1230.Security at guard shack very nice.

Great services. Nice people. Clean restrooms. I got appointment at 1300. And I arrived 1310 and done at 1355. Thank you guys!

All right. We will start with 1 star and based on their customer service..I will add. Remember..drivers are customers too. Arrived 0750 for a 0845 apptNot to shabby...0945 and Im basically done. Good job guys/gals

Had a 1300 appointment for a live unlaod was pretty quick and out of there within an hour. This is DHL but they handle ALL the Receiving for Jim Beam Distillery. Pretty nice.

The employees are great! They helped me out by getting me loaded up earlier than my appointment time.

Not too bad. Took about 3 hours to load me.

Its a ok place to work if you need a pay check just to get by. I wouldnt count on this job long term. To upper management your just a number. I worked for them since the place open sometime put in 14 hour days. They are just a 3rd party distribution company under Jim Beam contract. To people looking for long term jobs not the place for you.

Good place to work at.

They play games.They will leave drivers red lighted for hours after being loaded, if its break time. The manager and office people think its funny. I was told they do this multiple times a day for their amusement...Good way to get dragged from your desk and beat kids.

Ive never really done any business with DHL. I have only work for them. And it is a great place to work. But they do need new supervisors. Because some of the supervisors Make it hard to maintain a job there.

I come here frequently... sometimes I get loaded quickly, sometimes I have to sit for a few hours... hard on my DOT clock... other than that, no complaints!

1.25 hours to load. Not bad. Remember to pick up paperwork by dock #152 before going back to the gate. They didnt tell me that when I arrived. Shipping guy was courteous.

Quick drop and hook never have a problem here. They let you take the empty whatever empty trailer you want. Unlike some places that want to tell you wich one to get.

Sometimes it takes forever to get loaded or unloaded. I never complain, seeing the beautiful lady at the shipping office makes it worth the wait. 😛😛

I love working here the upper management are available to talk to and the guys i work with are there to help and answer any questions i may have. Love my job .

Im a local driver I brought a load down that was a week late and I dropped the trailer and then loaded up brought another load down today drop the trailer grab my empty going home amazing

The lady in the shipping office has a really bad customer service. I am surprise she is still working at this position with all the negative reviews complaining about it. I asked a guy how long will it take to get loaded, he said maybe 1 hour and a half and she looked back and said 2 hours with a really bad face. I went back to the office,( 2 hours later) And there were like 6 or 7 persons, including her, hiding in the corner, just talking. I ask again, and a guy said 10 to 15 min and she came to look who was talking... When you are working with customer service, leave your problems at home, and treat other like you want to be treated.

Arrived 30 min. Prior to appointment got straight into a dock. After 2.5 hrs finally got locked in. Was told 2 hrs after that waiting on 3 pallets then done. Arrived at 4:30pm its now 10:30 pm. Tell me they are fast when you are on time. Totally FUBAR

Everybody is very friendly, one lady ignored me twice, but everybody else in that place was awesome, every company has a toad or two. Good people.

Easy in. Easy load. About hr and half but they were at lunch. Nice people. And load was light. Yepp. We would go again.

This company looks very organized on the outside, but on the inside - it’s whole other story. The employees are so lazy and it seems that the time has stopped in this company. Everything is so slow that I feel like I am in a loony bin. I will never come here ever again. I don’t know whether they are messing with me or just plain retarded. My log book is almost up and I will not be able to make it home tonight. Everyone’s smiling like they’re on some kind of drugs.-5

Place is a damn joke. I was their 6 hours waiting to get loaded and other guys were longer than me. Id fire everyone of the lazy suckers and start fresh with a new warehouse team. I bet the employees on shift are getting drunk and eating Doritos while the truckers wait for their load. Its a damn shame how slow they are. Did I mention they are slow.

Worked here for a week. This place is a US based sweatshop to say the least. They work you like a dog.

-5 rating never ever go to this place you will be mentally tortured for 5 to 12 hrs. Worker’s r lazy it took them 4 1/2 hrs to load 2 pallet. Worker’s might be smoking pot.

This is a new Exel location and wherever they are I have always had a good experience, I was loaded quickly, the S&R clerks were polite, breakroom has soda and candy machines and tables and a restroom, parking lot is large and is very easy to back into the dock, have to slide tandems, was loaded in about a hour, in todays trucking world this was a great loading experience

I got fired after almost 3 years for goin to my car and getting money for a drink after case picking for 2 1/2 hours, but really I think it was due to the fact of a new supervisor pulling a power play, by firing me it shows that anyone can be fired to new employees, waste of time and effort !!! Do not apply

Racist people at the guardshack had pu number but claimed they needed an email to confirm that I was picking up load calling servers numbers but they dont know why they need a email other truckers Caucasian come through with no problem and then they stare at us minority like we are from planet Mars!!! 😡😡😡

Based on reviews i was expecting to stay here couple hours at least and to sleep but they loaded me in an hour 🤗. After i parked on the dock they started loading in 15min. Friendly staff.

Horrable place to work

Whats the point of getting an appointment time if the still wont touch you? I sat for two hours past my appointment time before they started loading me. Place is slow as hell. Dont ever let your broker send you here. Your just going to lose time.

I work here as a guard. I hear all the time from Truckers how bad the service is in the shipping office.

Theses red neck hillbillies couldnt stack a pile of $hit. Now I know how that guy in the movie Deliverance felt when he got it up the butt.

Despite their “appointments” they still take a very long time to load their freight. I have been in a door for over 4 hrs and still not done.

As crazy as this place is I was loaded and on my way in under 2 hrs.

They only pay workers $10 & dont ever hire anyone full time.

This Place freaking Sucks to get Loaded,checked in at 5:30 pm,the send me to a Dock,9 hours later the send me to another Dock,telling me the other Dock was just the waiting Area.So now Im here,seating already 2 hours were the loading me slowly.Gonna be atleast 11-12 Hours before Im out here.

I arrived on time for my scheduled unload and have been here for well over the time it should take. It feels like they are taking a 15 minute break after each pallet they unload.

Not the best place to work by any means. Overwork underpay.

Lots of sitting for hours. To get no response from staff. Be here 12 hours. Unreal. Vending machines. The lounge smells like feet . pack a full day of waste of of my time meals.
