Our house was hit by lightening over Memorial Day weekend. We lost all of our TVs, XBOX, Internet, DTV & Garage door. We were very overwhelmed. We filed a claim Sunday morning. Got a call on Monday (the holiday) from State Farm & they covered it all & settled the claim over the phone. It was fast, efficient & they provided us with all of the help we needed. I received a call from our local agent, Emily, first thing Tuesday morning- checking on us. And again today, to ensure we got everything taken care of. We have never had to file a claim before but we are more than happy & impressed with how quickly this was handled & how we were treated. Thank you, State Farm & Emily for your compassion during a frustrating weekend for us.!
