This is the worst experience that I have had with an insurance company.I get notified of agent change and that agent doesnt bother to return messages. I have had Allstate for over 10 years and they system screws up my auto payment. I never received a notice and my policy gets canceled. I send messages to find out what happened and no reply. Call main line and find out that since it was canceled I can no longer be insured until I go somewhere else then come back after 6 months. I will be removing all of my policies from this company and will make sure everyone knows what kind of service is being done by Allstate.

My agent is always exceptionally professional. I’m always kept in the know of new and upcoming products. She is always available for consultations and questions. Keep up the Superior Service

My experience was very solid and professional. I worked with Lauren Moss for my renters insurance. She explained my package pretty well and gave me insight about what it included. She also quoted me for auto insurance and explained those packages. Once my auto insurance with Esurance is up, I’m going to call Lauren and make a switch. My experience was great the attention to detail actually took me by surprise. I was provided a quote almost instantly and when comparing to my current insurance provider my savings came to over 647.00 dollars annually. After saving on the car insurance I just decided to compare the home insurance and Tiffany discovered another 400 hundred in savings for me.
