The agents at Susan Kaspar’s office are top notch. After a wreck in April, they immediately took care of us. The estimate was done within hours and the payment was processed in 3 days from the totaled vehicle. My family has been with them for over 30 years and have been very grateful for them since then.

Susan has always helped with all our families insurance plans. Recently had help with life insurance for my husband and I, from Doris, she was very patient with all the questions we had. All the girls there are very nice and have great customer service. Let’s not forget the free pens and candy!!

This insurance is so fake, that to cover your home expenses they want to see your house on the ground. I would not recommend this insurance company at all.

Me and my girlfriend came in looking for some advice on a total loss that was caused by another driver.
