Update: Shortly after seeing a little dissatisfaction, Pat called and said the air filter should have been included in the package and then offered a refund. I was very impressed. Thank you for your professionalism. It made the difference.As a woman I usually love and trust Greulichs, but the Fountain Hills location seemed to suggest work as an emergency that wasnt. They charged for air filter change even though my air filter was changed only 2,500 miles ago, without showing me why it needed replaced or asking me first. I feel like because I am a woman I may have been a target for up sales not totally needed. Other locations seem more honest.

Just bought new tires at Discount Tires, and I naturally wanted to do an alignment. They suggested Greulichs. Got the appointment for the next day. Camber on the Sienna was out on the front wheels with no way to adjust from the factory (thanks, Toyota). They offered to install two camber kits to add this adjustment. It was done within an hour and alignment is now perfect. Very happy with Pat and the crew. Free alignment checks for life now too. Keep up the good work.

I have used them several times over the past couple of years. The level of service is always excellent, their prices are very reasonable, they are very timely and don’t surprise you with “additional “ or unnecessary work. I will return to this place when I need work done. My only question was that they gave me a quote to replace valve cover gaskets. The pictures they included showed some seepage from around the bottom of the oil pan and possibly the timing chain seal.

I first received a quote for labor services only and presented a coupon for $40.00 and was told that they did not like coupons but would honor it.When I returned to pick up the car the bill included a $35.00 charge labeled Shop Supplies. When asked what that included they first mentioned it was the plastic that the mechanics used to protect the seats and then said it was customary throughout the auto industry to add 10% to the final bill. I was then offered and free oil change, which I declined, which to me was an admission of unfair billing practices. BEWARE.

They took care of it right away, their techs were knowledgeable, and did good work!,will definitely use them again if needed

I called to inquire about getting my ac serviced and Pat asked if I could take it in now. I did and within minutes he discovered the issue, had to order a part from the dealer which took awhile, but car was quickly serviced including an oil change at what I felt was an honest price, considering it could have been a lot worse dealing with air conditioning. Anyway, Pat was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly, I will definitely use their shop again!

We have spent thousands on our vehicle in the last few months. Everytime things get fixed another thing goes wrong that has to do with what was so called fixed. Thousand dollars just paid for cooling ensemble and now the axcuwaiter goes out. Guy we spoke to says oh thats boo coo bucks to fix. We had no problems with it before they touched it and now we have a problem with it. Looks and sounds like a scam to get more money out of us. Not at all happy. Find it convenient that now something else now breaks.

The people here were courteous and very helpful. They found an additional problem and called me for my authorization which I gave. The job was still completed on time and professionally done. I know that should be expected but that’s not always the case. They will now be my go-to shop for mechanical jobs that I can no longer handle. And their prices are very fair too. Thanks Pat.

Our Truck was a mess!! And was going to cost us a leg to get it fixed. During this pandemic we are barley getting by. However we do need our vehicle. I called for a last minute oil change before leaving town and was worked into their shop within an hour! I very much appreciated the speedy turn around on my vehicle.

I was visiting the valley with my son when my car died. I’ve used this company in the past so when my car died I immediately looked up the location in fountain hills. From the very beginning it was nothing but customer service. The office is so clean and nice. I didn’t know how long we’d be there so I was so glad we were in a nice office with a tv and plenty of power outlets I could plug my phone and sons tablet into. We passed the time with no issues. The front desk guy is probably one of the nicest people I have met in a long time. He kept me informed about what they were doing. They seemed to narrow down the potential issue based off my vague description of what happened when my car broke down. I felt they were honest. They could have easily sold me on a more expensive repair but told me what they thought it was and was a less expensive repair. I confirmed with a friend who is also a mechanic and he said they gave an honest assessment about how to fix it. Unfortunately they did not have a part in house and wouldn’t get it in until the next day. They helped me get a hotel room down the street and helped get the hotels shuttle to come and get me. It was an unexpected addition to our vacation but made a bad situation into a great one. We had fun at the hotel and enjoyed our extra night in Phoenix. I got a text message early the next morning that the car was ready. Came to find out the front desk person actually drove himself to get the part and that’s why my car was ready so early. As a single mother traveling with a young child this could easily have been a terrible situation. I won’t go to any other company. Thinking about actually taking a day and traveling down from payson whenever I need work done in my car. I can’t thank you enough. And on top of it, they are an Arizona based business!!! Sorry for the long review I just felt like a generic “they were great” review wouldn’t do justice.

Pat let me know that they will check my car than call me to tell me what they found! I had a transmission leak in my Lexus IS10. He went through all that was wrong step by step & how much the total will be for the repairs & he performed my annual repairs I needed for I was approaching my 50,000 mile mark so he saved me a trip of getting the service done now instead of a Month from now! I would highly recommend taking your car in to Greulichs in Fountain Hills.

Highly recommend using Greulichs for your auto repair needs. My mechanic genuinely cared about my safety in and helped me figure everything out yesterday before he even knew he was getting my business. And he got me in on a day where they were already busy and they did not have an appointment. They went above and beyond. Short of coating my wheels in 24k gold, there is nothing else they could have done to impress me more.

I had taken my Jeep to another mechanic shop for a routine oil change, then it started leaking oil, I took it back and they concluded it was the drain plug.... but oil was still leaking out. My friends recommend Greulich’s so I called and John said I could bring my Jeep in right away and he would take a look. A few hours later he called with great news, not only did he find the issue which was a result of the other shop making a mistake, but he also saved me major damage to my car and saved me money by proving I did not need to replace the oil pan (what the other shop recommended). John was extremely kind and helpful he even took photos so I could show the other shop, John did this free of charge and also suggested that I have the other shop clean the oil off the underside of my car(which they accepted). I don’t know what I would have done without John! We need more people like him taking care of us! Thank you so much for your help and kindness!

I callled Gruelichs several times to see if they could help with my break caliber, they were so friendly. He offered me a tow truck number which I ended up having to call. It was on a Sunday that this happened and he towed the car to Greulich shop and gave me a great price. I highly recommend this shop. Everyone I spoke with at the shop were very helpful. They even recommended a window replacement service and all this got done for me while I was at work. It was ready in a day. They are on time and very professional and friendly at the shop. Was on a cross country trip from VA to CA when suddenly we were having car issues. Went to the first place right off of the highway, which happened to be Greulich’s. The staff was so friendly and understanding of my situation. They took it back immediately to be checked. They recommended taking to the car dealership as the issue was a possible recall. No charge for them to look at it! Although no services were done here, they were extremely professional and helpful.

I brought my Ford Fiesta in for a belt replacement after I failed to try to replace it myself. Called Greulichs and they were able to put it on for me with no hassle and for a really reasonable labor price. I really appreciate them doing this because shops dont always play nice with customer brought in parts and for good reason sometimes. I had a much better experience here than at other chain shops in town. Would recommend!

Wow! To have a trustworthy mechanic is worth my weight in gold (and Im a hefty girl).My mum had her Toyota Camry serviced in Denver before visiting us here. Her people said she was good to go. She got here and wanted an oil change. THANKFULLY the team here at Geulichs went above and beyond. They took pictures of her front brake pads (which were nearly worn out) and some severe corrosion on her battery. Things her mechanics assured her were fine. They boxed up her old break pads to show her people what they overlooked.Truly grateful for this shop in Fountain Hills!! Honest, no pressure, and thorough!!!

Had a problem starting my car, battery seemed discharged, able to start it, drove to the Fountain Hills location, within 20 minutes i had a new battery installed. The tech checked the electrical system for proper charging and all was good to go. Staff was polite, professional and quick service. Thankful they were available, had the battery in stock.

Oil change was done in a timely manner. Front desk employee was courteous and informative. Upon paying for the service, I got my key back. Full of grease from the mechanics hands. Steering wheel and gearshift were the same way! Disgusting! Especially now that the entire world is putting such an emphasis on cleanliness for the health and well being of our society. Will not be returning. I can get the same oil change at the dealership for the same amount of money and better, cleaner customer service.

They were informative, friendly, and specific about the items that needed attention and the cost of repairs. I picked up the Nissan Rogue the next day with all repairs made including a broken heat shield which they discovered and repaired at no cost. Great service.

After trying a few other shops in the area, I ran across Greulichs and couldnt be happier. The cost of the alignment was roughly half of what I paid elsewhere and didnt even end up with both the front and back of my wrangler jk done correctly. I am happy to say I am back on track and have the option to pop in for a quick alignment check for free any time.I was also impressed that there wasnt a bunch of upsell BS that usually follows any time you take a car into any shop. A nice change for sure!Would recommend to anyone with a jeep or truck that has been modified to include adgutable control arms, track bars, etc.

I walked in without an appointment because one of my windows jammed and could not be rolled back up. With the hot weather we are enduring, along with Covid19, not to mention the inability to secure my vehicle, I was concerned. Ben was able to take a look at my window and within 15 minutes he was able to give me an answer. They extended their service even further and drove me back to my home so I didnt have to wait in the shop. Two hours later they once again picked me up at my home and back to their shop where my window was fixed! Flexible scheduling, got me in the next day when I had to cancel last minute. Friendly and helpful. They give advice and explain things without annoyance or trying to sell you on unneeded services. Prices are fair/comparable (much cheaper than the dealer).Previously they cought a cracked radiator that another shop missed, informed me that my battery was dying and I should have Ford replace it (still under warranty). And, in the past, have lifted my vehicle so I could bend a plate back in place and lent me a tool in the parking lot for a DIY repair at no charge.

I have used Gruelichs for years on my Pontiac and Mercedes Benz vehicles. They are a very honest, family owned company. They are not a franchise, which you are not sure what to expect like Aamco (extremely bad experiences).Ben Winkler in the Fountain Hills shop is my favorite service writer. I actually drive 20 miles from Scottsdale to go to his shop.

Seemed to do a good job. Technician had to do a qick repair in parking lot after my payment and releasing vehicle to me. Forgot some bolt tightening. Steering wheel was dirty/greasey, I cleaned it at home. Not a big deal to me as I do the majority of my own repairs. Price was very good for alignment. Hopw it was done correctly. Hard to confirm without going to another alignment shop. Would go back.

I got a wheel alignment. They took car right in and began working. The job was complete in the time they estimated and it drives well now. So very pleased with service.

I was stranded with a dead battery during lunch hour and I walked in and was greeted by Dan, asst mgr and they offered me a jump and pulled it right into the service bay to change out my bad battery and installed a new battery.
