The owner and staff are great and the prices are reasonable.We’ve used them quite a few times and have had very good experiences. Highly recommend them.

This place is a fraud, stay off this place, it use to be a good place when they had an old Spanish guy. Now Mike and co are in for making money by all means. I was charged 1200 for fixing the break and still it wasnt fix Becareful.

Had need for urgent diagnostic of left turn signal on a less than 6 month old trailer on an Easter weekend Sat AM.... and Mike said “come on down” and will see if it is a simple fix or not....!!! Wow. Don’t have that happen too often! Even though busy already in less than five minutes him Magician mechanic Andrian diagnosed a pinched wire in interior of trailer due to shroud cowling installed at factory!!! This would have been a warranty claim but the dealer I bought trailer from had no service Techician on weekends.Absolutely amazing!!! They were a Gods send and got me on my way..... will be bringing them my trailer for any any all repairs or modifications that are not warranty items. Thanks Mike and Andrian you guys are simply the BEST.

Encounter a bit of a flaw with a third party insurance carrier however Michael Longley was there to make it right. We are extremely please with the level of customer service he provided! I own a 2017 16ft cargo trailer that I bought from here and Ive been coming here for the past 5 years, but I recently came to buy fenders for a trailer and I was told that I was given a discount from $175 each down to $150 each I thought that was cool. Until I removed the plastic wram off them they were bent up slightly that I didnt notice while purchasing but its noticeable on the trailer. I wish they wouldve been upfront I would have paid regular price for some decent ones.

I have been bringing my custom built trailer to the guys at North Texas Trailers for several years. They are the Best!! Even if I have trailer issues on the road, I always call them for guidance and they always assist! I Love this place. Sunny, Alan, Jason and their Techs are second to NONE. GREAT service and Great Prices that always Beat the competition.

You better get a written estimate before you let them touch your rig.Had some e-track to install nothing hard to do at all they provided the screws plus fixed a ceiling vent that would not stay down.Installer said he thought it would take about an hour. Came back they said 3 hours at $110.00 an hour also charged me $65 for a plug connection from my generator to my cord, no labor involved there.I thought the bill would be under $200.00 Bill was actually over $450.00CRAZY, I wont be back there again. My fault for trusting them, wont happen again.

Great customer service! Mark took care of us and really did care about our safety and the quality of his work. Helped explain why he was doing something and why we needed to do something to our trailer. Probably will never go to another trailer store ever because of the customer service and satisfaction with their work.

DO NOT DO BUISNESS WITH NORTH TEXAS TRAILERS! I emailed them about getting a quote for a trailer I was looking for. The sales manager emailed me back and stated that they would not give me a quote because I sent the same email to multiple other trailer dealerships trying to get the best price. He stated that the little profit they would get would not be worth their time. I guess no profit is better then a little profit. Because other dealerships were kind enough to give me a quote I found that the trailer that I was looking for the price varied around $400-$500 between dealerships. If North Texas Trailers would of simply given me a quote they might of been the lowest price around and would of received my business. I wish I could go lower then one star on the review. Please do your business elsewhere and save you some money.

Came here to get an appraisal on a trailer for some title work and “Sunny” was the guy who helped me. He told me that the state makes them charge $100 for the appraisals but that was a bald face lie. Go anywhere else but here. Give me $80 of my money back and I’ll update this review.
