Hubby and I searched and searched for trailers for a week or two, to no avail😒 Seemed like everything is on back order or we were added to some waiting list of some sort. Then we came across ITAG Equipment. I was kinda skeptical about all the inventory they had to offer and it being “AS IS” equipment. Our experience with ITAG Equipment was phenomenal!! Great staff and knowledgeable about their inventory. What they don’t know, they’ll find out with the quickness!!From beginning to end the staff was on point. Jeff at the beginning was a little persistent.. 😜lol😄, but that’s his job to sell equipment. Shelley was great with taking care of ALL paperwork, tags, etc. Andy made sure when it was time to pick up our trailer, it was an easy peasy transition!! Well once we picked up trailer, we went for an inspection and found out brakes needed to be changed. Chris met us in the middle on the repair bill, even tho he didn’t have to because the purchase was an “AS IS” purchase on a used dry van trailer. Over all we are extremely happy with our purchase and we wanted to take the time out and send a GREAT BIG SHOUT OUT AND THANKS to THE STAFF AT ITAG EQUIPMENT for your services!! This experience was bad overall. The trailer that I purchased wasnt road worthy, far from it. This is not a reputable company. Buyer beware. Read the fine print.

Bought a dry van I never bought a trailer on line so I was skeptical of the process. Andy was very helpful and trailer was as advertised. I would do business here again.

Considering buying a freight liner day truck as is from another state wasnt what I envisioned. But after talking to Chris about the truck and him showing me detailed pictures including a video chat so that I can see details of the truck in real time. I had no doubt that I was making the right decision. I picked up the truck and drove it to California with no problem. I would definitely purchase from Itag Equipment again.

Let me start off by saying that my experience with ITAG would be a five except for a couple of things. However that does not take away from the fact that I think they are an extremely wonderful and reputable company . At first I was wary about doing a bank transfer for almost $30,000 but I looked them up on BBB and read their reviews and ended up buying a 2014 Transcraft 53 Foot Step Deck back in April 2019. I called and asked to speak with Keith and he took over from there and it was a smooth transaction to purchase the trailer. They told me that it would be shipped down for around $700 from Missouri in a couple of weeks. Shelly was very good about returning my phone calls and sending me emails to get the trailer registered. I am going to use them to sell The same trailer I bought from them not because it wasn’t a good trailer, but because I decided to go in another direction and use a different type of trailer. All in all, I would say that everyone there is friendly and knowledgeable and my experience was definitely a good one. I wanted to make this review as honest as possible for those of you out there who are thinking of using them for your purchase. They are great!

I bought a trailer from here and they went and got a dot inspection and some how it passed with caged brakes . I wouldn’t recommend buying a trailer from this business . If my driver wasn’t complaining about the brakes and we had caught it, my driver could of been involved in a serious accident

I initially inquired about a trailer that Chris Green had for sale and was going to have some container locks installed when I found a trailer better suited to my needs. It was not a trailer in his inventory but was in Texas so I asked him if he would be willing to look into this unit for me and although I did not think it would be in his best interest he agreed to do so. He not only had the unit inspected but also got the trailer for a price that was lower than was advertised. While waiting for the trailer to be delivered he looked into shipping costs. The closest ports were in California so he looked into rates that would get this unit to me and he also tried his best to get a lower rate from the initial quote. Oh, I forgot to mention that it needed to be shipped to Honolulu, Hawaii. Unfortunately The rates were ridiculously high at 50 feet long so I ended up using my contact in Oregon. Chris got my trailer to Oregon for a great price and I actually saved about $6k by not shipping out of California. Let me say that Chris and the great prople at ITAG Equipment treated me like I was their best customer even though weve actually never met and I WOULD DEFINITELY purchase another trailer from them without hesitation! If I could give them 10 stars that would be my rating.Thanks, Chris!

They sale trailer and trucks that dont belong to them, if you look on craigslist or other sources you find the same equipment for about 2k to 4k less. Thats why on there web page it says on line deal. Do some research before you buy from them and save your self the finders fee.

I must say this wasnt your typical trailer purchase. Not only did i enjoy working with Chris but I gained a memorable experience from this buy. I bought a beautiful 53 aluminium flatbed conestoga. Its a little more then what i was looking for but the price was on point.After all inspections were done and numbers crunched it came time for delivery or pick up. I chose to pick mine up in the grate state of Minnesota. I spent the coldest night ive ever slept in my truck: -22°. It was a pleasure being a part of the Itag family. They are some real go getters, worked hard to take in my trade, jumped through all the finance hoops and get me down the road with my new trailer. I was a bit Leary working over the phone/online with a capital equipment transaction, several states away. Bryan was pleasant over the phone, but I thought I would Google up ITAG. Then I recalled watching the video (look it up folks) a few months prior and I was impressed then. My husband and I were looking at purchasing a flatbed trailer. While searching on numerous websites we came across Itag Equipment. They showed several trailers we were interested in looking at. Due to the fact we are truck drivers and cannot just stop at a moments notice we asked them to send pictures. We got them as requested However the trailer was not what was described in the advertisement. We then asked to get pictures of another trailer which Chris refused to do because we still wanted to look at them even after pictures. Another issue is the fact that none of the trailers in our price range are on his lot and are scattered all over town. My husband called again tonight asking about the possibility of coming in to look at trailers since we will be in Dallas. The salesman basically told him that they dont care about making it hard for people to look by having stuff scattered around town. Customer service stinks. I would never recommend this company to anyone.

I bought a double drop trailer from them sight unseen and was very hesitant to do so however the guys here went above and beyond to make sure the trailer was top notch shape. The trailer was exactly as they said and ready to work the day i got it. I would use them again for sure.

I buy and ship trucks and trailers from all over the country to my yard in Smackover, AR. Its never easy to find exactly what you are looking for and almost impossible to go look yourself. I ran across ITAG online and was really impressed with their website and inventory. I found a trailer I liked and with a very good price, as cheap as I had seen anywhere. Im always a little nervous when dealing with a company that I have not done business with in the past. I made the deal and wired the money, like I have done many times before. And then started worrying if I would ever see a trailer or my money again. You guys know what Im talking about. Well let me assure you that this company is legit and they did everything they said they would do. I am 100% satisfied with my purchase. It is as nice and well maintained as any trailer I have ever bought. I know that wont happen every time and it may not the next time I buy one from Chris but it wont be from a lack of effort on his part. He told me everything that he could see wrong with it. Sent me videos of it in operation. It was a hydraulic tail with a pony motor. All I had to do was look it over, grease it and put license on it. These guys are top notch in my book. The worse experience ever, customer service horrible, I bought one trailer from them and I had a bad experience, they lie to me for 2 weeks that the trailer is ready after they had all money into their account, the trailer was in bad conditions, I had to spend all day at their location to get the trailer ready! But I said, it was a bad experience once and I try to give it another try, so I contact them for another trailer.... the worse experience I ever had in my entire life, and I’ve been doing business for over 15 years!Do not buy everything from them unles you inspect it first, do not give them any money up front until you see the trailer because you will see the trailer in weeks or months, if you get to the point of getting a trailer! If I could give them zero stars that will be! Use a private person or a dealer if you don’t want to have the worse experience or waste your time with this company!!! Chris, you should be ashamed of your racial remarks, the only barrier was your lies about the trailer!!! The trailer didn’t pass DOT inspection, the sliding rear axle didn’t work, the mud flaps were missing, 2 tires were damaged, the tail lights didn’t work! This is the reality of your business and the way you treat your customers!!!

They go out of there way not to sell you a trailer but to make sure its road worthy and you leave happy. I drove here from Florida to pick up my Flatbed. Meeting the guys Chris, Manny an Eddie were on it. I wanted to remove a box thay was damaged they didnt have to help me but they all came out to give me a hand I didnt have to do a thing. You can buy a trailer anywhere but its how your treated thst makes you come back. I dont see myself buying anywhere else. Purchased a 2009 Doonan stepdeck from itag. Our company is from west Texas and we never had time to even look at the trailer before purchase. Once we got there the trailer was in great condition and just as the sales dept had described it. Itag also installed aluminum ramps for us up under the step deck, great work there also.
