Friendly staff and great haircuts make this an excellent place to get a trim or a new style.They are great with kids and out-of-towners looking for a vacation photo trim.I had no wait and no problem chatting with the lovely staff about my haircut.

The haircut quality is terrible. I always ask for a little trim and instead they practically chop all my hair off. They only know one haircut style. If you ask for anything else they make your hair look as bad as possible.

I had been going to a nearby hair cuttery for the past few months, and always ran into language barriers and just okay haircuts, so my dad finally recommended me to this place, and told me to get the cut done by Lyra. I booked online, and they were ready for me the instant I walked in. The place is very inviting, the staff were friendly, and Lyra gave me my favorite haircut in years. She was very fun to talk to while she cut, and I usually dont like talking during haircuts! I will definitely return in the future, and highly recommend Lyra!

Loved the MVP experience and the friendliness of my barber. I had an awesome experience with the MVP, I recommend to anyone. Only problem I had was that my hair was cut slightly too much on the top and the sides are shaved to high, otherwise than that great job to them and definitely recommend it to others.🤙🏼

Finally got some one that speaks English! Woo hoo! Ambria was very nice. Cut my hair exactly like I wanted...which is always an anxiety-inducing issue for me because nobody ever speaks English. She was sweet, carried interesting conversation, bringing back that old-timey barber shop thing, and really cared about the quality of her cut. As long as shes there, Ill keep coming back.

Terrible place to get a haircut.after going there for the last 8 yrs, i am done with this place. theres not one stylist that knows how to cut hair.the owner has hired a bunch of amateurs stylist that all they do is buzz hair with clippers.they do not know the art of cutting hair with scissors.STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE IS YOU WANT A DECENT CUT.PS.Hire some pros.otherwise your buss.will close down.

Great hair salon, great packages combo cuts, wash and a shoulder massage.I do wish they would dry your hair at least a little bit, I think they will for $$, but I would like to be a little bit dryer than towel dried, not a deal breaker tho.

Dont even bother going to this place. They will do whatever they want. The manager never asked my son if he liked the haircut, never showed him the back of his head, never said anything about the fact that what she did was nothing like what we asked for, and before I could get to the chair to mention several visible mistakes she was already calling me to swipe my card. If your son wants a decent hair cut take him somewhere else.

Took in my twin boys for the first their first cut at a salon. We presented the the lady with a style from one of their catalogs, she asked me what level to use, Im NOT a stylist! Then she had an attitude because my husband and I were discussing how low to cut the sides. The resulting cut was bad, two different sideburns and the neckline to the back looked like she used a lawnmower! The only reason I gave 1 star is because another lady took my second son and did a decent job on his head. Never again!

This place is horrible!!! I ask for a blow out and got a fade!! If you dont know the difference you shouldnt be cutting hair. The lady that cut my hair was LUZ. I told her that she got it wrong and didnt even do anything. Not even a discount for screwing up my hair. I put one star because I had to they dont even deserve it.

For what it is- an all guys haircuttery centered around sports- this place is actually pretty good. Customer service is good when theyre not super busy, and Im always happy with my haircut when I come out.

Wasnt bad a couple years ago, but the last two times Ive been to SportsClips it has been terrible. The last time I went there I had both terrible customer service and got a terrible haircut. When I told her I prefer scissors over the trimmer, she seemed upset at the fact she would actually have to cut my hair. The final product was terrible, and she didnt bother to ask if I liked it, just proceeded to say it was done. This was not worth $17. After 4 years of coming here for my haircuts, this is my last time.

This is the worse place to take kids to. I took my toddler and they ruined his hair! It’s is uneven and they cut so much off that there isn’t anything I can do so it looks normal. He has chunks of all sizes and the front is almost shaved of how short it is. They ruined our wedding pictures because they ruined my sons hair. This is evil! You don’t cut a child’s hair if you DONT know how to. Stay away!!! This place could careless about doing there job right they are the WORSE!

Its good that they are different from other salons (not a barbern). Cuts are above decent. And not at good. Walked out with a wet head. Dont go here if you have to go out right after. Now its time to take a shower and change some new clothes... Because after getting into my car I noticed a bunch of hair on my shirt, pants, arm (not arm hair) and in my shirt.

I was there today to get a haircut for my son before school starts. The person who helped me Chantel was very unprofessional and started arguing with me when I nicely asked her to cut my son hair a bit shorter. We originally were not sure what number of cut we needed and although she did show in a small portion what it would like it’s not the same once you see a bigger portion done. She then when on to say that We were making her work double and that she would get in trouble because they time her work for haircuts! I asked her again to please cut as this was not going to take not even 5 minutes. Once she finished she did not even comb my sons hair and refused to wet or put gel on the top of his hair! And then went on to say she was Done with us! I was in awe! I cannot believe this type of service specially in a salon. I have to say that Miriam offer to help me and she noticed my sons hair was not cut right and fixed it. Miriam did an awesome job and want to recognize her for helping us out. Chantel kept on going with rant and threaten me and dared me if I complained! So here is my review and I just want to let the owners know this is not the type of service anyone should receive. If you are timing your employees. That is also wrong! Haircuts is something you need to take your time with and not something that can be done in 5 minutes! And if a customer is not happy you should empower your people to try to fix and make it better. But to go and pay for a service and get someone treat you this way and then keen on going when someone else was already trying to help us and make it better, is totally unacceptable. And the shift manager, well she came out with quite an attitude as well. Not sure if it’s because Chantel warned her before hand or what, but she did not even bother to pull me aside and ask me. I had to ask to talk to her and explain what had happened. And to clarify. I was very calm the entire time, there were other children and family and I was not going to get down to Chantel level, however I feel I was in all my right to let her know if I needed her to fix something. All I wanted was my son to have the haircut he wanted. Very very disappointed....

Worst Sports clips Ive been to in years. Hands down. Tried several times and only once did it come out correctly. Of course that hair stylist is no longer there. Waste of time and money and embarrassment.

I went for a traditional haircut and received some sort of high top haircut. I was not asked how the haircut was and could not see it because the manager walked to the register before I had a chance to put my glasses on. The manager performed the haircut which took about five minutes and was extremely rude. Between the terrible service and rudeness of the manager I would not recommend this place to anyone.

Just had my first haircut with a very sweet lady who took her time. Did not expect a massage, hairwash all for 17 dollars. Amazing place for haircuts.. couldnt get better

It just seemed like the stylists didnt care. I paid for an MVP but it experience was about 15 minutes total. I gave the stylist clear directions but she didnt seem to want to cut my hair. During the cut the front receptionist walked over to her to talk about an Instagram post and she stopped to talk to her about it. Not the right cut, no trim, and no pride in their role. I wont be back.

They always mess up my sons hair. This time was so bad they tried to hide it by combing the hair over to one side. Chopped up, unblended, lopsided, asymmetrical, mess!
