My appt was on a Saturday so they may not always be so quick to unload. They do have a small lot to park to check in and wait for a dock, but it doesnt appear to be overnight parking. Park, then walk down to the left of docks to check in. Backing was a straight back into door, but it looks like it could possibly be tight if there are a lot of trucks waiting for a door. Back up to door and wait for a dock worker to come out and check your temp (or seal if youre loaded) then open doors and back in. They will disconnect your air brake supply until you are ready to leave dock. They will then put seal on trailer and send you back into office for bills. I was in and out in 40 minutes.

This place is good on loading/unloading, downtime around 45min. Now with that said if you run late by 20 min or 2 days get ready to pay the price! SO DONT BE LATE TO THIS PLACE!! other then that friendly place.

Easy to get to and simple to sign in!

My experience at this location was great. My only concern is that they will mainly only take you right around your appointment time period they will not take you early but that is mainly because everything has a structured schedule and the product that is going on your trailer arrives at a certain time and is unloaded at a certain time. I give it only four stars because they do have truck parking on site but no overnight parking and they suggest you to park on the road outside of the property. Other than that positive experience.

These guys are fast and friendly. Always get me loaded and on the road fast. Remember to wear your mask though, they are sticklers.

Picked up a load that was suppose to deliver to americold a day before. They worked me in. Was out in 2 1/2 hrs. Nice friendly staff

The bestest loading crew & extremely courteous SRO personnel! I was late for my appt but they treated me as if I were still a good human being; imagine that💜 While I was waiting The Kitchen came by offering meals - delicious beef spaghetti w/green beans and garlic bread for $7...

Friendly ladies in the office - we call ahead when were ready to pick up our order and its always ready when we arrive!

Parking on sight if early, was given a door at appointment time and promptly unloaded. They come out and lock your air line, check your seal!(don’t break it before they come out)and come back out when your done. Staff was really nice! I don’t think this place was tight at all but it wasn’t super busy when I was there. No complaints at all, would definitely return.

Fairly quick with their live loads. Easy instructions and docks to back into. Employees are generally cordial. Gates open at 6am. Pilot close by to weigh your load @I35W ex.65

Quick in and out but they wont let you onto the property if you are not precooled to 10° or colder. I understand not loading a trailer until a certain temperature but to make a driver leave the property is another matter.

I was in and out with 2 and 1/2 hours. I was dropping off. The staff was really nice.

This is hands down the very best americold in the nation. Dock doors 19 and 18 are a little tough but everything else is excellent great people at the shipping and receiving office. Got me in like 4 hours early too. 👍👍

This place doesnt mess around they get you in and out in no time. The person who is running this Americold knows how to load trucks, and we know not all Americolds are the same . There is no overnight parking, but there is street parking,.

Showed up 5 hours early and they took me after 30 minutes. Friendly staff and a few parking spots after you unload if your out of time. Also had a food truck deliver dinner BBQ ribs or chicken fried steak!

They careless about others equipmentI checked early, about 5 hour early, they want to to keep your trailer running at -10 with doors open???Ambient temp outside 90 and doors open??? just don’t ask to open doors if not planning to load.Will never check in early at any of this cold storages, no way to claim detention payment for waisted fuel and time waiting.Bad, decision!!😡😡😡

Unloading took only about 50 minutes, there’s no overnight parking but in the street is legal to park, lots of space. They start receiving trucks at 0600
