I had an international shipment coming from the Middle East via air to IAH and then Pinnacle was taking it from IAH to DFW, where I would receive it.The IAH folks lies to me that it had already cleared customs on Tuesday. On Wednesday the DFW office lies that my shipment had arrived from IAH when it actually wasn’t there yet (after I rented a truck to go pick it up). On Thursday I went to pick it up and the cargo arrived, but then I was informed by Pinnacle staff in DFW I still needed customs clearance. Since it was after CBP closed at DFW, I had to return Friday after obtaining customs clearance that morning.The cherry on top? Pinnacle refused to wave a $100 terminal fee dispute their absolute misinformation and lack of information. Unbelievable and terrible customer service.
If I could Give Them ZERO STARS, I Would.This location Pinnicale Logistics helped the ROCKFORD location be as crooked and wrong as they could treat us.One SPECIFIC HR name Ciara Randall knew I was wrongfully done and she argued me up and down about not compensating me. If I had of known how dirty the entire company was, I would have quit like everyone else. Make sure you keep PROOF of everything. Don’t believe anything VERBAL. Make them sign, date, and write it all down.PINNACLE LOGISTICS IS NOT TO HELP THE COMMUNITY‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️Look up there law suits. They all speak for themselves.
