I reached NFI on thursday night they have a over night parking. My appointment is on Friday 9:00am I check in night time they give me a dock right away the lady is very nice who checked me in before my appointment time.

Arrived 1200 for a 1300 appointment, finally put in a door at 1830, loaded in forty minutes and out the door by 1930. Take it for what its worth. Good Luck!

They was very nice. My apartment was in morning and they load me up 7 hour before my time. After loading I sleep in there yard. They have over night parking.

I Got To This Place At 9:30 Yesterday Morning. I Thought I Had A 10 am Appointment but when I got there they Told me 11. She said She Would Sign Me in At 11 but dont Expect It To Be Soon. Sst There Until About 4 only to be Sent to another Building Around The Corner. Here it Is 5:40 am The Next Morning and Im still Waiting To Get A Door

Dont come here for the del, you can wait 8-12h to get unloaded. This company is only good for people that want to do 34 hours restart lol

Took my delivery early, lots of room and overnight parking !The night receiving clerk was nice ! Texas SIDEWINDER ✌

They take to long to unload, they call you for a door, not by your appointment, they make you wait

I would like to rate 0 star but no option. Just want to warning all the truck driver this place is taking forever to get load. If you dont mind of waiting and making EZ $$ for detention. This is the place, and good luck.

Staff is always nice. Sometimes a wait if busy. Whats new right. Entrance for delivery on North side of building access from Will Rogers.

I was here two hours early from my pickup appointment time, they gave me a door immediately but, they start loading me exactly on my appointment time, and was fast, only 40min.

If I could give it zero I would. Been here 3 hrs in s door for 1 1/2 hours and havent even been started on yet.

If you want to wait a full day ? This is the place you should come and deliver . The main problem is there is no supervisor or manager to control the guys working in the wear house. It is a very annoying place . I waited the whole day.and it is now 10:31 pm . Out of hours of driving.And hard to get parking for a semi truck..the other problem of this company is the address, the actual address on the b/l will take you to where the company put a small not that you should have to go to will Rogers blvd. so you should have to get out of the facility and turn right and on will Rogers turn right again,and wait there for the rest of your life with no facilities (rest room) or any other thing. And me. Google should have to have a 0 or a negative star for this kind of place..I am writing this because what other people wrote on other services saved me from many unwanted incidents..
