My three year old and I arrived at party city with the intention of purchasing a set of balloons for our gender reveal party. The store had several orders and a couple were due for pick up as we placed our order. We did not place our order ahead of time so we were content waiting. We let the little one count out balloons as we waited for our turn. While we were waiting a manager picked out, inflated and tied a slip knot on a unicorn balloon and gave it to us because he overheard our conversation about how much we like unicorns. He also offered another patron an extra balloon for the extended wait time. Every worker was polite and smiling as they diligently inflated several orders at once while checking out other customers. It was very considerate for management to step in and help when needed and give us a gift to help our little one happily pass the time and quite probably preventing a meltdown before it started. I am grateful for kind customer service and recommend this store.

Went in to get supplies for a Harry Potter marathon at my place. Man did they come through!!! I ended up leaving with way more than I expected 🙃

Just went to check out prices.Can get a lot of same things at dollar store. Some items are unique to PZarty city though

Favorite place for Halloween stuff and candy.

Manager was GREAT and asked if he could help - VERY friendly. Got to checkout and was ignored by two employees behind the counter. Then a second customer got in line and both employees jumped to help. I felt profiled and ignored.

Like the name implies, this is a store that will have just about everything you need for a party. Since they sell party decorations, the interior is a little overwhelming for the senses, but its easy enough to find what youre looking for once you orient yourself. The prices are usually competitive but not always the best. Theres a benefit to only having to go to one place to find everything you need, so if youd rather spend a bunch of time shopping around online you can do that. The staff are always friendly and Ive never had any problems here.

They have all assortments of anything youre looking for from themed parties to just certain colors or designs. Also, they carry candy, toys, and little entertainment props for goodie bags as well. Love them :)

I’ve always had a good experience in this store. 2 weeks ago, Destiny went above and beyond to help me get decorations for my husband’s birthday. I placed an order to be picked up at the sherry ln location and they were closed on the day of pick up. Destiny checked their inventory and gathered all the items. She stayed in communication the whole time! Thank you Destiny.

Disappointed. This is supposed to be the best place to get halloween costumers and not even one gray cat costume but many black--no other colors anywhere. And no help to be found. if it is not there then we dont have it per their associates. WOW

Organized by color with EVERYTHING. I found what I was looking for in less than 5 minutes. Asked for assistance and it was provided.

I selected the wrong day for my balloon pickup, and they were able to accommodate me and complete my order early.

I got all my wifes party supplies here. They never disappoint.

Very cluttered and unorganized, the male employee working up front was wearing black boxers with jeans that did not cover his butt and was busy listening to his music on his beats headphones. I finally got him to call the manager on duty and she was willing and able to help me. Balloon displays were falling off the wall it was a very disappointing experience.

Molly is the best CSR ever! She is outgoing, friendly, and helped with all my party needs. She even held my toddler while showing me products!

I was here this past Saturday and asked the young lady working the counter if I got foil balloons today would they last until Monday. OH no she said just 24 hours, so i walked around and used google and the answer was 5-7 days for foil balloons, fyi store its Tuesday and balloons are still high in the air. Sad google knew more then your employee.

This is a 5 star only because i love the self serve candy option located in the front center of the store. My daughter LOVES chocolate coinas an i can get 10 coins for $1 versus walmarts little baggie for $4.99

I am a wedding coordinator and event planner. So I spend thousands of dollars here a year.I came in last Tuesday to get things for my sons birthday party. The gentleman told me to take home my balloons and to bring them back today, so have them blown up. I asked him what time and he informed me any time would work. I came back and paid for helium and extra balloons, and he said a 2 hour wait, I asked for a manager. They told me there was nothing they could do. I then paid $40 for a helium tank just to bring it home for it to not work. So here I am an hour before my sons party, with no balloons having to find yet another ride to party city.While also here before this happened a girl who I asked for help a couple of times had the worst attitude. I need foot surgery Monday and can not walk well. She rolled her eyes and sent me to another kid who was ringing people up. All because she didn’t want too. She was also the only person on the floor. I will never do buisness here again.

The lady that helps with the costumes is very rude. She thinks she knows your size by looking at you. Even when you tell her you want a different size she will bring you the one she thinks is right and its completely wrong. We had to walk out after we tried on the costumes because they didnt fit.( Just like we thought) thanks for nothing lady who knows everything.

Wonderful went in there to get fall decorations. Sales people where great. Very helpful

Party City was great getting ready for a new grandbaby supplied me with things I didnt know they had call my creative Memories to begin to develop more about things I can do to make this first time baby shower exciting and memorable

I never come to this store that I dont have to wait for an unreasonably long time at checkout. When I am finally waited on the employees have been very friendly and efficient. Management needs to figure out how to better serve the customers in a timely manner.

Didnt feel very festive, but while it may be a party city, there is no party here. Theres a whole bunch of cheap plastic/paper dishes for parties all themed different colors. Its neat to look around for about 10 minutes. Then the novelty wears away.

Lots of interesting items for birthday parties to wedding celebrations. Large supply of $1 giveaway items and candy. Good place to shop for younger childrens parties.

This location has a large variety of items. Some of the items can get a little pricey. I signup for their emails so I can use the coupons. The employees aren’t the friendliest. But, if you ask them for assistance they will normally point you to the right direction.

Staff is unsure of prices.I was told 2 different prices of balloon inflation.At first I was told it was free, then during check out it turned out to be 99 cents plus however much the balloon was. Which i had purchased over 40 balloons. Didnt like how the staff handled the situation of me being told different prices.

Helpful staff. A couple balloons slipped out of hand and flew away but they helped replace them quickly.

Manager with the short hair super rude to costomers and employees! Walked in paid for balloons and cashier was just trying to help, manager yelled at him infront of costomers, i told her it wasnt necessary and that she could do it at the appropiate time and she went off being rude to me! She said people cant come in here thinking they can get service for balloons asap they have to wait atleast 30 mins. Very rude lady! And to top it off she was one of the managers! How sad!

Woefully understaffed. The phone just rings and rings when I called to buy balloons. Right now there are two workers and about 7 groups of patrons needing assistance.
