I have to share with all potential clients that Paper Planet is the place to go for any sort of printing...weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, graduations, and any other type of celebratory invitation...including the Celebration of Life! My dad passed away this past January, and he was in his late eighties. He relocated to Fort Worth in 2013, so he didnt acquire a great deal of friendships All of his social life was in Chicago. The team at Paper Planet were great - I shared some inspiration from Pinterest and Etsy and they designed invites within my budget and truly exceeded my expectations! They quickly turned around a proof and gave me several font options for comparison. Everything was cut and beautifully packaged when I picked them up. The absolute best! We’ve used them for each of our kids’ birthday party invitations and every year they get better and better. We’ve also purchased the kids’ custom stationary here and love it. I love that I can go in with a vague idea of what I’m thinking, tell them to be creative and run with it and I’m always happier with the finished product than I imagined! I get compliments with every invite and thank you card I send. Please support them during these crazy COVID times, I don’t know what I’d do without them!

At the last minute, we ordered some Christmas cards from Paper Planet, and they did a terrific job! Quick, cute, and delivered basically the next day. So glad they are in our neighborhood.

Absolutely THE BEST place for unique, creative invitations and all other stationary paper needs. They helped us with wedding invitations and everything paper related for the ceremony and reception. Absolutely stunning! Then 8 months ago created the most fun Passport invitations for a Couples Shower, plus all signage needed to decorate and host the FABULOUS party! Most recently, they designed adorably fun, yet classy invitations for a wine and cheese pairing party for the “Perfect Pair” Couples Shower. I will never go anywhere else for invitations. They’re easy to work with and have tons of papers and extras to create something special. They’ll even mock up a sample so you can get a visual idea of what your invitations will look like. I want to have more parties just to work with them!!!

A really great place for getting creative.Lots and lots of paper types and colors, etc, and the staff is very involved and helpful.It does get pricey, but if you order in bulk, they give you wholesale discounts, of course.This is probably the best place in town for creative Cards of any kind.

I had Paper Planet design my daughters graduation announcements and they were fantastic! I brought them her picture and the info and they made them a wonderful memory. The customer service and attention to detail was superb. Their store atmosphere is very charming! I will be returning for all my invitations and special occasion needs.

My family and I will never do business with this company again. We used this company for our wedding invitations, and RSVP cards. They had an amazing selection to choose from and after spending much time debating we finally chose the design we loved. This is where the trouble began. From this point on we dealt with the company making multiple spelling and grammatical mistakes on our order, adding additional cost after placing our order we were not originally aware of, and awful follow though on deadlines. We even talked about canceling our $700 order early on when we started seeing numerous issues but was told if we did we would loose our $350 deposit. After lots of struggles with the company, we did get our order done, but with much headache. If you want a company that is overpriced, hard to work with, terrible at proofreading their work, and likely to surprise you with additional cost... this is the company for you. Otherwise, steer clear and be glad you did. If you would like a recommendation, try Magic Pen in Grapevine off Main Street, they are great!

Wonderful experience customizing our wedding invitations. Kelly worked with us on both occasions we visited and was phenomenal.

We purchased our envelopes for our wedding with paper planet, and were quite disappointed. We only ordered about 130 navy envelopes, but it took about three or four weeks for them to come on. We were told a few days. They looked beautiful with my invitations, the only problem being they didnt stick shut very well. Ive had a few invitations sent back already because the invite fell out of it in the mail. Our experience was unfortunate because it is such a quaint little shop! Will definitely give it another chance though.

I had high hopes for a small business but this company not only ruined my wedding but I was out $999.25.I placed an order with Paper Planet on 11/23/2015 for my 12/30/2015 wedding. I ordered 12 paper center pieces to be custom made. I was told that my center pieces would arrived no later than December 23rd. I figured that was fine as I would have a week wiggle room if something was wrong. I did not receive my order until December 24th. There were two boxes. One of the two boxes was completely destroyed and of course that box had the majority of the center pieces in it. The center pieces were unusable. I called and e-mailed the company (sending pictures) asking for a full refund or a replacement of goods to be over nighted but as it was the Christmas holiday no one responded until the 26th. When I called I was told, It isnt really our fault what happens to the order after we ship it out. I was then told as a courtesy they would replace what they could and send it out on the 28th for overnight delivery. (Which was great - had the package arrived I would have been satisfied.) The evening of the 29th at my rehearsal dinner around 7:30 PM I texted my sister who had stayed home to sign for the box told me the order still hadnt arrived. I contacted Paper Planet and they provided me with a tracking number and told me it was out for delivery. I checked the tracking number and the package was in Tennessee. I was in Pennsylvania. The package arrived at my parents’ house as I was walking down the aisle about two hours away from the location site. I had no center pieces for my wedding and the company would not provide me with any refund. Buyer beware!!
