I bought my perfect dress at David’s Bridal but needed some alterations. I needed a bustle and others and Tram was awesome. She has the magic hands and has the best bustle around. I am so happy I paid the extra to have it altered here. Tram is awesome and very professional. I am so happy and now I won’t be worried on my wedding day about my dress. It’s perfect! I would defiantly recommend having her to alter in the future.

I went being a little discouraged about finding a dress and Cat was the young lady who worked with me. She made it fun and made me feel so comfortable while trying on dresses and she was so helpful with the extra details. I did find The Dress ☺️ thanks to Cat! She’s the best!

This will probably be the first & the last google review I post but it’s for a good cause. I booked an appointment to be fitted for a bridesmaids dress this past July and wasn’t sure what to expect so I went in prepared with a list of dresses to choose from. My stylist was Marissa and she made my experience one to remember and I’m sure I did the same for her by coming prepared. Because I had already created a list of dresses for us to review it made the session go a lot smoother! She was really sweet, patient, and determined to help me find the perfect dress! She was knowledgeable of the different styles and materials and best of all she provided her HONEST opinion! I enjoyed everything about my fitting session at David’s Bridal on Hulen Park Drive! My consultant Amy was SO SWEET! She was extremely helpful in finding me a dress that fit my budget and that hid my insecurities. She was so understanding and had some amazing styling options for me and even showed me accessories that matched perfectly with the look I was going for. 100/10 recommend!

Amy was just the sweetest little dear you would ever meet! She helped my daughter so much when looking for a dress for a school dance and with all of our questions about ordering and shipping and everything. She made this process (which was previously very stressful) a very pleasant one! Its no wonder she is a manager because she gets things done and is just a joy to work with!

I had a phenomenal experience at this location. My bridal stylist, Cat, had great energy for BOTH of my appointments. I went to the Hulen Location in Fort Worth, TX this past week and the staff was amazing. I had Rachel as my stylist and she was such a sweetheart. Her customer service skills were through the roof. She made me feel comfortable and asked questions that helped her to better help me. She valued my opinions and went above and beyond to make sure I found my dream dress. She made it very easy for me and she had a smile that would light up a room. It was a pleasure working with her.I would also like to give a special thank you to the store manager, Linda Maya! I had spoken to her several times before making my appointment and each time she answered my questions with a smile an assured me they had the perfect dress for me. After purchasing my dress and accessories, I went back the next day to ask a question about my veil and Linda was there again to assist me and took care of the problem on the spot. Amy was SOOO helpful! I called and had like a million questions to ask because I am newly engaged for the first time and needed some guidance on how the wedding dress searching process works. I bought my wedding dress at Ana out of town David’s Bridal location, but brought it to this location near my home. The staff there were so friendly and helpful when I came in for my alterations appointments or came to find shoes and accessories.My dress had some intricate beading and the alterations team found some snags and missing beads during my first fitting. They fixed everything and made it look brand new when I came in for my final fitting. Tram the seamstress looked over every spot I had concerns about and fixed them immediately. This team went above and beyond my expectations and are so well priced!I highly recommend shopping and getting alterations done here.

We shopped here for my sister’s wedding dress and Reed was so helpful and made the entire process so easy and enjoyable! She took plenty of time to ask about the venue and what details of each dress my sister liked or didn’t like to make sure she found exactly what she was looking for. She had lots of suggestions and was very attentive but also gave us plenty of time to decide on each fitting. She really made it a great experience!

This location was so accommodating. I felt super rushed during try on saying we only had so many more minutes until my appointment was over.. Got dress in and needed alterations— lady kept falling asleep while pinning my dress and told my 2 year old to grab a hand full of her needles!!! She also kept wiping her runny nose with her bare hands while continuing to pin my dress!

Amy was absolutely the sweetest person I have ever worked with in customer service. I work nights as a nurse so I was unable to pick up my daughters dress on time. Amy kindly called to remind me about my order needing to be picked up and when I explained my situation to her, she not only was so kind and understanding, but went out of her way to offer shipping for me! I could really tell that she genuinely cares about her job and the customers she works with. Keep in mind all of this I could tell just by speaking with her over the phone!!! My daughter simply had the best experience at this location. The prom dress selection was great! There were so many styles to choose from that we had a hard time choosing which ones to try on! It was a little overwhelming but we were assisted by Amy J who was more than willing to help us choose styles and accessories to match! This shop has so many beautiful dresses! I found my perfect prom dress and the manager even gave me a discount on my dress! (With a loyalty membership)! Amy was so sweet and interested in my event and just made me feel so special while I was checking out I felt like a celebrity or something! Heather @ the Hulen location was so so helpful and sweet. She made the process a breeze and I was asking for A LOT due to a last minute fitting. Also Tram their resident tailor is a wizard, she’s so quick and pays attention to detail. I loved my experience and I will push others to come here for all bridal needs!

My stylist Heather really listened to what I wanted and to what my needs were and brought out only the perfect options based on a few dress styles I had showed her on my phone when I arrived and those I had also saved in my favorites on Davids Bridal online. (I highly recommend doing this!)Each dress I tried on was amazing and better than the one before and by the 5th dress it was exactly what I was searching for! She was very helpful and still as attentive as I needed while running back and forth between helping me and another bride on the other side if the store. They are just that busy. Great service! My fiancee lives abroad so we had to video call to pick out her dress. As a guy walking in without his fiancee, I felt a little nervous because I know next to nothing about wedding gowns. The stylist (Amy) was very professional and made me feel at ease. She understood the situation, video called my fiancee, understood the type of gown she wanted and went above and beyond to make sure she got the right dress. She was very patient and she knows her stuff.Overall, I am very pleased with my experience at the store. The price, the variety of designs and the staff members were very welcoming.

I came in today with my cousin Ashley to pick up her wedding gown. We had several questions and concerns with her dress but Amy, the manager, was ON IT! We booked an appointment last minute the day of and were greeted by friendly faces when we walked in the door. You could tell the workers were happy to help and were smiling through their masks. All the workers were very helpful. Kara, my personal stylist, was the absolute best. She got my vision for my bridal gown spot on and I fell in love with the very first dress she gave me to try on. She didn’t pressure me or rush me. She let me retry on that same dress three or four different times. She told me all the options I could do with dress too. If you go to this location, ask for Kara- you will not be disappointed!

Amy was AMAZING! They were so busy when I walked in to look for a bridesmaid dress but Amy made time to make sure I was seen and taken care of. She was the only manager there from what I could tell, but she made me feel important by accommodating me even without an appointment.

We went to the David’s Bridal on Hulen to shop for wedding dresses for my sister. I had heard good things about Davids Bridal but I must say, our experience totally exceeded all of my expectations! My wedding got cancelled last year due to COVID and the store managers, Kelly and Linda did everything they needed for me to get a new dress for my new wedding date and theme. Quickest dress shopping trip. Narrowed down choice to 3 dresses, tried all 3 on and bought the perfect one for my son’s wedding. Time in to time out was around 20 minutes.

Found my dress day one, 3rd try. My stylist, Amanda, was excellent, helpful and extremely professional.

I loved the dress that I bought. However I was completely unhappy with the alterations Department. They were rude when I came in there every time they thought they were being funny but they werent it was hurtful and I will never go there again. The dress that I had altered that were supposed to take in in the breast area and adjust adjust the straps. I feel like they did not do any of that when I was at the day of my wedding my straps keep falling I felt like I was splashing everybody. The top half of my dress was so loose that I felt exposed. If there is an option to go anywhere else for alterations I would. The sales consultant I worked with I told her I had a budget of $500 she did not say within my budget as I specifically asked. My dress ended up being $1,400. Yes I love my dress yes I did pay the 1400 but in my opinion if you are a sales consultant and you are given a budget you need to stick with the budget if you are going to say you were going to do alterations on a specific area you need to do is alterations I have photos throughout the whole evening wear my straps are in up or my breast area is so loose. Like I said I felt like I was watching everybody. I will never come back to Davids in regards to alterations if I have to get address from there then I will need to make sure to look myself within the budget because they will not follow it.

I received a case from this location today to inform me of my order arriving. I was a little frustrated after I remembered that I hadnt picked up my dress yet due to the wedding being cancelled. I informed the lady on the phone, Amy, of this and she was very quick to advise me on what actions to take moving forward. She sympathized with my situation and offered to make an appointment for me to come in and exchange my dress! How nice is that! When I asked if I could schedule an appointment with her she informed me that she was one of the managers but she would be more than happy to assist me throughout my appointment. I have never had a more positive customer service experience OVER THE PHONE. Usually they give you the run around and especially if they are a part of management, just hand you off to someone. BUT not Amy! She was a delight to work with and I will definitely be calling back soon to work with her when looking for a different dress!

I was able to schedule an appointment quickly and easily. Catherine was was ready for me right away and she took notes of my venue, wants and needs. She also pulled some dresses for me in addition to the initial handful I picked. After about thirty minutes, I found my dress (one of her picks!) They made it so easy!

I made my appointment online and when i arrived they were ready to help me find my dress very helpful and nice . They make finding what you are looking for very easy.They have many dress styles to choose from. I was in and out in an hour. Very pleased with my purchase definitely will be back. The staff at Hulen location are wonderful.

I had such a great experience with Emily Jo and Amy at the Fort Worth location. I had come in to pick up my dress but the size did not fit me. Yikes. Emily Jo was happy to help me figure out the correct size and Amy helped with the exchange! It was such a quick and easy process that could have been so stressful but was made easy for me by these 2 lovely ladies.

Mary did a fantastic job on pinning and even put straps on my dress. Unfortunately, they mislabeled my burgundy dress and brought out a bright teal dress when I went to pick it up. They couldn’t find my dress after that. I finally talked to a manager and found it, but it wasn’t finished and I had 2 days before my event. I even paid extra to have it done early. I definitely wouldn’t recommend.

I took 3 of my bridesmaids in to find them a dress for my big day! They had a great selection and their customer service was on point! I had to take my 1 year old daughter with me and our consultant, Heather, helped not only find a dress for my girls but helped me entertain my daughter who had had enough! We had an awesome experience all around!

I absolutely love this store and Tram WASSSSS AMAZING.. she gave the best split a maid of honor could EVER ask for. When I say I’m coming down the aisle kicking my leg out to show that split.. My fiancé and I came in to look at their tux options but to our surprise they dont sell tuxs here, they just display them. The manager, Amy, greeted us and explained their partnership with the tux company and the ordering process as well as how my groomsmen can get measured at their store. Out of the different places we have looked, David’s bridal has by far been the most informative about the tux ordering process and we will definitely be back.

I made an appointment at Davids to try on wedding dresses for the first time ever. My wedding is in August, so I am already stressed about getting something I love in time. This stress was definitely heightened by my visit.My consultant refused to accept that I would need to order a size 0 rather than a size 2. When she finally put me in a size 2 and saw how big it was, she very rudely asked how old I was because she was so surprised by my size.Also, she brought me multiple dresses above my budget, and did not inform me that my appointment had a time limit until I had only 10 minutes left.I felt very much like I was not cared for, and that my consultant was only worried about her commission rather than my experience or me finding a dress. There was also little done to make it feel like a special moment at all. I was very disappointed.Overall, I would not recommend going to this shop because of the lack of care and kindness shown to me during my time there.

We needed alterations fast! Tram did a beautiful job on my daughters jr bridesmaid dress. She is the sweetest!!!

I had the best experience with the manager, Amy James! She was so sweet and helped us find the cutest bridesmaid dresses. She’s super easy to talk to and I’m so glad that my bridesmaids get to work with her. She’s really knowledgeable about the dresses and helped us find styles that looked incredible on each girl!

Very kind and willing to help you find what you need. I recommend going in person ALWAYS rather than ordering online. To do an immediate exchange, you have to have bought it store. And in-store, for me anyway, the dress was cheaper because they were able to apply an extra coupon. Their sizes are all over the place so it really is better to just try-on in store so you don’t risk not having the dress for your event.

The consultant was great. The store itself left a bit to be desired in cleanliness.

Had a very lovely experience shopping for bridesmaid dresses with my daughter at this location. Amy was our consultant and she was very sweet and attentive. We had a hard time getting the color in on time but Amy was on it. She even called the service center to get our dress in on time when the system was saying it was unavailable. She was the perfect example of above and beyond customer service.

I had the most wonderful experience this morning at this store. They were pretty busy and I had just walked in to look for a dress for my wedding this upcoming summer. Since I am older, I did not really want a lot of attention, which is why I did not make an appointment. The girls working seemed very busy but Amy (Manager) made sure that I was taken care of! She let me try on a few gowns without an appointment, and I ended up finding one that was perfect for me! I will be returning with my daughters for an appointment to try it on and ring the bell! Since I was a little girl, I have been dreaming about my wedding day! I knew exactly what kind of dress I wanted to walk down the isle in and everything. When I got to David’s Bridal I was treated with a smile and excitement; a very warm welcome. My sales associate explained each section of bridal gowns for me perfectly. The dress selection was amazing! I was easily able to choose all the dresses I had saved from Pinterest. My sales associate escorted my entourage and I to the fitting room area and we were even offered water. Then the dress hunt really began! It was an amazing experience! I got to say yes to a dress and ring the bell! 10/10 would and will recommend!!!

Breanna was amazing! I loved working with her and she assisted me in every way she could! If I could give her a 10 star rating I would. But she made this shopping trip one that will ensure once I’m ready to say yes to the dress I’ll come back and ask for her personally!

I had a phenomenal experience from the moment I walked in! I had the pleasure of working with Reed, she could not have been more friendly, bubbly, or kind. She instantly made me feel at ease about the entire process of buying a dress! She let me try on as many styles and dress types as I wanted, and she was extremely knowledgeable about the inventory and alterations I’d be able to do. Andrea was amazing!! My maid of honor and I made the spontaneous decision to go to this location for my month-away wedding. Andrea helped me find some beautiful dresses in my size that Id be able to have ready-to-go by my wedding date and after getting stuck between 3, we scheduled an appointment to come back. She was super patient with me as I tried to make a decision and was very helpful without being pushy! I finally made a decision that I feel so good about and my MOH got a perfect dress too! I have been ordering dresses off Amazon for my sisters wedding with no luck. I was down to the wire cause I’m flying out in a week. Amanda G. came to my rescue at the Hulen David’s Bridal. She picked out a few dresses. I tried them on with ease and found a dress. I am one happy customer. I talked to her about wearing spanks and she found me a pair. She suggested shoes but I already had some. I just want to thank her sooo much.
