We really had high expectations due to all of the great reviews... Unfortunately this was not a great experience. We wanted to support local instead of using a larger online company for our business cards and we were wrong. First we were quoted for 500 cards and confirmed the design as well as paid... Then we got an email saying the minimum we could do for our design was 1000... So we moved forward anyways with the extra charges and when we went to pick them up they had changed the design that we gave them and blamed us that it was the design we sent! After going back and forth with Lisa and her realizing the design was changed and it wasn’t our fault she said she couldn’t give us a full refund but a reprint... and then quoted us for what we actually wanted which was an OUTRAGEOUS amount for business cards! She finally gave us a full refund but this cost us to delay a business trip that was planned to meet new clients and these cards were greatly needed! All we got was a “sorry we couldn’t help you” after waiting a week and expecting them to deliver... SO DISAPPOINTED in this company and we will not be recommending to anyone!

I went to DFW needing a football program for Chisholm Trail High School super quickly. They created an amazing 44 page catalog in less than 3 weeks, on time and on budget! Since I had changed printing companies, I had no files for them to start with. They designed and laid out the entire program from scratch and it looks amazing. The individual was very absent minded while creating our project. She was given pdf and ai files of the completed design. The first attempt she left of part of the design, the second time she skewed an element of the design, then blamed the person who created the design. This is an unacceptable practice of customer service.
