Idk if the same people drive each week down my street but they always knock over my recycle bin and never pick it up!!! They pick and chose when they want to pick up the trash! Sometimes the lid is open a little and they won’t take it which is ridiculous it’s trash!!

There very good at picking up yard waste but the lids can break some time’s. They used to pick up my trash but my neighborhood got switched with KWS (Knight Waste Service’s) overall great company

Got a ticket for my trash cans and yet most of my street has them the same place .... still. Made me move my stack of wood for the fireplace and yet both neighbors across the street have 4 wheel pop up trailers / flatbed trailers in the same place ... on the grass with their cans in front of that ... still. They talk about things not being visible from the street yet more than half the street is the same way .. still. Makes me feel like the only one getting written up. No one else has moved a flipping thing. Made me move bulk trash of a loveseat and when I asked when I could put it back ... tomorrow. Really. Constantly have to call because they missed my street completely on trash day. I have watched them drop the can from so high up they break the lids ... mine twice and the wheels once. I have watched them dump half the trash in the street missing their truck and drive on .. They leave the cans all over the street .. cant drive down the road. Leave cans in the middle of the driveway ... have to leave car in the road and get out .. move the cans to pull in the driveway. So you have rules for me .. but none of my neighbors nor your employees. Man it’s ridiculous.

Thru the city of Fort Worth i pay for trash and recycling pick up i put my cans out like I suppose to they forget to pick up one of my recycling cans. So someone comes by and they park across the street walks to my side of the street grabs my can dumps it then put it somewhere. How lazy are the workers that they can not bring back my can. The sad part is they use a device on there trucks to pick the cans up. Lazy workers

I attempted to use this services and they were very rude to me. i explained my mother had passed and I wanted to have her important documents shredded. And they told me that since she is no longer living they cant fulfill my request.

Very disrespectful, We forgot to put our bins out. (Our fault) My wife was home alone after surgery and heard the recycling truck drive by. (We live on a dead end street) once they turned around she was standing by the curb with our bin and waved to the driver and asked if it would be ok if they picked it up on the way back down the other side. Mind you she’s standing outside with a massively swollen face in house slippers after surgery. She felt embarrassed to even come out of the house and ask but she did anyway. The kid driving looked at her and shrugged his shoulders and with a smirk said “we already passed by” and drive off. He came to a complete stop next to her to tell her this.My wife is a very kind hearted soft spoken person and said they were like bullies and this made her cry.I pay for this service

Its hard work but u get paid well for it

How lazy can workers be to not pick up tree branches from curb side I literally heard them say naw somebody else can do that, not me

There kinda alright gave me a second chance when nobody would hire me so its a alright place

Terrible company. Rude customer service representative. Poor collection.

Do not do business with them! Worst customer service. Can not be professional to resolve an issue!!! This business need to be close down ASAP!
