This facility counts mobile home park residents as non-eligible. My experience was frustrating to say the least.I also live in a mobile home whereas we pay for everything homeowners and renters do; hell, I AM a homeowner - I just lease the lot. But it seems just like my two fellow mobile home park dwellers/reviewers, we are treated like non-existing citizens when it comes to using the same services as regular homeowners and renters. Yet we are recognized when it comes to charging/paying garbage fees, water fees, sewer fees and taxes! It is not justified by law that we being residents are not allowed to utilize the same services as others. So, what classification does that put us mobile home park residents in? john balderas has no idea what he is talking about when he states we dont pay Fort Worth water/sewer services, because we indeed Do!

Since I discovered this place, Ive been here alot. We always fill up our trash & recycling cans. Plus the little remodeling, Ive been doing, just fill up my truck bed & go drop it off. You just need to have a fort worth address, & with covid. Just tell them from youre vehicle & theyll look you up & youre good. The only issue Ive noticed, theyre recycling compactor, seems to always be full, they need to move out & replace it more quickly, but other than that, thats the only issue.

This station is available to residents of Fort Worth, who must show a copy of either their water bill or their drivers license with a Fort Worth address.It is well laid out, and managed well. There are stations to drop off old appliances and electronics, Styrofoam, plant materials for composting, trash, or paints and like materials. There was a bit of a wait this Saturday morning, but not terrible. It could be because another drop off site nearby was closed for maintenance.

The staff really needs to step up there game, they are not helping none of the customers seen a elderly lady trying to dump her trash and all the employees seen here and none of the actually came to help, I help her if I seen her most likely they seen her.
