This is in reference to a driver that was on 377 Main St in Keller Tx, he need to drive better he rode my tail from 377 n Watauga to 377 N Tarrant. Now as a Professional driver with my CDL license we are held at a higher standard and we are to turn in the second inside line when there is two turning lanes. Do better Professional Driver.

They often skip my house and Ive caught them in the act of doing so. I was outside the other day and they skipped my house yet again but this time in my face while they did my neighbors and so on.

Great drivers they are pretty nice when i talk to them its pretty wick when they pick up our trash and recycle last week while i was chasing one truck it sounded weird and the arm kept stoping in the middle of dumping and t=the truck didnt sound as usual i dont remember the number though

After 5 years of sending in complaints about the drivers for my Ft Worth community I am thrilled they finally got a very professional trash bin driver #412!! 😁 this driver cares about his job and people’s property always leaves our cans in a nice order and leaves the street clear of junk. He does not drop the cans or leave them all over the place. I really hope Knight will keep this driver in my area 76140 for a long time and give the driver a bonus.

Yesterday 4/4/19 around 3:15-3:20 PM on south bound east loop 820 the driver of truck 216 license plate number DST 1360 drastically cut me off almost causing me to rear end him. I was driving in the left lane going around 65, he was in the right lane which had begun to slow way down to the range of 20-30 mph. There is alot of construction on that road currently so I assume thats why his lane slowed down so much. I was driving my 3/4 ton diesel towing a dump trailer that was about half full of soil. When he cut me off there was a vehicle about 60-70 feet in front of me, so it was very sudden considering the difference in speed between he and I at the moment and with out any warning. I had to slam on my breaks with everything I had to avoid rear ending the truck, taking me down to well under 30 mph. If I hadnt reacted quickly or the trailer was fully loaded this would have caused an accident that in the eyes of the law I would have been at fault for unless I had a dash camera or witnesses, when in reality it would have been caused by the driver actions. The only good thing here is this is the final straw for me and Im buying a dash camera to protect my self from drivers like him. To make matters worse the driver never got above 50 mph after cutting me off and impeded traffic for the next few miles for no reason. Once I finally got around him I realized the truck is actually right hand drive and his window was down. I got his attention and told him he cut me off and almost caused an accident. He responded with expletives and insults. My exit was shortly after that at still on 820. When I pulled into my office area my boss was outside and immediately commented on the burnt rubber and brake smell coming from my truck thanks to the incident. This driver needs to be taken off the road for everyones safety.Update, i called the number on the truck to make a complaint, took me to city of Fort worth, the person i spoke to was very nice, but I also called Knight waste services directly and the person i spoke to didnt seem to care. The most he would say is People make mistakes. Thats a bit ridiculous from someone who is supposed to be a professional driver especially when that mistake could cost someone their lives.

This is a horrible company, I have filed two complaints with the City of Fort Worth. I received a call from Management of this company and he was very rude with a So What Attitude, highly Unprofessional. The driver on my route drive while carrying my bin several feet away then toss it to the ground or against my mailbox. I’m fed up with the unnecessary and disrespectful way he’s treating my property.Horrible, Disrespectful, Unprofessional Company! The City of Fort Worth really need to do something.

I’m grateful to have such a community oriented business servicing our community.

Every Friday they come down my street empties the trash and let it fly out of the back of the truck and the driver kept going when my disabled neighbor tried to get them to empty his trash . So disrespectful and unprofessional. I wished that we could sit our trash out like they do in Arlington and Forest Hill

Truck 427 dumps bin all over street skip my house this week just very poor services

Horrible job! Worst company shouldn’t even be dumping people’s trash cans. We have trash cans for a reason so it looks nicer than bags thrown on the ground. Not sure or how hard it is to get the actual trash in your truck but it must be rocket science bc this truck could not do it!

The week of Christmas you all know that your bins are going to be full. For some odd reason the driver didnt even consider picking mines up. Since when does a driver get to make this decision!? Very disappointing

If I could give 1/2 a star I would. Horrible company. Drivers leave bins in the middle of the street and half a block or so down the road. on 19Mar19, driver ran over a drain access cover and broke while leave giant ruts in the yard.

On 4/20/17, truck 222 was blocking the entire street, driving directly down the center. Difficult to pull over to the side because all the container he emptied were left 3-4 feet from the curb on the street. As he drove down yhe center, he was pulling all the trash containers from the other side of the street to the center, and after he emptied them, drove off to the next without extending the arm back out to return them to the curb. That laziness created one lane road, and the containers obstructed my view of school children crossing the street. This is extremely dangerous and lazy. That ignorance almost killed a child today.

No stars today. Today June 19 2019 this driver, truck #430 at 813 am picked up the recycle bin and left in my drive way! I talked to him when he came back around, his excuse was he did not realize that. How could he know, his driver seat is right there at the curb!! He did apologize, but I lay the odds he will do it again.

My husband works there they treat him and others like garbage which is kind of ironic. He told me the other day they were going to let one of their best mechanics go and called him a common worker not a mechanic. What kind of company treats their employees like trash and dont even get me started on insurance. The insurance provided there is the worst, and these men get nitty and gritty especially having to pick up trash from others who dont use bags or tie them, they provide United Healthcare EPO and it didnt pay for any of his medications. His meds cost us close to $300 and family deductibles are 7500 with single deduct being 2500. Who has that just as pocket change. He would have been better off at Waste management or Republic services.

Awful. If I could choose someone else for my trash and recycling, I would, but I cant. They pick up the cart and dump it out in the street, in the driveway, they dont care. They do a sloppy job picking it up and a bunch of trash falls out? Not their problem.

Horrible drivers. Picks up the cart and continues to drive while dumping it. Then drops it hard 10+ feet from where they picked it up. Is there no training for these drivers?

The city of fort Worth tells us to put the trash an recycling carts out by 7am why is this trash truck coming at 630-645am an throwing bins on the ground an if lid break we have to pay for this not them

They constantly have trash blowing out of the trucks on my street and will drive while dumping the cans, leaving the garbage can in the middle of my driveway instead of beside it where it was left.

They handle my trash at my home and they only come 1 day per week putting us behind in trash because you have to use their trash can for your trash bags and it dont hold much would be a lot better if we could get 2 days out of the week.
