Junk King Fort Worth was amazing! Very responsive and helpful. Did an unbelievable job moving out an old piano as well as an extremely heavy fire safe cabinet! Hunter & Michael were the best! Hunter, Mike and Reggie were sent over and came so promptly. They were AMAZING. They got everything out that I needed out and saved my life twice against pesky vicious wasp nests the size of my head. Amazing customer service! No automated phone system. I talked to people! The person that answered my call asked me a few questions and transferred me to Jesse. Jesse understood my wants/ needs and had me scheduled first thing the next morning. Kyle and his crew showed up on time. Little did I know that Jesse left a note in the comments of my work order saying it was my birthday and the guys sang to me! If this isnt customer service, I dont know what is. The guys cleared out fencing and other building materials from my backyard pretty quick. The two guys that came out got right to work. They moved an exercise equipment set that was very heavy and had no problem.I didn’t know filing cabinets my husband brought from Illinois business were fire safe so we’re very heavy. They did an amazing job!

The item removed was a large, cast iron, claw-foot bathtub. IT WAS HEAVY. They were very responsive when I first made inquiries. They came right out to give me an estimate. It was very reasonable in my opinion. When I called back to schedule the pick-up, they scheduled me for later in the afternoon then called back to say they could come sooner. I had been trying for several weeks to get some items picked-up. I had previously contacted two other companies that ended up flaking out on me. Then I came across Junk King. I was able to schedule a pick up window online for the following day. I received both text and email confirmations. I heard from the crew the following morning about an hour before my scheduled window that I was next on the list and that they were headed my way. They arrived exactly on time at the start of the scheduled window. They crew was very friendly and fast. The fees were reasonable and in line with what I was expecting to pay. Overall a great experience, I just wish I had found them sooner.

Great service provided by this company! It’s not exactly cheap, but considering the various things they do with the “junk”, (donation/reusing/mattress recycling etc.) it was well worth it. We donated items to various organizations prior to this, but having someone haul off all the large/heavy items that are difficult to repurpose is such a huge relief!!

They did a great job. They come out to give you a free quote. If you dont like it you dont have to use them. If you do, then they will take care of it right then and there. Pricing was higher than I was expecting, however I have never used a junk removal company before so it may have been very fair. I was willing to pay it for the convenience of not having to deal with the junk myself so I went with it. They two guys were professional and quick. They removed my old treadmill, empty boxes my new equipment came in and and a wooden pallet for $200 plus tax. Again many may not be willing to pay that, but for me who had no one to help and didnt have a truck and didnt know where to take an old treadmill, it was worth it. Plus its nice to support businesses during Covid.

These guys were on time, got an absolutely absurd amount of work done in a crazy small amount of time, and were at a glance able to tell the four or five things we had incorrectly slated to be removed that we would have been sad to lose. I hope to never need a house cleaned out like this again, but if I do they will be the only place I call.

I paid $150 for a pile of junk that would have taken at least 2 or 3 loads in my SUV. Except it only took minutes and I didnt have to load it or unload it! Great alternative to renting a dumpster, that would have been at least $350-400 and was not available anyway. Very fair pricing! Thank you.

My wife and I had a mini dumpster dropped for some junk we were getting rid of as we prepare to move. The dumpster didnt even have a full covering in the bottom. It wasnt even 1/4 full, far from it. But we were still charged nearly the maximum amount had we actually filled the dumpster. It would have been cheaper to load up my truck and make a couple trips to work to use the dumpster there, and a lot cheaper. All for the convenience of having a dumoster dropped at my house for 48 hours.

Workers were early (called in advance) and polite. NO face coverings worn. Also the company does not, with the online quote, disclose they charge an additional fee for the disposal at the dump, which is part of the cost of their business. If it is on the website, it is not prominently displayed.
