Saw Cynthia Johnson at the Arlington location for our initial session and we set up future Saturday appointments at the Fort Worth location.I show up on time, she isnt answering the door. Call Corp and they tell me the previous apt is running late. She finally leaves around 12:15. Cynthia then closes and locks the door even though she knows Im there (I talked to the other patient with the door open).I wait 20 more minutes knocking on the door, trying the knob....nothing. Call corporate and she has removed my appointment. Corporate is investigating why this happened but I basically waited an hour for nothing.Cancelled all future appointments and corporate is investigating and will get back to me. I just wish if she had an issue with me she would have just acted like an adult, opened the door, and said she didnt want to help me. Not a very good therapist if dealing with a tough situation like dropping a client in need of help isnt in her toolbox.
