I called Novus IT Solutions based on the reviews and was a little weary since I did not know how it would work out with a persona I knew nothing about. Let me tell you he lived up to his reviews and his performance was way above my expectations. My printer stopped working and my laptop is running super slow. He showed up as stated and come to find out, the printer changed IP addresses and he straightened that right out! He even cleaned up my laptop and now it boots up about twice as fast! Id like to thank Novus IT Solutions for a job well done. I was having Wi-Fi issues and they came out within 24 hrs of contacting them. About a hour after showing up, we were back up and running again. I asked the technician if they do any sort of training and of course they do! He showed me how to turn the internet off for specific computers and other devices. I wanted to know how to turn off my kids internet as a punishment without turning off internet to my devices.
