Very nice person, helped me out with fixing my CPU cooling for a fair price. Answered all my questions truthfully and shared some fun stories while I was there as well. Would absolutely recommend Jim to anyone having computer issues of any kind.

Absolute rudest individual I have ever talked to on the phone. Wish I could give negative stars. Initial phone call and convo went like this:Jims: Yes?Me: Hi there, is this Jims computer services?Jims: mumble, mumbleMe: Im sorry, I didnt catch that, can you repeat what you just said?Jims: What do you want!?Me: Is this how you talk to all your customers?Jims: (Hangs up)I tried calling back and he sent me straight to voicemail, then shoots me the start of the attached text messages (be sure to start with text 1 of 4, 2 of 4 etc. for proper sequence).Bottom line: he was continuously rude, never apologizes until he is convinced that I would write a review, and then continues to insult me...you text better than you talk.Do yourself a favor people, dont spare your dignity using services from people that are flat out ugly and rude. Regardless of how good or bad their work may be, it isnt worth dealing with complete jerks!!!

My friend refered me to Jim.. I am so happy I met him. He cleaned the Trojan Virus off of my computer and now it is faster than when I bought it..His knowledge of my home based PC was by far better than the last guy (geek). Thank You Jims Services....

As i was searching the internet of cheaper computer businesses to fix my computer, i came across jims services and gave him a call, he got me in fast, fixed my computer and saved my requested documents! I still had thousands of pictures that i thought i was going to lose still on my computer. So that was pretty awesome. Oh, and it cost me half the price that was quoted by other businesses.
