Not sure what the point of being vaccinated is if they are going to act like they are bigger than state regulations preventing the requirement of masks. Whatever, I knew what I wanted to buy and thought it would be a quick, in-and-out purchase. I went in wanting to purchase a watch, and I knew what I wanted. They said I’d have to make an appointment, 45 minutes from the time I walked in. I was there, ready to give them my money. What a waste of time.

My phone broke on Saturday and I had to get a new iPhone. It was ready for pick up the next day, but when I got home I decided I needed a larger phone. I made an appointment to exchange it and went back to the store. Ashley helped me and the exchange was so easy and I was able to get the larger phone the same day. She also set up my Sim card and put the screen protector on for me. She was so nice and helpful. She really went above and beyond to help me. I had a great experience at this store! Greeted at the door by friendly faces - though soon after I asked when the new MacBook Pro would be coming out, the sales associate lets me know that it came out 2 months ago... if she meant back in 2019, sure... and then her knowledge on the new iPhone 13 Pro Max didnt exist since they dont have it in store yet (all specs are on Apples website).Nonetheless, I feel that the employees there only knew the basic information about Apple which most loafs of bread would know.
Walked in at 7pm I was prepared to be there for at least 2 hours… walked in greeted by 2 individuals I think his name is Brandon (His name starts with a B) helped me in like 2 minutes!! He seriously made my day!! Thanks B and Thanks Apple University!! You guys rock!!!
Wonderful time! Lots of cool things to look at. I broke my apple pen and they fixed it so quickly. They also helped my dad find stuff that he needed. Good job apple ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They don’t even deserve the one star purchase my phone back in March online for $1200 cash it was delivered to my home the next day brand new in a box Started experience really bad issues calls dropping just a bunch of unnecessary stuff when inside the store 4 different times for the same reason walked out with the same problems to hear them nothing we can do! Apple is most definitely going downhill for the prices of the phones for them saying they can’t fix your issues or switch out your phone it’s not cool they tell you they can’t help you and go on to the next customer why are you add a $1200 in only thing you can do with answering receive calls and that’s about it

She spent so much time making sure I had all the information I needed. I also had to get my AirPods replaced by Bo, who was equally kind and helpful. Definitely such a good location with lovely employees.

I assume you make an appointment with the Apple Store to get service at a specific time, right? I had an appointment at 12:00pm during my lunch time. I was met by a greeter at 11:55am then proceeded to wait over an hour for a service tech. Brought my iPhone in for a known Apple Ghosting issue with the X models. The tech guy looked at it for maybe 5 minutes said it will be $329 to fix. I asked the tech isnt Apple repairing this known issue for free? He told me not my model which is less than 3 years old. I told him Apple support set up this appointment to help me. The store made no attempt to fix a known defective issue. I called Apple Support back to be informed I should have bought Apple Care insurance. What a joke, Apple doesnt give a $hit about customers with defective products and progressive obsolescence is the Apple way. It is no wonder Apple has more cash than many countries GDP, crooks!
They have a system here. Make an appointment and you can shop at the designated time slot. Well everyone needs to be on the same page for this system to work, and today unfortunately, that was not the case. I was told by customer service to go on in to university and they will take care of you. They did not. At all. They’ll waste your time and money.
I was dreading this visit so much because of the bad reviews but I was in and out in about 15 minutes! I had an appointment and the girl helping me was so nice and fast to get my problem solved!
My 8+ required a new battery so I set up an appointment at the Genius Bar for 09 June 2021 and arrived @ 1030 as scheduled. Two hours later - 1230 - a technician approaches and tells me they had problems and the phone has to be replaced with “a new or like new” 8+. Nice caveat because a new 8+ is extinct. Additionally, it was going to cost me the $49 fee originally for the battery for me to walk out with a refurb, Frankenstein phone. And the repair came with a 90 day pseudo warranty. A warranty for a repair they didn’t do. I not so kindly refused, and asked to speak with a manager. Their deflections went something like this: “It wasn’t intentional.” Irrelevant. “You shoulda had phone insurance.” A poor attempt at minimizing Apple’s liability (quite the oxymoron) and implying that this is somehow my fault.I walked out with a still pristine (aesthetically), completely useless device. I won’t even call it a brick. I can do something with a brick.To their credit, they didn’t let me leave without the SIM card I’d forgotten. Good thing, because the phone would be useless without it.
Took my Macbook air 2015 in for repair and was fast, efficient and pretty inexpensive. Would highly recommend and Employee Riki was wonderful.
Took my phone in to repair, got it back saying that they couldn’t fix it and that I’d need a new one. Turned it on and it was worse than when I gave it to them. Screen was flickering etc. that’s cool.. stuff happens. But they were pretty rude about it

Allows appts so you dont have to wait in the miserably long line. They have strict covid guidelines which include temp check...which I love. Nice and helpful employees.

My iPhone has a bad battery. I contacted Apple support and was told to go to this location to have the battery replaced under warranty. Once arriving at the store, they said they are a different entity than the Apple corporation and can’t fix it under warranty. I’d have to pay $69 to replace the battery since they are not the same as Apple corporation.

Worst customer service ive ever been given in my life, i have easily spent 10k in apple products. in this case, i paid $250 for apple care on my $1,000 iphone 12 pro, and it cracked. i have now been sent home twice because they keep messing up my reservation purpose.
I had purchased AppleCare for my iPhone XR and needed to use it for some front and back screen cracks, but to my surprise it had been canceled because the 24 month time period was up. I was never informed that it expired and was never presented the opportunity to continue AppleCare. If I was I would have continued to pay for the AppleCare service. On top of that, I was given the runaround between the warranty department (Justin- senior manager) and the repair department (Louis- senior manager). Neither explained to me why I wasn’t notified of AppleCare expiring or why I wasn’t contacted to continue care. So congratulations Apple, y’all got me, I’ve been one of what is likely many countless victims that have been taken advantage of and paid over $300 dollars for a lack of service and actual peace of mind. Yes, Apple makes great products, but because I’m likely one of many with this same issue, I know that Apple will likely not do what is right by their customers, but instead what makes them the most money and profit.
University Park Village Apple Store made it easy to trade in my iPhone and upgrade to a new one. Henry was very helpful during the process and got me in and out.
Busy location with lots of customers; but the staff works well together and gets through the customers needs efficiently and helpfully.Jennifer in support was particularly helpful, she made sure that we buy something that will be of good value for us. We feel she went out of her way to make sure we are happy with our investment. Also the greeter at the door was very helpful and got us taken care of quickly.
Even with COVID, they have been super awesome and careful in assisting everyone with picking up orders. Quick, friendly and safe. Security in the front was able to direct me where to wait and when to go in when someone inside the store was ready for me.

By far the worst customer service ever. Purchased macbook pro with warranty. Computer broke within 1 year. Took computer in. The person from Apple that did the warranty wrote down two letters incorrectly when I purchased warranty and therefore warranty is no good

Pre-pandemic this location was incredibly packed at all times of day and not a very good experience for visiting. Now that they have implemented new protocols and completed re-did the store during COVID, its honestly horrible to visit and the appointment scheduling/lines outside are a joke. Youre better off driving out of town and going to North Park in Dallas. I can not recommend the experience right now at this Apple Store.
Shopping during COVID requires an appointment. But they work thru customers quickly since it’s all scheduled. The line looks long but moves quickly within your scheduled window

Apple crew was fine, but the security crew outside should be fired. I had to wait 45 minutes in line even with a appointment. I dropped off my phone for repair and the apple rep said when I come back to go to the front of the line. When I arrived back I told this to the security guy, he made me wait in line again another 30 minutes. What really upset me is someone came after me with the same reason I had and he let him right in. What a joke !!!

Organized and strategic monitoring in place for Covid-19 safety regulations. Our temperatures were taken and we were asked about our health over the last few days. There was 2 lines going, one for tech support and one for purchasing products. Persons whod ordered on line and only needed to pick up were ushered in slightly quicker, people who knew exactly what they wanted to purchase were next and those wanting to browse were lowest priority. Persons needing tech support were allowed in in order as persons came out. Our entire time from walk up to leaving the store was approximately 20 minutes and we were there for a purchase. Oh, there were also misting stations set up to help keep cool while waiting.

I was promised Last JUNE that if I bought a NEW Mac Mini that I could trade in my old Mac Mini and they would send me an Apple Gift card..then they would credit that $150.00 gift to the card I used to buy the new one. Then came COVID.....I STILL CANNOT get anyone to do as they promised. I have called and emailed and no one will help me. DONT TRUST APPLE.

Don’t bother shopping here if you want “Express” pickup. They have no clue. You make a reservation, but they accept way more than they can handle. Line is ridiculous. You would think after months of COVID they would figure it out like everyone else, but that must be too much to ask.
My iPhone 11 ended up having a busted speaker. I called apple and told the support what my issue was they ended up setting up an appointment that day within the hour, I came in waited told them I had a reservation and they got me going with a tech in a few minutes, tested the speakers on my phone with some device and phone ended up being bad. Gave me a new one. About an hour spent at the store. Not bad.
Why were security people and sales people standing there watching my 85 your mother struggle to get out of the car right in front of the door. Then they surrounded her and started to speak with her about her issue right at the door. She has to come visit again tomorrow for a password reset on her tablet.
One rep couldnt activate my daughters iPhone and His lame excuse was because its tied to Sprint account. The kicker is his co-worker told him it could be done. The icing on the cake is that my sons iPhone was activated exactly 1 week prior. That rep adds to my reasons of ever getting an iPhone, let alone at the University location.
Store is always extremely packed. Staff is not the most friendly and will insist on trying to make you by something instead of just browsing around (multiple experiences with this). If there was another Apple store, I would go there. I’ve had more Enjoyable experiences at other Apple stores than this one. Staff quality was the determining factor for this review.
The worst apple store i’ve been to. I made a purchase and had “express” pick up chosen, I arrived a bit earlier than the pick up time and was yelled at by the rudest security person that there is no space for me in the line as I was too early. Rude, unprofessional, and just doesn’t care about customer service. Would not recommend this store to anyone.
Normal bs excuses. Let’s try a reset and see if that works. My carrier tells me I can replace my $1,100 phone because I have had it 4 months and it’s the worst phone I have ever had. Apple store says well let’s reset it and loose everything on your phone and see if that fixes it. Oh by the way you could have done this at home and not taken of work for the bs answer.
I purchased a MacBook Pro back in 2018 1620 S University Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76107 Apple store my receipt is not fully readable so I can’t get it unlocked because I can’t get another receipt. 1371.22 down the drain.No one at Apple can get another one only the stores that store can get me another one. They make us by iCloud stuff to store in the cloud so why don’t you do the same so any store or customer service can be of assistance

I just want to say how great the Apple store is. I’m early for my appointment and a lot of their employees have asked if I needed help. They are all very friendly!! It’s always busy and full of people but they make sure everyone is taken care of. In 15 minutes I’ve had 5 people ask me how I’m doing or if I’m being helped!
We are Apple fans in our family! They have always taken care of us whenever there’s been an issue and the store is the most convenient to where we live and has great customer service all the way around. Apple over android any day! I’ve used both and find apple way easier to navigate.
Excellent experience. Crowded Saturday and the host directed us to a salesman he got us what we were looking for. The payment and checkout process was no hassle. Overall enjoyable experience.

So great! I had issues with an online order and decided to just go to the store to try to get some help and they were able to have me in and out of the store in about 30 minutes which was amazing considering how full the store was. I think in the future Ill just come to the store, soooooooo much easier than the online customer service.

The store was crowded. They said my wait would be one and a half hours to look at my phone that was not working. My phone is less than a year old. They let me wait ninety minutes and then told me a diagnostic could be run by a phone call from my home, did I want to leave now? This was after waiting the ninety minutes. I waited for service and then someone spent less than ten minutes telling me that it all looked better now. They did not know what caused it to malfunction. I could have told myself the same thing.

Total ignorance! Train your people!My IPhone X went total black screen. I tried what I thought was a manual reset but didn’t work, phone was dead. I went to the Apple Store on university walked in was greeted by one of the employees who I told of my issue. She tried to do a manual reset also and I noticed she tried holding down the upper volume and the button on the opposite side at the same time and didn’t work for her either. She told me I would have an hour and 10 minute wait. I went to one of the iPads in the store and in googled how to reset an iPhone X. I followed the instructions and it worked perfectly. Why do they have people working in the store that are completely ignorant of their products. I was going to wait over an hour because she didn’t know what the hell she was doing.
Although we encountered a few problems with trying to get a loaner phone and sending my other phone back The girl who helped me, I believe her name was Maddie (she had blue hair) kept positive and kept helping me figure Out what I should do. I can’t thank her enough for making the process easy and a little fun!
Wow this place is CRAZY full of people. Well I came on a Saturday maybe that’s why but it was packed. As soon as you walk in the employees are very, very nice. They greeted us and asked if we had an appointment which I did. (Is best to schedule one or the wait can be up to an hour) I showed up 30-40 minutes before my appointment so I had to wait a little before I could check in. There’s a Starbucks right next door so I grabbed a snack and came right back. (I’m from out of town) I was very, very pleased with my experience here.
Amazing service! I got a iPhone from a friend and deleted his iCloud and then wouldnt update to the latest ISO and brought it and told them my situation and they helped me out quickly...took about an hour or so to update my iPhone 💪💪💪
