I came here because I saw all the great reviews, but I was not too happy with my screen replacement. I have and Iphone X and my screen was not cracked, but I had dropped it and a green line was permanently on the screen. Once he changed the screen my front camera was not working and he was accusing me that it was not working prior to bringing it in, which was not true. Eventually he got it to work. Since then my phone no longer has the feature of being able to press down on the screen to be able to correct a typo. If I tap my screen to wake it up, it does not do that anymore, and I just have to press the side button. My phone has also just randomly restarted about 4 times since then. I guess it is expected when doing this. They are things that I can live with, but are just annoying. Definitely keep in mind when changing a screen!

I had a long day going back and forth with T-Mobile and Shawn did everything he could to help me out in the process of getting a decent trade-in to T-Mobile.
