Definitely a really cool place to get your car washed the staff is always excellent. My only complaint is that I feel bad that I cant tip the workers because I never have cash on me I wish there was some type of method that I can tip them via card. I hope the owner looks into this because I know the workers would appreciate it and business would be more excellent.

My experience at this car wash has been pretty good most of the time with exception when the employees there start up a new promo sign up for someone within the line before getting the vehicle washed which waste peoples time and could easily be fixed with someone doing that process within the vacuum area which doesnt hinders the time of others waiting to get their vehicle washed.

I havent gone here again ever since my first two visits. On my first the cover to my left rear view mirror was ripped off mid wash, and thats with them being tucked in properly. On my second, in which I tried to give them another chance as this place was highly recommended to me, the splash guard below my car was ripped off. Both visits had a less than stellar wash as well, sometimes looking worse than when it came in. Sad that nothing can be done because of all the notices they give so they arent liable for anything, even when its their fault for bad equipment. Do not reccomend going here.

My first time here. To start off, the customer service was amazing. They make sure your car is very very clean for an amazing price. The type of wash they use is definitely different and better than other places I have been to. Will be a regular customer here for sure.

It was my first time as a customer today. After my car wash it began to rain while I used their free vacuums. Angel, the manager, provided amazing service by offering to towel off my car again and making sure I was taken care of. I live nearby and will definitely be back!

I used to love this place, had been going here for years but they have really disappointed me lately. I gave them a second chance after my f150 truck had a few scratches on body and rims. I never complained because I figured it wasn’t their fault. We literally drive our vehicles at our own risk through these machines. Today I take my Ford Escape and come out with a broken antenna. Literally ripped off the roof of my vehicle. Didn’t realize it until I was halfway home and my radio started to sound staticky. Keep in mind this antenna is not removable, this car has been washed here before so I didn’t think it was an issue. There was paint chipped off as well and dent on passenger door. I’m highly dissatisfied and upset I let this happen. I honestly think their machines/equipment need to be updated. Their vacuums are nearly all broken. If you pay extra to shine your wheels they do a terrible job. They really stopped caring about the quality and customer service. I’m really upset, will be contacting them tomorrow morning. I don’t really think anything will be resolved after reading some of these reviews😔Update: I called today spoke to manager Angel who pretty much said there wasn’t anything they can do but offer me free car washes🙄 (do you really think I want to put any of my other vehicles through this?) He asked me to send pictures. They will be reviewed by the owner and someone will contact me within the next 4 days. If this is not resolved in a professional manner I will be raising hell. The car wash should be held liable if their equipment is not adequately adjusted and safe for customers!💁🏻‍♀️

My wife was instructed to drive her new Subaru through the car wash after her car could not connect to the chain in neutral. She was not allowed to back up.Another attendant watching the security video ran out screaming at her after she was told to drive forward. This guy also called my wife a liar and refused to refund the purchase.I have gone there for years and faithfully tipped their workers. I refuse to support a business who does not treat their customers with integrity. And you shouldn’t too!

Great wash on car. very quick and courteous hand drying employees. But not pleased at all when came to vacuuming my car had to keep moving till I found vacuum that would actually have suction. No telling how many customers are there trying to vacuum cars and vacuums dont work

Loved this place and then they told me one day my membership wasn’t working and asked if I had cancelled it. Had to show proof that I had paid (I had). No apology was made and my time was wasted.

This place is terrible I got a rain check on my car wash the day I washed my truck it rained ans it literally has been raining all week the guy they gave me the rain check told me I had 5 days and it rained as well on the 5th day so when I went back the guy was rude needs better customer service the sold called manager was rude as well please don’t use this place they reviews speak for them it’s the worst they need better employees for sure I will never come back here and I will make sure all my friends and family don’t come back here either

This was the worst customer service I have ever experienced. After driving through the car wash, my car was still dirty with many obvious dirty spots. I immediately went back to the front and asked if I could drive through one more time to get the remaining spots. The employee and manager were incredibly rude and refused unless I paid for another wash. I was a regular customer and will never go back.

Something got messed up my first time through the wash I got the 8$ wash. So they sent me through again! I didnt even realize something went wrong. I say above everything having integrity is a good quality! I will be going back and trying the other washes too!

Went in to wash my car and left with scratches all over my 16 shelby gt350. Was told they are not liable. Do not take your car here unless you want scratches everywhere. Very displeased with the management there.

Ive visited this location multiple times without any major issues. Today, the mop brushes left multiple scratches and swirls along the side of my vehicle front to back. I asked for the person in charge. I spoke with Eric who informed me that he would inform the owner. I asked for the owners name and was told by Eric that the owner did not want me to have it. After questioning this, considering this is a place of business, he finally told me the owners name was Hans. Eric inform me that Hans will be contacting me within 3 business days which I thought was odd considering he just got off the phone with him. They gave me in incident report and sent me on my way. I will return tomorrow to look for the owner. Judging by the response it doesnt look promising at this time.

***The wash was affordable however the parking lot was very dirty and the equipment wasnt up kept. Good for vacuum and a quick wash would not probably go back to this particular one. Grace.

Just got stuck in the car wash. Repeatedly ramming into the Lexus in front of me while the car behind me repeatedly smashed into me. Over and over and over again. Didn’t get to re-wash the car, not that I’d want to get stuck in there again while they all stand around laughing and joking with 4 cars smashing into each other. Didn’t even get an apology!!! My cars not even clean!!!! The vacuums don’t even work. Worst $9 car wash I’ve ever been to!!! I want my money back!

Instead of responding back rudely. Train you’re employes correctly. Keep you’re vacuums running at all time always clogged up. Throw out the trash from them dirty trash cans. Teach you’re employees to properly dry a car. Pay them more then $7.25 an hour they might actually put effort into there work. If I could rate it less then 1 Star I would. Response from owner clearly shows it’s his 1st rodeo running a business. Lack of respect. Doesn’t take constructive criticism very well. Clearly reflects on the business he’s running.

I just got a membership yesterday and the reviews from others is definitely true! The carwash isnt the best, but its convenience for lazy people like me. You will need to bring your own towel to dry your car and the vacuum cleaners isnt great at all. I much prefer cityview but its too far of a drive.

Lots if choices! You can do a quick and simple $5 wash that takes you through the wash cycle. Or you can get your car detailed! Oh and this place isnt Bobs Bikini Wash...

If you wanted to cancel your monthly subscription you would still be liable for 3 MONTHS after you cancel. The vacuums most days suck and sometimes the car wash itself dont clean well I have to go through again... Fair enough they open early and stay open long hours.

Paid for a wash and when I got out of the wash there was still mud around my tires and my running boards. I pulled back around to go through one more time because it didn’t fully clean my truck. The guy refuses and makes 6 Other vehicles behind me back up so I could back up because there is a “no refund policy” even though my vehicle wasn’t clean. Such a cheap crummy place to give your business too. Also all the vacuumes hardly even suck anything up. STAY AWAY

Their mops are very dirty and scratch your paint. Their brushes spin but dont touch your car. They need to spend a bit of time getting their machine working well. It is the heart of their business.I used this place a bunch a few years ago it was a great place, now not so much.

Quick and fast.

I arrived a few minutes before they closed. They slammed the doors right after I got in. They waved me through and the machines and everything stopped. After a few minutes they had me back out. I talked to them for a minute and apologized for coming right before close. The two gentlemen said it was ok and waved me through when the machine started up again. When I got to the part were they dry your car they were visibly mad that they had to do my car. They took about 30 secs drying and I tipped them and moved on to the vacuums. As soon as I pulled out the hose to start vacuuming one of the dryers went in and cut off the vacuums. When he came back out I asked about it. He just said Were closed. I said the sign says I get 3 minutes to vacuum. He just kept shouting Closed. I asked to speak to someone and he just said There is no one we are closed!. It was ridiculous. I will NEVER be back. Ive never been to a place with such lack of customer service. If they would have told me up front that I couldnt use the vacuums I would have never paid for the wash.

Love this place because it is by a good neighborhood and the people that work there are very good people they Hand Dry its always clean dont have to worry about people asking you for money its all a place I will recommend my friends and family I give them a five star if possible would them or keep up the good work yall pick the great spot

HONEST REVIEWProbably one of the worst car washes you can go to. Hours are NOT CORRECT on their website according to the employees. They open when they feel like it, meaning I and many others have to wait until a single employee decides to show up 20+ min late and then half as. get the entire shop ready. Be smart and choose another car wash.

HORRIBLE! I rather take time drive to Hulen’s car wash. Terrible service as well poor lack of vaccums seem as if they were stuck in the 70’s. Reading some reviews I wonder if they happen to be the owners friends. The fact the owner response in a negative way says on a lot of what the place has to offer.

Ok a $5 car wash is just that but we have been on the monthly package since the place was built. We have seen the detailing service come and go as well as the deterioration of the equipment there. The smiling employees of days ago have long gone as I have even been witness to employees duking it out just before closing time. So if you want a cheap wash give it a try but before you pull away make sure you are happy with it.

Ever since they changed ownership. Went downhill. Went a few days ago ol boy working the front pushed my truck thru with no soap or water. Eventually it stopped I was in the middle of the tunnel sitting there like a fish outta water. So I drive out go back around this time it went thru. No one ever bothered to apologize or come up and explain what happened. Also the last few times I’ve gone. When you come out the tunnel they hand drying em. There’s a boy who always does a sloppy job hardly puts effort into drying it while the other boy/lady is putting 100% into it. That boy costs them there tip.

Took my car here (have only had it for 2weeks) and I have scratches all over it now and they are terrible on my windows!! I cant believe this!! Definitely wont be going back and they will most certainly be paying to fix all of the damage.

Dont get your car inspected here. Twice I have been told there were several people in front of me, even though the bay was empty. Most recently, on 7/6/17 I was told that an employee that pulled up behind me was somehow in front of me in the line to get his car inspected. When I asked the worker if preference was always given to employees first, he didnt understand my question. There is a shop on Granbury road close to 20 that is family-owned, with fast and friendly service. They have my business from here on out.

Between the apathetic employees and ineffective car wash, I would not recommend this wash to anyone whose friendship I want to keep. After paying for their second tier wash (which is the same wash features as the others, lacking only wheel scrubbing, wax, etc.) my car came out nearly as filthy as it went in. I talked to an employee who said their policy (not printed ANYWHERE) only allowed cars that got a higher price wash to go through the wash again. Which, frankly, probably wouldnt have helped considering the lousy job it did in the first place.Long story short: I should have just waited for it to rain and parked my car outside while I burned a $5 bill. My car would be cleaner and Id save myself $2.
